I NEVER leave reviews, however the staff here is ONE OF A KIND!!!! I was having issues with my battery 2 months ago. I just made it in before they closed. I told the lady working the store asst mngr don t kill me I kno ur closing but I need my battery checked I had to jump it today. She said NO PROBLEM!!! Battery was good and she checked my alt too and it was good. Was personable fun to talk too and never rushed me. We checked oil & added a quart. Bc she was so pleasant I went back tonight. Now that same battery needed a jump 2x today. Walked in 20 mins before close AGAIN. Out comes OSCAR. Don t kill me I know my battery is low so can we grab some tools and get it charging?? NO PROBLEM MY FRIEND!!! Let me grab my coat I got you!! We joked as we took it out and I practiced my Spanish with Oscar. Then Glenn jumped in n helped us get it changing since 15 mins was btr than no mins. Long story longer. My situation in life currently is CHALLENGING!!! My battery was shot!!! Glen throughly explained what happens over time to battery s and why it wouldn t charge Oscar and Glen went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I walked out with a NEW BATTERY tonight!!!!!!! I can t thank Oscar enough for what he did to help me and restore in me that there are angels even at Auto Parts Stores. This staff has the BEST attitude I have EVER encountered. I normally can t stand the grumpy annoyed auto parts employees. These guys are ALWAYS great!!! I will not spend a penny anywhere but with this store bc $$ talks and I can t thank Oscar and Glenn enough for their kindness!!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! The end .

I went to O'reilly Auto Parts to have my battery checked and they advised me to get a new battery. As a single female, who doesn't know much about cars, I trusted that the employees of this business would be honest with me. The employee reported I absolutely needed a new battery and I couldn't wait. They continued to try and pressure me into buying a $250 car battery. I ended up going to a different business that could help me install the battery and the other business let me know that my battery was fine.I'm very disappointed with the dishonesty from O'Reilly Auto Parts and their employees. It's disheartening to know that you would take advantage of a person in this way. Please consider taking action and letting your employees know it is unethical to mislead and deceive customers. This reflects poorly on your reputation as a credible business within the community. I will not be returning to this store or recommending it to others.

I've been coming here for 10 years. Except for a few instances with inexperienced employees I have had great service. I go to the other auto stores only when I have to. I don't even get the same service from other o-reilly's. This one is great.

The older gentleman was very helpful and informative, but after watching YouTube I couldn't figure out how to take the clip off of my headlight so I ended up getting the bulb and labor at my tire place for cheaper than just the bulbs at O'Reilly, so I just returned the bulb.

Jesse and Julio were wonderful! They helped me fix up my vandalized window wiper arm when we learned the part had been discontinued! They went above and beyond, and I m grateful for their help!

The best part about O'Reilly's is there price match guarantee. If you find the part somewhere else for a cheaper price O'Reilly's will match it.

Everytime we've gone here the staff have been really friendly and helpful. They've help us find the correct battery for our car and even helped us replace it. The store is pretty well organized but if you can't find what you are looking for you can always find an employee and they will help you out.

The two guys are very rude. I asked. I need a break pad for my car. He said we have it. I said I need it. I just ask him a question I AutoZone given lift time warranty how come you guys not he says to me go AutoZone and don't come back here, wow they don t know how taking care customer how to talk to Customer that's very rude you are losing Customer and he's not helpful what does one need it I don't know why company hired its good hired don't training this before how taking care customer you think Customer can come back again once you thought of Customer? Very bad customer service

My car kept dying as I was trying to get my dad to work and Salvador was very patient, nice and knowledgeable with me. At first the battery tester wasn't able to read my battery (since it died as soon as I got it there) and he offered to charge it while we waited for a tow truck. We charged it got a little bit and he was able to me what wrong with it and how much it will be when I get it fixed.

The staff hear is very helpful, thay can help you find what ever part you need, and can usually have it for you same day. They also can help you diagnos small problems and battery issues fast and efficiently. If you deal like the person helping you is struggling with your request ask for Steve he is very informative and food at finding parts you need. They also offer parts ordering online and over the phone very useful if you are in a hurry. The only thing I have to complain about is some of the employee don't know much about cars and really struggle helping find simple parts, and some are very lazy and don't what to help you find something

I had a great experience earlier today. Logan spent over an hour with me helping me figure out why my car wouldn't start. I was impressed with his determination and grateful that we finally figured out what was wrong. Give this man a raise!

I'm pretty big on customer service. If a company has employees that are not helpful or make one feel dumb (because THEY don't know the answer to something) instead of asking someone else that MAY KNOW- I will not go back. Not worth my time.

I came here to have my battery tested and to my surprise they can also check alternators, they brought a machine out and hooked it up and immediately told me my alternator was dead and a couple seconds later said my battery was dead too. Well, i needed a second opinion so I drive to two other auto part stores both of which told me my alternator was completely fine and i ONLY needed a new battery. I will NEVER go here again and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

These guys are usually awesome, but last time i went in they were NOT! Passive, unhelpful & wouldn't even listen... Most of the time they were the same guys- these ones must be new help (one for sure was tin training ( i hope!), They really downgraded:( I'll try a diff location....

I went into this O'Reilly Auto Parts today looking to find some paint for my bumpers and nerf bars. Both of which were covered in Chrome and I had watched numerous YouTube videos on how to paint these without it looking bad. I walked up to the counter to check out with all my rattle cans of paint and the gentleman at the register ask me what I was up to I told him I'm just trying to get rid of all this Chrome he then told me I was not going about this the right way and although he didn't sell anything for me he did point me in the right direction of getting a vinyl wrap done to it. So I walked out of the O'Reilly parts next to my house empty-handed. Feeling like I really won, also I hope this dude doesn't get fired. To have an honest counter guy point me in the right direction speaks volumes of the company he works for.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They have a much better selection the their main competitor, and most any part you need is available the same day. They recycle oil and canister oil filters for free.

Monique is the store manager here and she takes pride in what she does. I had a bad experience at a store less than a block away from my office that refused to do anything to help. So after calling monique store she said come right in I'll take care of it. And she did. Thanks monique you'll go far just keep doing what you're doing you'll be very successful here.

Had a check engin light on. Andrew scanned my Prius. He somehow tripped my sensors. They can t turn them off. Solution was to have a $100 diagnostic. Tiffany the GM told me they provide scanning as a service their for they are not liable and I am on my own.Oh thanks.
