Valley Collision is an absolute lifesaver! Kenny and his team worked their magic on my QX80, taking care of a few dents and dings and restoring it to its former glory. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and the results speak for themselves my car looks brand new again! On top of that, their pricing is incredibly fair and affordable if you're paying out of pocket vs. using insurance. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional job they did. If you're looking for top-notch auto body repairs at a reasonable price, look no further than Valley Collision. Five stars all the way!

This place was amazing to work with! They were super friendly, gave a text update each day of the progress on the car, and finished ahead of schedule! And they answered texts when I had questions. I highly recommend!

Everyone is so friendly, and accommodating. They got my car in quick and back quick. They cleaned my car so well, it was gross. They have a partnership with a rental company that is so seamless I felt so well taken care of. Take your cars here

I recently had Valley Collision fix my truck after I was involved in a accident They were great to work with . Kept me informed of every process as it was happening. And the finished product was AMAZING!!! We were so pleased with our experience with Valley Collision. They were great to work with and so professional. We were kept in the loop during the entire repair process. The car was finished on time as promised. We had a very different experience with a different repair shop in the past that was very negative. Valley Collision was the exact opposite. I would refer anyone to their shop. Very very pleased with the service we received.

We had someone rear end us and I am so happy with the work that Valley Collision did to fix my bumper. I worked with Erika and she was so great. The person s insurance was a little sketchy and I feel like she helped me through the process and made up for the short comings of a lousy insurance that we were dealing with. I would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.

They fixed everything quickly and the car was ready 10 days earlier than initially estimated. Which, especially considering the anchor effect, felt great! Apparently they work well with my insurance because I didn't have to pay anything.

The liftgate of our van got bent trying to automatically close it when the trunk was packed. This caused a leak in the trunk when we tried to wash it so we had to get it fixed. Valley Collision had us come in, took pictures of the damage and then let us take the van while they gave us an estimate, which they didn t charge us for. We decided to have them fix it. When they pulled it apart they found they could fix it with very limited work. They fixed it and didn t charge us for the work since it was limited. They could easily have charged us for the work. Along with that, they washed the car, vacuumed the inside and wiped it all down. I strongly recommend Valley Collision if you need work done on your car!

It really sucks to need a body shop when someone backs into your vehicle. So far Valley Collision has lived up to their 5star rating. Took my vehicle in on Monday for an estimate and scheduled it for August 8th. Well they called Tuesday and said they could get it in Today, Wednesday. If the quality of finished product matches their customer service so far it should be as good as new. Update, is as hoped for. It was completed and looks as if new. No over spray and the shine is great.

My wife and I were skeptical due to Valley Collision being the lowest bid we had received of the 3 shops quoted. Usually when you deal with the lowest bidder you have to add some for risk, and if you can afford to add some for risk you can afford something better...usually.This was not the case with Valley Collision. The other two repair shops were more expensive, we're talking a few hundred dollars here, while the wait to get the work done was between 2 to 4 weeks. We just didn't want to wait. We decided to throw caution to the wind, say a "Hail Mary," and left the keys and vehicle in the after hours night drop box and parking lot while closing our eyes real tight. After all, my wife was leaving her new vehicle in their care, custody and control.On day 3 we received a call and assumed it would be an update as to their progress, when it was actually a call to let us know the vehicle was finished and we could pick it up at our convenience.Here are the cold facts. Valley Collision was the least expensive of three bids, completed ahead of their promise date, and done with exceptional quality, fit, and finish. They were friendly to boot.I can promise Valley Collision in the future if we are to need any body work then only one bid will be necessary, and that bid will come from Valley Collision.Justin & Christina K

Had to put in insurance claim on new car for vandalism. Valley Collision in West Jordan,UT not only handled the insurance issues but did a great job and got the work done much quicker than I expected. Will recommend to everyone.

took my car in to get body work done. it wasn't the cleanest inside i've been recovering from surgery and cancer treatment haven't felt like doing anything worn out. they cleaned my car inside and out and the repairs amazing

This is the second time we have used Valley Collision with Chris James!! Had my 2000 Silverado passenger side repainted as clear coat had turned yellow, Valley Collison did an excellent job matching the original paint and did an excellent job.

After finding a place to park went inside to talk about having 3 cars worked on and painted had 3 people working the front nobody in waiting room and was told they don't do walk ins then I tried to explain what I needed to get done and was told to go online and make a appointment so I'll find another shop that will be happy to have my business. So I guess this place is to busy to help people my guess is they only work off insurance claims or something I owned a shop for years and never acted this way to a potential customer I'll never consider this place again. Kinda crazy a place that doesn't want your money or business

Originally took my car in after an accident they kept pushing back my dates and even had to reach out to the dealer because they couldn t figure out how my Subaru s censors worked. Months later I got my car back and the paint started peeling in different areas. I took it back to them to fix it under warranty. They did a sloppy paint job it s bumpy in some areas and they painted the plastics parts of my bumper as well. Definitely not quality service.Update: After they repainted the paint again the car has started peeling once again!
