"Share details of your own experience at this place". Google says, I say they need 10 stars! Not only did they do amazing work with my older (2011) trailer, they were more than accommodating with me dropping a lifter in my engine and having to buy a new engine, barrowing a truck to get my trailer to them after hours, they handled all of my insurance needs, I'm glad I didn't listen to the one star review, but it just proves no matter what you can't please everyone. Next level mechanical is hands down the best customer service, attention to detail and quality workmanship that I have experienced in years! This is how you make a life long customer!

They have had our unit for 10 weeks and paidOver 9k buy the insurance company and have not even touched it. Well I m not sure because I have one email that says they have and one that says they have not so . We, meaning their customer service person whom they should keep, were actually making some headway on the phone with the owners in the background agreeing to a date. Then one of them started being rude so I politely said, I m not dealing with her any more and hung up. I thought maybe things would settle a bit because we were making headway and I would get a callback but no!!!! Instead of that we get a knock on the door and it was the police Yea. She, or he called the police and said I sent threatening emails and I am not to contact them. Of coarse I showed the police all the emails they wanted to see and NOT ONE threat, except the statement that if I had to I would see them in court. So I guess they have our unit, 9200.00 from the insurance company and I can t contact them. . Real professional guys!!!!See their response. And actually now your name calling. Slander maybe. Anyhow. Police records are public. When I get home I will post the case number so the truth will set you free.And since you told the police I m not to message you again. I was just posting my review as the facts are. Done here

Wow! I have to say this is one of the most professional businesses I've every dealt with. They have helped a few of my clients with their RVs and winterized my own. If you re looking for great communication with a company for care and service recommendation for your Rv I would tell you to contact Next level mechanical and Kustom. General repairs and services are always a to do if you want your trailer to last a long time. Inspections are vital. We are glad we found such a honest ,reliable and dependable company. I have worked with this company twice. This last time Aaron was great and kept me updated each step and very accommodating especially when I needed to delay pick up from a Thursday to a Tuesday so added another service for the trouble and paid the agreed upon price. The work performed was great. However, I won't be going back and here's the biggest reasons why:1. Absolutely and always get a written bid for work done from this company. Do not agree to add on charges unless it is in writing-NOT the generic blank proforma paper.2. The front desk co-owner is absolutely insufferable-in my opinion.3. Yes, the hidden video cameras are there (thanks for that notice ) and I'm SO beyond grateful for that.

I have been a customer. For years . There has been no shortage of customer satisfaction over and beyond everything I've asked of them. I even Tortured them by try to have them wax buff for 3 to 4 days by hand and tools. On my 43ft toy hauler to get oxidation off. In between caring out there customers that come in with more pressing issues. They still found the time make me happy with this undertaking.. I've never heard them say no to anyone.. and if they did it had to be real bad situation.. point... I just heard they did and engine swap or head rebuild !!?? On a coach that had a V10.... I had no freaking idea they would take on such a thing.. who does this.. ? I'll tell you who..NEXT LEVEL .. does. These guys never stop at amazing .. they just keep raising the bar. You will be crazy to over look these guys when it comes to your needs on all levels of your situation,wants, or needs... they do not disappoint. . NEXT LEVEL ... love these guys.

Myself aswell as my family members have been going to Next Level for years to have our RV's, Trailers & toys serviced. They repaired some water damage on my grandmas RV & fixed some damage from an accident that happened on my trailer, with both we have had no issues & you can't even tell anything happened. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place was a blast. They put the K in Kustoms. They worked on my volvo 780 and made it the brightest vehicle in Utah. The only bad thing is I loved there work so much that I am going to come back and do more Kustom work on my truck!!!! Brandon really gave me some Great ideas. My favorite thing was that Brandon and Amber were excited to do work on my truck. It wasn t just a job for them but something fun. Troy also got a little excited but not till the work was complete. My favorite thing was how clean the wiring job looked..... better yet it didn t look. The wiring job was hidden so well and done so professionally that you would think that it comes that way from the factory.

