If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a windshield placed on October 2023, after they messed up my scheduling multiple times and just didn't show, they came and placed it incorrectly. There was an air leak, they said they would come again, they didn't, then they came and said there was there was an impact crack and they won't touch it but will give me 75.00 off for a completely new windshield. The guy who placed the glass seemed nice but the guy taking calls never took responsibility for his actions when he continued to schedule incorrectly. I now have a cracked windshield that is loud when we drive because the air leak was never fixed. The worst ever!!

My experience was one of efficiency, quality, and convenience. I can t say enough good things! Matt was so patient and committed when working with me. There was some confusion about the location I was at and he went five minutes in the wrong direction at first, but never even blinked an eye. He never got frustrated and worked at it with me until we cleared up the mix up and came straight to me. He was an absolute delight to work with, 15/10 would call again.It s so convenient! Normally any services or appointments require me to take time off in my 9-5 schedule, but they just came right to where I worked. All it took was a fifteen minute break and my part was complete. I trusted my car in his hands, and after work I walked out to find my dinky, old, beloved car with a spiderwebbed windshield looking all pampered and happy again. And Matt even in such a short time had already displayed such a strength of character that I didn t even think twice at leaving him unsupervised with my belongings.Customer loyalty has definitely been earned this day!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Our rear glass shattered and snow was coming. We needed help fast. Tyler did an excellent job. I was informed early in the day when I could expect arrival, then again shortly ahead. The work was quick and looks great. Fair cost, as quoted. Cleaned up work area and inside of car. Super awesome experience! The customer service is top tier. I had so many questions and they answered every one with patience. The technician came right to my home and kept me well informed. The job was done efficiently with great results! I had two windshields replaced and the pricing is unbeatable! I would ve paid more for a single windshield at any competitor in the valley. After my windshield was shattered on the freeway from a piece of tire they were able to quickly, next day, replace it so I could get back to work. I've used several different auto glass companies in the Salt Lake Valley and Specialized is by far the best I've come across. Booking the appointment was fast and simple, and the receptionist was super sweet and fun to talk to. They were able to come out and replace my windshield within 2 days of me booking, which was super convenient as I am about to leave on a road trip! My tech was Matt, and he was awesome! It was evident that he was very experienced at replacing glass, and was professional and super friendly. Look no further, I definitely recommend using this company for all of your auto glass needs rather than Safelite or anybody else!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Matt was the technician who came on the service call. It was a great experience, and he took the time to explain the process. Matt took the time needed to make sure my windshield was replaced correctly. Tiffany was the customer sales representative, she made sure I understood the pricing. Tiffany also was very attentive to details to make sure she had the right part. Would do business with this company again. THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY ARE MOBILE AND COME TO YOU!!

Mark was very friendly when i called for a quote and incredibly accommodating when making my appointment. He also answered my questions about my rear liftgate window thst sometimes leaks.The price he quoted me was significantly less than Safelite. The installer, Matt, communicated with me the day of my appointment and let me know when he was running behind and kept me updated as to when he would be there. Very pleasant and professional and his coworker (his cute dog) was very sweet too. The whole process took less than 45 minutes start to finish and my windshield was identical to my factory installed that they replaced. He made sure to clean the windshield and put everything back the way it was. I will definitely use them again if needed.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Tyler came and replaced the windshield for my 2015 Dodge Ram Eco Diesel. By far the most professional and courteous service I have ever received from any industry. Mark and team, are the best of the best. They are good as it gets in this profession. I have used them multiple times, both professionally and personally. Every time, they provide absolutely excellent customer service and outstanding attention to detail. I cannot recommend Specialized Autoglass enough, if I ever move out of state I will most likely road trip back to get my windows replaced.

Mark was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating! His prices also beat anyone else around. But when our windshield cracked due to another rock chip just weeks after our replacement, he really blew us away! I'm extremely satisfied with the service that was offered. I read the reviews on here and decided to give them a call, the whole experience was great. The extremely competitive prices, and the quality of the work done, not mention the guarantee are all reasons that I highly recommend that you should give these people a call. I worked with Mark and I highly recommend him on his own. Cool guy. He was fast, efficient, and very polite. He explained to me the damage that was caused by the last person who installed the windshield (We bought the car used) and did the best he could to repair it. He took the time and put a lot of pride into his work.All around great experience. Call Specialized Auto Glass first.

