Boy did I luck out with this place! I needed an alignment on my electric car and they did a 100% perfect job. Not only was the service above par but the customer service was like I was talking with a loved relative. I absolutely recommend this business if you're in the area. As a side note, I almost went to Les Schwab for my alignment and super glad I didn't. Support your local businesses! 5 stars all the way!

My mechanic advised me to visit a muffler shop because my exhaust pipe is damaged.I called this branch, and they informed me that they could check my car the same day. Neat. When I arrived at the shop, they took my car to the back and diagnosed it. Gordon showed me the issue, provided me with options, and began working. In less than 2 hours, the job was done.

They were delightful to work with! The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. They were able to get me in and out in just a couple of hours and for less money than I expected. I will be back!

Friendly and attentive to service needs. Gordon was awesome with assisting me to upgrade my exhaust system. I had asked for a specific sound from the exhaust and he put it together perfectly and it was done sooner than I expected. Definitely reccomend Master Auto Tech. I will be coming back.

This is ALWAYS the place I go for exhaust, emissions/registration, and many other things. Gordon Fox is a trustworthy man and runs a great shop. Bob has been here a long time and is wonderful to work with!

I ve been bringing my vehicles to Master Auto Tech for years. I ve always had top notch customer support! They are consistent! I feel very well looked after when it comes to maintenance and staying apprised of anything that my vehicle may need in the future. My muffler basically fell off my car. I needed help quickly, so I went to Google. This place was close by and the reviews were great.I walked in and talked to Gordon. He was pretty chill and gave me a couple options. Most importantly, he didn't want to quote me a price because he didn't know.They took my car to the back, diagnosed it, gave me options + upfront prices, and got to work. Overall, I was there for a little over an hour.These guys are the real deal. I'm definitely coming back!

I took my 2005 Buick in because I suspected the catalytic converter was restricted, everywhere I had taken it before did not have the equipment to properly test a converter. Gordon not only has the equipment he has the knowledge, and was able to get the job done quickly and had me up and running while staying within his estimate. Now my Buick runs like it should, Thanks Gordon.

Chose this place because of high reviews and was not disappointed. Service was good and they were very attentive. They even caught something big that they weren t working on but made sure to offer me a cost effective option. Definitely will be going to them with future car work.

Edit: I recently ran into an issue with the radiator that they installed in my truck. They were 100% honest about the issue and fixed it at no charge. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would.These folks are very reliable and they take great care of the vehicles they service. My whole family uses them. They re honest and upfront. I can see the reason for the high rating got me in quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new waterpump at a reasonable price. Bob was great to work with. Will be using them in the future

We were referred to this shop in June by Discount Tire for an alignment on my son's student car. It ended up having a major safety issue, which they caught and repaired for a very fair price (they understood it was a student car).When it was time to register my husband's jeep I took it to them saying I thought the struts were going. Nope, it was something different. Gordon (one of the owners) called, explained what they found---the real issue was hundreds less-- and they repaired it.I am so impressed with this shop and they employees!

Gave the shop another chance because of the response and the fact the were nice to begin with. This time went in for a exhaust leak and they fixed it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. Def was a reasonable price and would recommend these guys. Will go back for any work my lazy butt doesn't want to do myself. Bob is awesome and I would trust him with my car anytime.

Amazing customer service! I was referred here last year to get something fixed on one of my tires, and remembered how accommodating and nice they were, so last week I brought in my van to get new breaks and an oil change. They got everything taken care of in a few hours. They also supplied my husband s work vehicle with new breaks in a timely manner. Well, the cherry on top was receiving a package in the mail from Master Muffler yesterday. We thought that it was maybe a missing part we needed for one of the cars, but y all! They sent us brownies and a thank you card! Customers for life!

Gordon and Bob were so helpful and thorough. They made a stressful event so easy and painless. They also found the core of the problem, something that would break again and put me in a lot of danger for it, and helped me fix it so it doesn t happen again. A few months back I had some extensive work done on my Chevy Tahoe. Recently my car was exhibiting similar issues and I was worried (maybe terrified) that I would again have a similar repair bill. Brent manages this store and he replaced a couple of hoses, flushed out my coolant system, topped off my antifreeze, put air in my tires and did this in time for a weekend trip. He absolutely honored the Master Tech warranty that I did not even know I had. With this kind of service and most of all honesty, there is no way I will not return for any future mechanical needs. Thank you for such incredible service.

They are fair, honest, and provide you with accurate information to make the best decision for you. I never feel like I am in engaged in a sales pitch to get you to purchase something that isn t necessary. I had a great experience with my car at Master yesterday. I was shocked that they were even open on pioneer day so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Brent was very professional and extremely nice over the phone and everyone I talk to at the shop was nice as well.
