It was great working with RLT. Miles was quick to reply via email and text, answered questions or concerns I had and took the time to explain options and give suggestions for what I needed. I took my 04 Tacoma to Miles in September and he brought it back to life with Dobinsons all around, plus more. I highly recommend for any suspension needs you may have.

Although Miles and the team at RLT were clearly swamped every time I visited the shop, they always made time to take care of me and my rig. Maybe that s WHY they are busy! Excellent communication and customer service, all of my many questions were answered in detail. These guys really know their stuff! I installed the suspension myself but Miles was still willing to do some fine tuning on it after the fact and dialed it to perfection! Thanks again fellas, Will definitely return!

I had RLT rebuild the King shocks on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and he was able to source and replace a bent shaft on one of the front shocks while he had them and get my jeep back on the road. Thank you Miles, I ll be back in a few years for another rebuild.

Miles and his crew are the absolute best in the business. If you re looking for transparency and top quality service at a fair price this is the place to go. RLT is a great little shop. Their services are in high demand, but it's worth the wait. I brought in my GX to have the coilovers adjusted and learned that the owner is one of a handful of Dobinsons certified rebuilders. Unfortunately, a speed sensor harness ended up getting tweaked by an assistant, but the owner took care of it and replaced the wiring harness with a brand new OE unit, no charge for labor or parts. The owner is also great to consult with, he is very knowledgeable. My suspension is far more comfortable and measurements are what I was looking for after the adjustments. He also helped me get a set of UCAs that can be hard to get ahold of.

I love the small shop atmosphere but with big time expertise. Miles was great at communicating and very fair with pricing. Great job on lift and tires for my Tacoma. I love it!

Miles killed it with my gx460! He got it done super quick and just couldn t have asked for a better dude to help me out! He answered all my questions and always responded to texts promptly. Just a solid dude running a solid buisness!

Probably the most pleasant experience I have had working with any company. Truck rides incredible now but even more importantly the communication and service were perfect. Glad they commented on a forum post saying they can rebuild raptor suspension

Cannot say enough good things about Miles himself, his absolutely unmatched knowledge, skill, and experience when it comes to everything suspension, and his amazing work pace. I was getting frustrated with my truck s shocks not absorbing much of the blow off road, and even on the road. It had become so stiff of a ride and it was even causing back pain on longer offroad trips. I handed my truck over to Miles for one day, and I got back a truck that out-performed and drove better than it did the very day the suspension was installed in the first place. He rebuilt all my shocks, threw on some amazing quality bump stops, and it handles so much better in every way. It has better shock absorption than when the shocks were brand new, and no more bottoming out anymore, even on the roughest trails.Highly recommend Miles for all of your suspension needs!

Miles is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me updates on the progress very consistently. I had old Fox coil overs rebuilt, new rear shocks installed, and other odds and ends fixed on a very custom, very worn out old suspension and couldn t be happier. There are countless shops and dealerships in Utah that can bolt on parts and sell kits, and most do it pretty well. But when you re actually trying to build something custom that functions and lasts with as few trade offs as possible, (along with the fact that it s an IFS Toyota, not a Jeep) it really narrows down the options to almost none. From the outside, a big shiny glass dealership with 50 rigs inside may look like the best option, but these guys in small shops and garages are usually where the best knowledge lives and that s definitely the case with RLT. There are other shops in town that really aren t bad.. you ask for a lift kit and you get a quality lift kit.. but that s it. RLT went the extra mile in every way from the handwritten thank you note, to the surprise rust refinishing on my rear frame because they wanted their work to not only perform well, but look good and last. It shows that these guys take pride in their work so that you can take pride in your vehicle. Quality work is not cheap and you wouldn t want it to be, but their rates are completely fair and I m beyond satisfied with what I got back in return.

Very happy with my shock rebuild. Miles gave me an accurate lead time and actually had my shocks done a little ahead of schedule. Very knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Miles has rebuilt shocks for all 3 off my offroad rigs. He has taken the time to adjust them, valve them, and makes sure you re running at peak performance. I ll definitely be going back when it s time to freshen them up again.

Had Miles rebuild my King shocks for my 1st Gen Tundra. He did a fantastic job with quick turn around time and cost effective service! Time to get the rebuilt already, I'll absolutely be taking them back to him. Not to mention he's a great dude.

Ordered Front UCA's through Miles and had him rebuild my shocks after about 25k miles. Would definitely recommend for any suspension needs!Rebuild on 2.5" Fox Coilovers and 2.5" Fox Shocks with remote resi's in the rear

Been taking my shocks here for the past few years. RLT Suspension prioritizes quality parts and service with quick turnaround. Always felt like my shocks were a priority, and always got my shocks back within a reasonable (sometimes faster than anticipated or initially quoted) amount of time. Never had an issue.
