I took my car in to have them swap my winter tires to my all season tires. They told me they refused to do it because the tread was too low, and kept pushing new tires on me. I know that the standard for replacement is 2/32 of an inch, and my tires were at 3/32 seconds of an inch, I measured them myself. I wanted to get one more summer out of them before I bought new tires.I ended up buying new tires at a different location, the same place I bought my current tires. I asked them to prorate refund the tread life warranty, and they insisted that they couldn't honor the warranty because there was "too much tread left on the tires" to honor the warranty. They would have to be at 2/32 of an inch, which my tires are not.Les Schwab will not serve the customer or their preferences, even when what they ask is clearly within safety guidelines. They will deny you service just to push new tires, which is gross.

Great customer service. Was quoted an hr wait but was done in under an hour. I had low tire pressure in one tire and they checked all just to make sure they all were fine. Clean bathrooms and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Les Schwab

I highly recommend these guys. Last summer I had a dangerously low tire on my motorcycle. I stopped at Les Schwab and asked for some help. They were friendly and happy to help. So when my cars tire developed a leak, I called them and was able to get in same day. They again were very helpful and respectful. The quickly got me back on my way so I could enjoy the rest of my weekend without any more worry.

A noise in the front suspension recently developed in my car. I left my car at Les Schwab to diagnose, I thought it was the sway bar bushings. After diagnosis, Weston contacted me to inform me it was a loose nut on the sway bar end link and didn't charge me for his services.I'll be back and use them again, not for a 'free' service, rather the honesty and integrity demonstrated.Thank you for the superb customer service. Not many meet and fewer exceed a customers expectations. Well done Weston.

Les Schwab West Jordan always gives excellent services. It also has the friendliest staff and they add a personal touch. I always feel taken care of and the value is far superior to a dealership. I go every 6 months for an oil change and seasonal tire change. They are honest and explain every service. Never pushy either which I greatly appreciate.

Always a great experience at Les Schwab. When we pulled up, we were greeted and helped right away. Service was very efficient. Estimate was provided for replacements, but no pressure or sales tactics, just an FYI.

I highly recommend les Schwab. I had a 3 inch lift put on my f150.3 months later a u broke while on the way to work. Freaked me out pretty good. i called Les Schwab and was very impressed with Michael Dixon the assistant manager. the truck was dropped off at 9 am. half way through the day i was informed that tough country was not going to be able to send a replacement part for about 5 days, leaving me with out a vehicle. It just so happens the weather is changing and is scheduled to snow for 5 days. Michael was very unhappy with the lack of response from tough country and took it upon him self to find a local company with 4x4 parts and purchased thicker better u bolts. I was expecting just the broken one to be replaced. Michael told me he did not want to chance having any more break and Les Schwab purchased the better u bolts and replaced all of them on my truck for free. I highly recommend Michael the assistant manager at the west Jordan Les Schwab on 78th s and 5796 w. Thank you all for looking after the safety of my family

This is one of the best tire stores in Salt Lake, walk in is easy. Staff is quick and clean. The manager really knows his stuff has always pointed me in the right direction. As an Uber driver having a tire store that s quick to get me back on the road so I can make money works is a good thing. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were headed to a very important event only to realize our tire was flat. We came in and explained the situation and the staff, Junior, was understanding and helpful. He was quick to reassure us they would work as quickly as possible. We were in and out incredibly fast and off to our event! We are very grateful for their service and attention to detail - highly recommend this location!

Once again Les Schwab has come to our rescue!! We're getting ready for a long road trip and discovered a compromised tire on our trailer. Diego was able to replace both tires and get us on the road within an hour. We've always been loyal customers and this is just another example of why! Excellent service!!!

I had the most wonderful service from everybody here. I just lifted my runner and needed an alignment along with my brakes, they quoted me about 2 1/2 hours and finished it in an hour. They updated me throughout the process as well as explained what was done, and what was on the receipt. I felt very comfortable and valued here, and would recommend this les Schwab to anyone and everyone. Best store and best employees/customer service I ve experienced.

Dropped two cars off for alignment, came back to pick them up and only one actually needed/had an alignment job done. I was surprised by the honesty, i'm sure there are shady sellers out there who would alter alignment to fail a check. Very impressed by this experience. This is the location just off Mountain View Corridor and 7800 south. Lastly, although the alignment job wasn't cheap ($140 out the door), it was cheaper than Big O and others I called.

