I don t even know if people look at reviews anymore, before paying for a service. But just don t get your tires from Sam s club. Any location. Just don t do it. I have been thrown in so many different directions. Nobody at all is on the same page who works here. Their corporate, and store processes, aren t even the same or connected. I ve been sent away, on my donut 3 times. I have a warranty through Sam s club, so I have no choice but to get my service provided here. I finally made an appointment for 5pm and it took them until 5:40 to actually come and speak to me. I just kept getting shown a finger to signify one minute . I can t remember the last time that meant I ll be with you in 40+ minutes. I d really like to save others

Prices are good but their limited on what they can do, not so bad if your looking for a set of car tires. But don't ask them to put tires on a dually they don't do that. Huh.... That's correct.

I love this store! After years of the craziness of Costco I finally switched to Sam's club and I am so glad I did! Easy parking, easy shopping and quick checkout every time! Good selection and good quality products. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful pharmacy as well! Overall, a big win.

Terrible service every time I come in over the last year. Mike laughed and questioned me when I told him the new tires they installed 3 days ago are flat. Extremely slow when needing a rotation. Managers don't listen or talk to me about my concerns. They talked amongst themselves then sent someone else to handle it. My 3rd set purchased here so I should have learned my lesson but will never buy tires here again.

I made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted that purchased at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart had closed their service bays due to Civid. I figured since both companies are under the same corporation that they would do the job. The employee thought so too, since she had seen others get tires done that way before.I showed up and was told its strict company policy that they couldn't mount tires bought elsewhere. I said it's freaking Wal-Mart. You guys are the same company. Oh no sir! Its strictly forbidden. Id understand if I bought them at Big O or something, but this is ridiculous. You'd think that with Covid-19 there could have been something they could do to help.From now on I'll do my business at Costco.

Took a while to get to the counter to order my battery. Said it would take 30 min to install so went shopping for a few things and when I got done the car was already finished. Great Job there!

Really good service from worker Jose I got there an hour before they closed to buy tires..and so the other guy told me to go back the next day but the next day I was going to travel so Jose said that he would change my tires..and i really appreciated his work ethic..

Still haven't got my tires that I paid for been waiting a week and no communication from them. Just to find out they been there but when I've call everyday they couldn't find them or they really didn't look horrible service!!!!!!!
