Bought a battery here and forgot to bring the old one. They allow you to come back later to get a refund for the core charge, which I did. Very nice employees.

Store can be busy at times but that's pretty normal with all NAPA stores. Don does a great job managing the store, very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Always treats people like family, and is very pleasant to work with when looking for parts. He's easy to work with on the phone to, gets you squared away in a timely fashion.

Store Representative Dalia and Store Manager Don helped me out a ton! Even though there was a delay with my order I left a happy customer because they took charge of the issue. They made me feel valued and for that I recommend this place.

I prefer Napa but this location sucks. Woman was rude and told me that they don't stock replacement light bulbs. Napa needs to put a reference book on aisle.

Ordered and payed for a part at store to be shipped from another store. Told it would arrive at 1:00. I arrived back at the store at about 1:30 and was told it wouldn't be there till about 2:45. So that moves my repair to the next day since I have appointments to attend to in the evening. Which also means another day I have to miss work since I use my car for work. On the bright side, the part was $10 cheaper than anywhere else..... except the store is quite far from my home and I made two trips, (and another one for the next day for a total of three trips). So that savings is at most a wash.

Not impressed with the NAPA "Know-How". Couldn't get me 3/16" brake line the website said they had in stock, and waited a day past when my order was supposed to be able to be picked up to tell me so. Also didn't have M10 copper crush washers for my brake caliper banjo bolts, that's kind of silly for an auto parts store.

I am honestly surprised with how far the service and how the store is stocked and upkept has gone down hill. I used to be an employee for this store and I dont understand how Tim the assistant manager doesn't have any other solutions than "my catalog doesn't show it" when I show on the website the store has it. He wouldn't even go check the shelf, and I know the inventory isn't always right, because like I said I used to work here. Honestly will be taking all my service to any other store from here on out.

I have been extremely pleased shopping at this location on 7800 S. I have gone there to buy a few filters after we had a fire in our neighborhood and they were knowledgeable about which ones we needed. It was also great price. I have also bought their premium Napa brand wipers and they are amazing. It s night and day using them compared to others I have bought. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

I prefer Napa parts stores but this location isn't my favorite.The staff lady told me there's no such thing as an universal headlight relays...really?I've been doing wiring for 35 years!I picked 2 of them up right up the street at O'Reilly hanging in the aisle.

I had been to another parts store up the road, looking for new wiper blades, because mine got ruined in an ice storm. The other place had tried to say the best deal I would find on them was like $40-something!!! I was agast. Came over to NAPA and they hooked me up with a good set of them for $16!!! Very nice people... and they even put them on for me.

Purchased part at another location to pickup the next day, didn t get there overnight. It happens. Other store put a transfer to West Jordan for me to get since they showed 2 of what I needed at the location and I only needed 1. Arrived at West Jordan and was told they couldn t find either of the parts. Again, not a big deal it happens. The assistant manager then proceeded to tell me that even if she could find the part that she couldn t give it to me because it wasn t shown as a transfer on my receipt. I explained that it was ordered and paid for the previous day and was supposed to be from the warehouse and didn t arrive. This is when she continued to explain to me that it didn t matter so I told her to call the other store if she had questions. As to which I was then told I have to take off my sunglasses so that the assistant manager could look me in the eyes while she speaks to me. I declined and was then asked if I keep my sunglasses on when I go into other businesses. I kindly told her that is none of her business. She then said that I had to remove my glasses to shop in said store and told she wanted to see my face. Apparently that I have remove sunglasses is now part of NAPA s new security protocol .. uh huh since napa is now implementing security protocols that banks do and also if it is true it should be posted on the front doors or within plain sight of a customer. Been shopping with napa for years and never felt like someone had been harassing me as a customer before. Thanks Karen (rebecka) . My business will stay with the company just not this location ever again. For what it is worth the other locations that I frequent are awesome and have good attitudes towards their customers.

Had water pump issues in my truck I had gone through 4 pumps in 2 years that I bought from another store I got tired of ripping into the motor every few months to swap it out even though it had a life time warranty on the part it was still costing me time and money so I got the 5th one from Napa and haven t had a problem for 5 years now. They have better quality parts than the other places I will definitely buy my parts from them for now on.Customer service was awesome!!!!Thanks guys!!

Always have the parts I need for my 4th Gen 4-Runner and VW Passat. Staff is willing to help research the parts needed. They rock! Other places can stand in line...

It's been 2 weeks sints I ordered my part. Still nothing. I called a week ago put on hold for 20 min. Got tired of waiting hung up. And again this week same put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Customer service really sucks!!!

I have yet to have a bad experience. I went there for a drive shift for my Subaru, they quoted me for $500 which isn't horrible. But I told them I found another place that would ship it for free and it was cheaper. The guy gave me $100(including shipping) from the east coast. A week later it got there. NAPA goes above and beyond, they have better prices and selection than anyone else.

Don't like being lied to. Today was the second time, asked for Moog brand parts on the phone said they had them in stock, i go down in person only to find out they don't carry that brand and tried to sale me their name brand overpriced junk. Went next door to O Reilly they had what I needed and didn't lie to get my business!

Great help and friendly, great parts and quality.Unfortunately they need to update their website with products. The online side says it's available in a specific location but when I get there, they are out and I need to go to another store to get it. Waste 1-3 hours of the day because of this.

I think everyone knows this is utahs best auto parts store. The 7800 s location went out of there way researching my frist generation Ford focus parts i needed. If your working on your vehicle go to Napa. Thank you for a friendly hand with my car.

Parts are overpriced but they have a lot of them. If you absolutely need the part and can't even walk to the next parts store, then they're your best bet!They used to hold a quality standard. But now their parts are all stamped with CHINAand you'll pay $75 for a $7 ebay part.Greed is killing 'em like wal-mart!

NAPA Auto Parts is a wonderful store to shop at for tools, car cleaning accessories, Auto Parts, fluid, and their tools have a lifetime warranty. The staff is well knowledgeable and they are very helpful and courteous. I recommend Napa to anyone that is looking to buy their car parts and working on them self

I absolutely dread dealing with NAPA. But sometimes the other guys are out of the part and I have to go to NAPA to get it. I have went to several locations and all of them are horrible to deal with. I recently bought a new car and had two cases of motor oil that wasn't the right weight for my new truck and they wouldn't swap out the oil because I didn't have my receipt. Who keeps their receipt for oil? What a joke! I wasn't trying to get my money back for it so it wasn't a loss to them...I only wanted to swap my new unused oil of a different weight with a new weight of oil for my truck. I will never shop at NAPA for their return policy. What do I do with two cases of oil which I can't use?

I purchased U-joints and a tail shaft seal, all parts were wrong it took me 4 trips to get the right parts, and in the end all I got was one u-joints that fit I ended up going to the competitor to get correct parts and returned the others back to Napa for a refund needless to say I won't be going back to Napa anytime soon

NAPA Auto Parts in West Jordan are great. Do in-store orders all the time they're always ready. Napa carries high-quality parts and they have a lot of in inventory.
