i had a headlight that needed to be changed and she was stuck in there. robbie went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. he didn t give up and was so sweet and patient. he really made my day, please give him a raise and my thanks

I stopped in with my daughter who is a newly licensed driver. She's been so excited to start driving and was quite disappointed that the tail light was out on the old 2001 Subaru Outback that's hers to drive. We stopped into this location in the dark, cold hours of a Monday night and were immediately greeted with a smile by Robbie. He helped us find the right lightbulb. When I asked if it was difficult to replace he quickly offered to help us!THANK YOU! He crawled into the back of the wagon (the hatch door wasn't working), he had to get extra tools because the bulb had rusted in there a bit. Then he noted the back wiper also needed to be replaced - which he happily did for us.We were back on the road in no time. It was a wonderful help to us and I can't thank Robbie enough!

I stopped in for some car cleaning supplies. It wasn't very busy, and they had everything I was looking for. I spent the majority of my time there waiting in line to checkout.

Times I've been there, they've been low on inventory, or maybe they just don't carry what I need. Also, some of the younger fellas have big egos but little knowledge about Autoparts. I also have little knowledge, and I look for people who can actually orient me on things. No pun intended. We all struggle at times

I have been into OReilys, 3 different times with my daughters cars and each time a very nice employee by the name of Russ has helped me. Not only did he take the time to help me find the problem and parts I needed, he helped me install them! For someone who knows nothing about cars, I can t tell you how grateful I have been for Russ! I only go to OReilys now!

The gentleman with longer hair pulled into a ponytail was VERY helpful helping me find the correct rear windshield wiper blades. He went above and even installed them for me! I didn t catch his name but he was great and I appreciate his help!

Sure every Auto Part store is going to have the stuff that you need in order to help your car. The main difference here is the customer service. If you happen to go in and work with Jacob and Matthew you are in for a treat. They where so kind and so informative as to what I should get and why. I was able to find everything and have a great experience. We need more workers like Jordan and Matthew in the world. Thank you

Grady and Brandon were the best! They came in clutch with helping replace my battery and battery terminal. It wasn't easy but these guys rocked and got me home safe! 10/10 service and dudes!

I am so thankful for this place and it s amazing employees! My battery died during a snowstorm and they were still able to fix it! They found the right battery for me and then replaced it FOR FREE in the middle of a snowstorm. Izmeal helped me and he did it all with a huge smile on his face. (Even in the freezing snow!) I am extremely happy with the service and knowledge of this whole company. Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a battery and the two people there helped us and got us the right battery for our car. We would've ended up with a Marine battery for boats but thanks to one of the reps who pointed out we needed a different battery.

Came here to buy a set of windshield wipers. The guy who helped walk me through which ones would be better for my vehicle during the winter was really helpful and if I'd have gotten his name I would shout him out here.

I went in with my family to pick up parts and while I was there I had them test my battery. It failed the test so I knew I needed a new one. Chris helped me out a ton getting the right battery for my price point and quality. He even installed it for me. He was so kind and helped me out a ton. I would highly recommend this location!

Ok service get some things like fluid but Go to rock Auto for part asked for a camshaft position sensor for my car 100 bucks there 20 buck plus 5 dollars shipping and handling

These guys were awesome! stopped in to get a code for my ck engine light and some windshield wipers, they helped me get the right wipers, they installed them for me and ck'd the engine light code, all quickly & happily with a smile! Thankyou! :)

Justin and his team are awesome! Justin has vast knowledge of cars and always willing to come look at my car and make great suggestions! Always willing to help with more technical issues as well because I'm not a mechanic! Amazing customer service and this is my store for parts and service!! I've gone to other oreillys in the valley and this store is the best in my eyes! Thanks Justin for all of your help and the crew that works with you.

These guys ordered the wrong lift gate for me and I waited three days just to find out. I specified my Toyota make and model, and they said to pick it up on Friday. So I did and realized the lift gates were too small for my car. I called them and the manager to tell him they gave me the wrong part, and he said to go to the Murray store where they had it in stock.So I go to the Murray store. They told me part they (the West Jordan store) ordered was for a Mazda, not a Toyota. So while I am grateful that the people at the Murray store got it straightened out, I am really frustrated that I waited three days for a part that does not even go to my vehicle.

Jacob and the rest of the staff are the best!!!! Helped my husband out with delivery of some parts when he was stranded in the heat. And even had cold water for him! Went above and beyond to help out! Best customer service ever!!!!!

I have had to buy 3 different battery chargers from them and they all were no good chargers. One said my battery was sulfated but I tried my friends charger and it worked. The charger was dirty like it had been used and put on the shelf again.

I took advantage of the loan tool program and the person who was attending tonight decided that leaving my ID was not enough to loan me the tool. There was no deposit required. But because I was on my construction clothes, dirty from work she decided I had to use the tool in front of the shop. So with no help or lighting, I changed my breaks. Maybe if I wasn t Hispanic and would ve went home and showered, she would ve provided better customer service. This location needs better attendees.