I was driving though and had issues with a tire after getting it fixed a day before at a tire shop in Wyoming. Junior the manager checked all my tires and made sure they were okay before I headed out on the rest of my trip. He and his team were fast, efficient, and I didn t have any more issues on my trip! They didn t charge me for the service either which I was very grateful for. Thank you and I highly recommend this location for any of your tire needs!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of bringing my car here, and it was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, my encounter here was disappointing and left me deeply dissatisfiedThey didn't fix the one issue I brought my car into for, despite the prices seeming to be on the heavier side compared to other shops. I had to take my car to another shop and I got a much better experience there

If I could give them zero stars I would. I m so incredibly irritated that they took advantage of me. I don t know much about cars so I trusted them to give me the truth. Well boy was I wrong. Not only did I pay DOUBLE what I should have because I was lied to about a needed replacement, I was also lied to about how bad my rear brakes were. The dealership of all places, who are known to up-charge, actually quoted me half for the replacement and said I have some time left on my brakes. How dare they take advantage of anyone!! I will not be going back ever and I will let everyone I know hear about my experience.

Worst Les Schwab location ever!!!! We were so excited when this location opened, as it's only a couple miles away. We've gone to the Taylorsville location on 5400 S. for years. We have purchased $1000s of tires, rims, and repairs from Les Schwab over the years.Took my Buick for an alignment and was told we needed new tires, even though we had gotten less than half the mileage on the current set. They don't carry the tires we prefer anymore, so they ordered them. So far, so good.Went back in and dropped the car off for new tires and the alignment when the tires came in. I got a call less than 30 minutes later that I also needed new shocks and struts. Told them to go ahead and do the repair. Picked up my car up 3 or 4 hours later, and the problems began. There was a squealing noise, a grinding feeling, and my car was shuddering when I braked. It was also still pulling to one side.My husband took the car back down and Jeremy said it was doing all of that before. No, it wasn't. My husband called me, because he knows that I am very comfortable in my car and know how it feels and sounds. When he told him what I said, he basically implied to my husband, that because I was a "woman," I didn't know what my car was doing before. CANNOT STAND sexist mechanics. I am the primary driver of my vehicle, I have driven it for 8 years. I have to drive for my job. I know my car. So, he told them fine, take the new tires and parts off, put the old ones back on and we'll go somewhere else.Instant backtrack. They resurfaced the rotors (which are less than 9 months old), "fixed" the alignment, and sent us on our way. I have to add here, that the entire time Jeremy was talking to my husband, he badmouthed the Taylorsville location and their techs once he found out that's where we regularly go. Not professional in the slightest. It is my understanding that Jeremy is the manager. Not impressed with his attitude or customer service skills. After this repair, my car was making a weird, chirping noise when I drove. Took it back down again, and apparently during one of the previous repairs, the ABS line didn't get clipped down properly so it was rubbing on the tire. It has in fact rubbed through half the line. They have agreed to fix it free of charge after some arguing on my husband's end. I don't think it should have even been a question of them fixing a problem they created. The initial repairs and tires cost me almost $3000 and we have gotten the worst customer service and labor I have ever received anywhere on a vehicle. After I get all these problems solved, I will never be visiting this location again.

Took my older car in for a flat repair. They were busy but still got me in and out in an hour. Concern was, the tech came out and told me that the tires were 4/32 and 5/32 tread remaining. That they couldn't fix the flat due to the minimum depth for patching and had a quote for new tires. The legal limit for flat repair is 2/32. I mentioned this and that I had worked at a les schwab before. He doubled back and said he would fix the flat. Got the car, tire fixed and went home. Fast forward a couple days, manager calls me to talk about the review. Apologies were had and I updated the review to a 5 star as the kid was new. However, the manager then said something about the tire depth, where the flat was, was 2/32 and they shouldn't have fixed it. This led me to grabbing my tools and going to measure it. 4/32.I understand trying to help out a new employee. But double the error. Yeah. Keep the one star. You earned it.

I had a miscommunication with the front desk person. I was unhappy. However, the store manager later reached out to me to make things right. He investigated the issue and put corrective actions in place. He took full responsibility to correct the wrong, (even though I, as the customer, should bear part of the fault).I am very impressed with such a business that owns its mistake, learns from it, and improves. Even more impressive was that the manager cares and took the time to make his customer feel valued and heard.I d rather shop at an imperfect business that tries its best than a perfect business that has never made any mistakes.I had another similar experience with another Les Schwab in Idaho also, where the people really took responsibility and took care of its customers. That s why I keep coming back to Les Schwab.

Dropped tire off because of a flat. Went back next day they rolled the tire to me in waiting area and said there you go .now I'm in my driveway putting my tire on myself.i guess they fix the flat but helping you get it back on your car is up to you. not like the old days .they lost my business today after 20+ years of buying tires.

Went in to have an inspection on my brakes because they had a high pitched squeal. Got there at 8 am, put the truck in the bay and they took off the tires. I was expecting I needed new brakes. Diego came out and informed me my brakes were fine, I just had a lot of brake dust on the rotors and drums. He blew the dust off all the rotors and drums with an air hose, re-mounted and torqued the tires, and I was on my way. I appreciate their honesty. It was a great overall experience. I will definitely go back. Thanks again

Awesome shop & employees. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it really quickly for free! They had good popcorn & coffee. They also have a cute kids table with coloring books & crayons. I'll definitely be back when we need new tires.
