Very nice product and supportive employees. Wasn t expecting to get what I need straight from them but they put the kit together and was ready within 2 hours. I rather go back to them than a third party

Love Tuff! Been working with them for 13 years and they are always nothing but good to me and my customers. If you have a warranty issue they take care of you. Friends made family in the auto biz! P.s. Kevin West deserves a raise! Lol Happy to be a dealer for Tuff country!

Box 1 of 2 showed up today after waiting 3 months. Box 2 of 2 supposedly shipped in June and never seen it. But now they are saying another 3 weeks.. Cancelled the order and sending back. Good thing was I ordered a BDS suspension lift kit from another vendor a week ago and I received it in 5 days. They could have said that they cannot fill the order and let me know when they could..

I ordered a tuff country lift off suspension connection, they told me I d have the product within 3-5 days. I was told it was going to ship on day 4 and I would receive it today, however It s now on day 6 and no on can give me tracking info. Very disappointed, never plan on ordering from suspension connection or using tuff country again.

Their 3.5 inch lift kit for my 2019 Silverado 3500HD broke three sets of tie rods and their upper ball joints failed in only 5,000 miles (almost all highway use). Cost me several thousand dollars in parts, labor, and ruined tires before I took it off and threw it away. Obviously very poor research and development performed before releasing these kits. Won t buy another one of their products.

Bought this within a year ago, the shock absorber needs replaced and they wont honor their lifetime warenty!! What a joke. How can you say lifetime and then not honor it. Don't buy from these lying crooks.