Amazing company! Great workmanship! They communicated with me very thoroughly about the work needed to fix my RV. They went over and beyond making sure all repairs meet my expectations and even helped with the insurance claim representatives to resolve getting the repairs processed through the insurance company. Will use this company for all future RV maintenance and repairs. Great company to work with!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was so very impressed with the staff. I told them a bunch of things I might need, however they thoroughly checked and said I did not need them at this time. On the repairs and other parts that were needed, they did an excellent job. My car drove so much better, I felt like I was in a new car. I so much enjoyed meeting the staff. they were all super kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to have an RV repair business who seemed to care about my RV and actually wanted my business. Unlike the dealership, who has made us feel almost like we are an annoyance to them and low priority, Next Level got us right in and repaired our problems quickly and professionally and helped me know how to take care of other things affordably myself. Took my 2010 Polaris RZR 800 in to get engine checked for an oil leak after purchasing it, and they not only did an amazing job at finding the issue (overfilled and not a leak) instead of just throwing parts at it but they took the time to show me what they found and explain their recommendations for additional repairs noted. Amazing service and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Communication is stellar. The work is high quality. The customer service is second to none. I dropped close to 5k on engine repair, upkeep and a new fox suspension system. They called a couple days later to follow up. Have taken care of me since I started doing business with them and don't plan on taking my business elsewhere. They also do atv, dirtbikes, RV's. The work they did on our motorhome was not the best - our generator broke shortly after they fixed it & they forgot to pump 1 of our tires when they replaced them. Tune up on engine was fine. The customer service from Amber was terrible. I have never dealt with anyone so disrespectful & rude. She gave inaccurate information about how long it would take them to finish the work and did not call me back with updates when she said she would. I had to call them multiple times for updates. She then started avoiding my calls so I had my husband call and she yelled at him saying his wife needed to stop calling. Based on their work I might give them a second chance, but dealing with her again is just not worth it.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are awesome! Super helpful with some of my trailer needs. They took time to help me out when I walked in with some questions gave me some info on parts and helped point me in the right direction. I definitely would bring my trailer here if I needed something done that I couldn't manage myself. Thanks for the help guys!

First time and definitely not the last time my trailer will be serviced at this facility. I dropped it off when they were super busy and they fit it in and got it done. Amber & Brandon were great to work with. They called me with updates on parts we had ordered & made sure I was in the loop the entire build. I really appreciated that! Brandon also repaired some electrical another shop had down wrong & now it works great! Happy with these guys! We ll, after buying a brand new RV out of state it required extensive warranty repairs once I got back to Salt Lake. First of all, Next Level was the ONLY authorized dealer that would even help me. Second, Amber and her team battled for weeks on my behalf to get the manufacturer to cover the repairs.All the folks at Next Level have been great to work with and have even helped train me on my new RV.They have my business for life!Services: Tires, Electrical

I have not had the best experience with them. Ended up paying someone else to fix the work that they did. Used too small of gage wire over to far, this ended burning up yet another inverter. The third one sense having them work on the RV. the answer was just keep throwing more money at it or you just went the cheap way. This was also after my trailer was broken into when it was let in their care and they promised me it would be left inside their building.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough about Next Level. I think if it wasn't for them finding all the problems that we had with our brand new trailer we might of drove it off the mountain. After taking it to 2 other places and still having the same leaking problems I was recommended to Next Level. They took such care of us and found more issues than we even knew about. They fought with the Manufacturer to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Next Level. They do such a awesome job and I feel that they definitely take pride in what they do. I can't thank them enough !!!

Amazing service! I had a break down on the way through SLC I called a couple of shops and they basically laughed at me, telling me they were booked months out. I called Next Level, they worked me in. Amber was so nice and worked with my extended warranty and got it almost all covered. Brandon found a problem that the manufacturer couldn t find and fixed it as well as a couple of other things that could be problems. They worked to get me back on the road super fast, and called me when they found the problem and explained it to me. I can t say enough about this well run family establishment. And even though it is a family run independent shop they had all the fancy diagnostic tools and do everything from body repair to upgrades and even managed to get my oil changed in the short time I was there. Can t recommend them enough!

This is hands down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! They are a highly professional team, knowledgeable, kind and always keep the customers needs and ideas in mind while creating your custom work. Oh and that's one of the other cool things about this company, they have the ability to do custom/performance work on just about anything you have, RV trailer, truck, side by side, etc. I plan on using this company for all my custom needs.

Amber and Brandon are great, I had to get a new ball coupler installed on my travel trailer following an equipment failure that damaged the original coupler. Next Level keeps a couple of slots open each week to help with emergency repairs and were able to squeeze me in to the schedule in less than 24 hours and got me back on the road ASAP! I will definitely use Next Level Mechanical & Kustomz in the future.

Next Level Mechanical & Kustomz are the BEST! They take care of me every time. I own a 18ft travel trailer. They have installed an A/C unit, winterized my trailer, and got me a RV cover. Their prices are unbeatable and their service is top notch. Highly recommend them. I love how much they care about me and my trailer.