I am really impressed by the quality of work. We had a difficult time finding someone who could replace our large RV windshield in Utah. Our insurance company couldn't find someone who was able to replace it and the two local RV shops we contacted recommended us to a large national vendor who wasn't able to help us. Mark was experienced with our unique windshield and was able to help us out. I was also impressed by his communication on the day of the installation. He kept us updated throughout the day letting us know he was running on time. Usually you only hear from someone when they tell you they are going to be late. I would certainly recommend his services.

I cannot praise this place enough. I used them first in January and they were cheaper than everyone else but not because they re sketchy or anything, just more honest I think about prices. Mark was quick and professional. I used them again today after Mark made me a same day appointment because my windshield was in such bad shape. He came after hours and did a great job. Highly recommend them! They re efficient and knowledgeable without the BS.

I called so many places because we had a break in and needed our power window replaced. Everyone was over $300 and had a week or more wait. It was going to snow in a few days so I wanted to get it done. I was giving up hope, but I called them and they came out the next day and was $100 cheaper than all the other places I called. Mark was amazing to work with and easy to talk to. He finished the job in 40 minutes! It was great! Everything about it! Satisfactory experience getting my windshield replaced through insurance. Mark thoroughly answered all my questions by phone and email and even offered to call my insurance company for me when I was experiencing long wait times. After removing my damaged windshield, Mark showed me there was a little bit of rusting that he would grind off. He was completely done in about an hour. The entire process was professional and efficient.

I chose Specialized Auto Glass to replace a broken windshield on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I chose them because they had good reviews, the lowest price, and could come in 2 days, as opposed to longer like every other shop I called.My experience was excellent! The technician, Mark, was punctual, professional, and personable, but most importantly, a master of his craft. He immediately noticed that the windshield to be replaced was installed with incorrect molding (it was replaced about 7 years ago by a different auto glass company in Salt Lake County that has since closed several of its locations...). He warned me that once he removed the broken windshield, it was probable that he would find rust underneath on the vehicle s frame. He was right. He used a grinder to carefully remove the rust and then applied a sealant to prevent it from returning. He then installed the new windshield with the correct molding. He did not charge extra for the rust removal but honored the original price quote, despite the extra work.I really appreciate the fantastic service and highly recommend Specialized Auto Glass!

I had my windshield replaced today by Matt. He did an amazing job! He showed up on time, got the job done very quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable about my car. I learned a lot from him. I had my windshield replaced last year. I knew it had some rust underneath so I didn t think they would fix the leak. I called last week and the owner came out and caulked the leak for free. They have very reasonable prices and are quick and easy to work with. Mark and Matt were very polite and personable! I ve called around to a few places before calling them BUT I read their reviews and the review are definitely on point. They are definitely a 10 out of 10!*UPDATE* Rocky came back out to our residence to assist us with our Ford F-150, he did an amazing job so professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 again!!*UPDATE (2)* Mark the owner came out to fix my Mother s rock chip on her Avalon. I had an amazing experience with Specialized Auto Glass! I needed my front windshield replaced so I called a bunch of places based on good local reviews and there is a reason Specialized Auto Glass has a five star rating! They offered the best quote. They were able to come out next day. The guy that came out, Matt, was on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable AND he had already mapped out the area before he met me so he knew exactly where he wanted me to park so he could safely do his job in our Covid world! Also they offer a one year warranty which includes patching up any windshield rock dings for free. I was very impressed with everything about them. I highly recommend Specialized Auto Glass!!!

I had to get the windshield replaced on my Ford SUV. I was warned that it could crack my windshield molding, and it did, but I was given assistance in where to find replacement molding cheap and Matt offered to fix it free of charge. My windshield was replaced in the comfort of my own home in an hour and I was given very clear and easy to understand after-care instructions for my new windshield and a fantastic warranty on rock chips hitting my windshield. This company offers good prices and excellent customer service. Thank you for taking good care of my car!

Mark is amazing, my windshield had cracked all the way through yesterday while driving and I really needed it fixed as soon as possible. Being a Saturday no place was answering my calls and Mark was the only one that answered. Super affordable price especially compared to other places I was finally able to get a hold of. He came and got the job done in a timely manner and fixed past mistakes from other replacements done wrong. Definitely recommend getting whatever auto glass work you need done by Mark.
