I placed a online order, then called them to verify these are the correct parts and they replied yes they will fit your truck with no problems! After I received my parts shipment I opened the boxes to find out these are not the correct parts to fit my truck, I called customer support , sent them photo of incorrect parts. After waiting to get approval from them to return my parts I then had to pay 41.00 in shipping, I called them and gave them tracking # and they said yes we have received them, then instead of exchanging for the correct parts they charged me $80.00 restocking fee and told me to place a new order! Unacceptable customer service!!! I m out $121.00 with nothing to show for it! Also they will not return my emails ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! Also they claim to be A+ member with Bbb! They are NOT! They are a 1.1 rating on Bbb site come to find out. I will be sending the BBB A PICTURE OF THERE WEBSITE CLAIMING TO BE A+ with them which they are not! Very poor customer service!

I placed 2 orders that were supposed to ship within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later nothing had shipped. Email them and 1 order shipped the next day in a 2 package shipment. 1 of the 2 was lost by FedEx and SuspensionConnection refuses to send me a replacement. The other order still hasn t shipped 3+ weeks later. I had to file disputes with my bank to get refunds. Should have read the reviews here before ordering from this joke of a company.

Never order from this place....they do no allow negative reviews on their Website from what I can tell, which would have saved me from my purchase. Read on if your interested. Purchased a 4 Inch lift for my 2011 Nissan Titan Pro-4x from this place. After the install things where fine for about 1000 miles, then Sway Bar issues (common titan lift issue) and CV Joint issues. Ended up having to revert back. Basically flushed the 800 down the drain. I filled out a detail review on their website of the Product that explained all the issues. (I don't even review stuff very often, but I thought I'd try to save the next guy from all the issues I had spanning over 6 months). The Review goes through an "approval process" on their website....low and behold they would not allow the negative review. I contacted them and their claim was that it didn't meet the review guidelines. This was a lie, the review was very polite, thoughtful and detailed. None the less I provided another review of the product that was less detailed with the same result. After all this happened I started looking into it, and there was a ton of reviews with various other websites/sellers on the lift kit I bought that detailed all these issues. Suspension connect had nothing but glaring 5 star review of the product. Which concludes that they must not allow negative review on their site in my opinion......I mean why would people want to be warned about a bad product. They might not buy it then!?!? lol

It's mid-January and I have been waiting on an order from Suspension Connection since mid-October of last year. I have called customer service 4 times, sent numerous emails, and every time it's the came story... they bump it out a few weeks and tell me it's "a supply chain issue". I suppose when I buy something from a warehouse, I expect it to be in-stock. This place is a joke, if it's on backorder or no longer available, just be honest... I guess I'm a fool for waiting all this time. Buyers BEWARE

Purchased an air spring kit via their website. Minutes later I was told my order was cancelled "due to our liquidation sale stock being sold out. The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value." They raised the price from the $303 I paid to $404 and offered me a 15% off coupon. They offer bait and switch pricing and terrible customer service.

Similar issues to everyone else. Didn't receive any email confirmation of purchase. When I finally called 5 days later they said it was back ordered for almost two more weeks so I told them to cancel the order. I then receive it 5 days after my call after I already bought and received one from another company. Not only was suspension connection's packaging and product packaging all beat up, but now I have to pay to ship it back and they're threatening a 15% restocking fee.

The products themselves are good quality, however suspension connection and their customer service are horrible. It has taken over 6 months and 3 different shipments to get the whole order and we are still currently waiting to receive the rest of our missing pieces. Feels like it s a fight to the death to get the missing parts shipped to you and it continues to happen. Overall would not recommend using this company, next time I will go straight through the manufacturer.

So I ordered a steering stabilizer shock and they sent me a single shock for coil suspension. Trying to return the product for the right one is a nightmare 21 days to get a refund and 20 percent restock fee. Oh and after I sent pictures of what they sent they blamed me saying that's what I ordered. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Absolute Fraud Company. Sent a completely different item than shown on website. Refused the return stating items may be slightly different than shown. A completely different item is not a slight difference. Stay far away from these crooks.

I wish I could give negative stars! I've been waiting a month for a lift kit with zero communication from anyone at this company. Was told my rear springs were on back order and would ship June 9th. Here we are June 14th and still nothing.

So I purchased a set of bilstien 5100 shocks from their website for my 08 Tacoma. The purchase date was August 2nd no big deal 7- 10 days for delivery. On August 10th I emailed them and called the to find out where my product was at in the process. I was told They have been sent down for shipment. Cool no big deal takes 3 to 4 days for Fedex to deliver parts. Well on August 13th I still had no shipping information so I emailed them back this time I am told We don t have them in stock and the guy who does know where to get them is off and will be back Monday. So here it is Tuesday the 17th and this company still has no answer or product for my parts. Communication at best is terrible. If I could give half stars I would I will never purchase from this company again. 10/10 would not recommend spend time and money else where for suspension parts.

Ordered some parts that were listed as "in stock". They were not. I waited 3 months, and saw they lowered the price of the parts by 30% without giving me the discount, and I hadn't received my parts yet. That was the final straw, so I cancelled the order.It's been another 3-4 months and I STILL AM FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If you've made a purchase and didn't receive items, dispute this with your bank ASAP. Took 30 days but we got our money back. These people have no morals.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SUPERVISOR WONT RETURN MY CALL AND WHEN HE DID SEEMS LIKE HE JUST WOKE UP.BOUGHT THIS LEAF SPRING AND I HAVEN T RECEIVED IT THEY WANT ME TO FILE A CLAIM AND WAIT FOR IT TO BE RESOLVE THEY WONT EVEN REPLACE IT. 4 months waiting on parts and only partial shows up all beat up looks like they dragged them all the leaf spings and all strached up looks like they took it of some other truck..And now waiting on a susposably Fedex claim for missing parts that never showed up I wouldn't recommend using them to no one its better to pay more and go to your local shop for all your needs this company has poor customer service
