I was going down I-15 and my semi truck started spilling coolant, figured out it was a cracked radiator, called Outlaw mobile and he was working on another truck in the same parking lot i got my truck to. He was probably there since the morning as my issue happened at 1030 am and he said he would get me done today. He got done with that truck and had other work already scheduled and he went to do that. later in the afternoon he messaged me saying he was getting the parts for my truck (which he also got me a better price than Freightliner quoted me). He got to my truck and began working on replacing the radiator, by the time he was done was about 130 am and my truck was ready to go again. Hard working guy gets the job done, very observant (he found some wires that were rubbing and exposed and fixed them) honest and worked about an 18 hour day but he made sure my truck was back in working order.Service: Electrical

Zack has gone way above and beyond to get us back on the road when our injectors went out, when our engine died and when our transmission failed. Zach repairs the thermostat in my minivan on our trip from Saint Louis to Reno. It was a state holiday and we were DESPERATE. He was so kind in the midst of chaos with 3 kids in tow and it was hot. Top notch! I'm a one man show for a small food company with one truck. Had a air brake issue that had to be taken care of asap. Load couldn't handle down time. I called, he answered, said he'd do the job and get back to me within the hour. He did get back to me within the hour to give me a timeframe for repair. He let me know when he was on his way to buy parts for me and showed up in the timeframe he stated. Repaired it fast and I was on my way! Did an awesome job replacing a air manifold on a Volvo VNL! Arrived within the quoted time frame and got the truck up and rolling. Fair price, would definitely use again for roadside breakdown!
