Quick, efficient and friendly. This location isn't pushy with all the up selling. Most locations I've been to really push the up selling and don't listen to you. This location was not like that and I loved it.

Took my car in because my rear brakes were making noise. The tech insisted it was the front brakes. I told him I recently purchased the car and the front brakes and rotors were done about 8 Mos ago. He said the pads weren't worn but looked old, like maybe the car had been sitting for a while. He quoted me so much for the brake pads and so much to clean and adjust. How can you install new pads without cleaning and adjusting? Doesn't make sense to charge extra. Against my better judgment, I let them change the pads, and I drove away with my car making the same noise I brought it in for. Don't take your car here for anything other than oil changes, that's all they seem qualified for.

Never been more satisfied with a jiffy lube in my life! Me and my boyfriend are from out of town, and the last day of our trip my car broke down. Tasha saved the day with selfless and competent service. She went above and beyond for us, not only fixing the problem, but letting us know she really cares about her customers. Got my oil changed there in February before a cross country drive. The oil change was fine, but they didn't bother to put my shield back on underneath the car properly so it came off. We went back to have it replaced properly, and they just ziptied the front of it on instead of the screws that were originally on the car. It was still dragging especially when going in reverse. We just put it on blocks and fixed it ourselves at that point. Ridiculous.

They need to make sure they wipe down the outside of your windows with a clean cloth, otherwise they spread around dirt making them more dirty leaving from when you arrived. Also, really wish they would bring back vacuuming inside your car, for nearly $100+ for an oil change now, that feature was nice to have, especially now that covid isn't a huge massive problem anymore.

I have been to this jiffy lube a hand full of times because it s closest to my house and every time it is a nightmare. They are always so slow and have 3 to 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. This is the last time I will ever try to come to this location I will be driving to a different one from now on. I pulled in for a top off, they said it would be 5-10 minutes. After waiting for an hour I thought it was finally my turn and they pulled a different car into the bay. I just drove off. I watched 1 person the entire time work on one tire the whole time I was sitting in my car and everyone else was standing around eating pizza at 4pm. While they had a open bay for 15 minutes before pulling in the next car. What a joke. Went down the street and that jiffy lube got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Lesson learned.

Went to get the emissions done on the SUV I just got (Yay!)- w i had gotten there about 35 min before they closed. The exhausted look on the guys' faces, had me a little worried but they all ended up being very helpful. I didnt quite understand what was going on with my vehicle and even though the young gentleman spoke very fast, he still was willing to explain everything in final detail for me and my over analytical mind. They also, gave me another 2 times that I could go back to get it passed before needing to pay the 45$ again. Nice job Jiffy Lube, and good customer service as well!

I am from out of town. So glad I found this place. They got me right in. I needed an oil change. They got me right in and checked all the fluids and pressure of some. Let me know what to keep an eye on for later. Very nice crew. Thank you

I had my car break down on 78th and redwood and had my vehicle pushed over to Jiffy Lube. Immediately had 2 gentleman come out and assist me they tested my battery and showed that it was bad. They got right into finding me a deal to help me out with it. they even pointed out my low brakes and replaced my brakes while I was there. They were very open and communicated everything to me the entire time. So thank you to the 2 gentleman Chris and I believe Casey for helping me out!Services: Brakes, Battery

Don t appreciate a tech braking oil filter housing and blaming the last person who serviced it! May or may not be true but as a fleet service worker myself I wouldn t have strong armed it knowing it s plastic. Maybe call the owner and ask before! I don t appreciate recommending a mechanic with less than desirable reviews. Will not be using a jiffy lube again!Service: Oil change

I called to ask a simple question. I waited on hold for 30 minutes just to be hung up on. I called back and received a guy who acted like he's never spoken to a customer before. I asked my simple question " Do you do emissions on a diesel engine pickup truck". He returns with "You want a service done on a diesel engine pickup truck"? I then repeated myself that I needed to know if they will do emissions on one. He then stated that they don't have a guy there today. I said "So, the answer is yes, just not today". He responds with Uhh I guess. That's some amazing customer service, and knowledgeable techs you have. I will not be giving my business or money to this store

The service crew was very professional and honest. They quickly took in my car and performed the service I needed as well as went above and beyond to help me diagnose my check engine light at no extra charge. I was there about 20 minutes which was great for me. I'm a DIY car guy and always do my own oil changes, However I will come back to these guy's for that service going forward. I came in for an oil change and the employee who registered my vehicle and rang me up was rude and unhelpful. I'm not good with cars but he couldn't answer some very simple questions about an oil change. The service took 5 minutes and somehow cost $122! The pricing board said a synthetic oil change was $89. The place I usually go to only charges $65-$85 total. I asked why it was so much and the guy just mumbled. I just bit the bullet and paid but I will not be coming back here. Way overpriced and way too many random fees to squeeze out your money.Service: Oil change

I have a Groupon I was going to use that was 33 percent off. So 62 dollars. And the guy said you should keep that for next time because we re doing half off right now. Sooooo I have my next one already purchased that doesn t expire until May. They are really cool And super efficient here. It s a drive through service. So you don t even get out of your vehicle.Service: Oil change

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service of this Jiffy Lube, in a hurry to get out of town and in need of a quick oil change and tire rotation (a 15-45 min job minimum to maximum) we were held up for nearly two hours, not to mention there was no wait when we arrived. Great crew they stayed late trying everything to get me a serpentine belt and didn't complain once Tasha is an awesome manager. I appreciate everything they did and for staying late I would recommend this store to anyone very professional service

One advantage of being a jiffy lube customer is free oil top offs. My car burns through oil like it's gas, so this is a great advantage. Just wait and find one not busy. Pulled in, they filled with 4 quarts of oil,and off I went! Love it!Service: Oil change

I pulled in and nobody came out. I went inside and there was 4-5 personnel sitting in the break room which complained when I called the number and their phone rang. I obviously was a bother for them showing up when they were hoping for no one to show up. However I asked for what I needed and I was promised a full service during the initial explanation of everything I was behind on but their promise was not delivered. The Wiper fluid was not filled, tire pressure was still reading low, and was more than certain that I was over charged. I quickly declined the $600+ sticker price they pushed on me with additional services they recommended and I feel like that set the manager off and did not treat the actual service with any value. I will be going to another jiffy lube to see if they can give me an honest confirmation that this location even did anything at all.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I stopped at two places to have my transmission flushed both other places could not do it.The manager Lawrence at this location assured me that they could do it there were two workers both are knowledgeable.and all worked well thanks guys. Subpar service at best. I went in for an oil change and left half an hour later thinking all was well. over the next several days I noticed my car leaking huge amounts of oil. The next chance I had to bring it in I waited in the foyer nearly an hour assuming they were busy and would approach me at the next opportunity. They did not. Not exactly attentive service.After I gave them my keys and they began work on my car I went across the street and waited in the coffee shop there under the impression that they would call me, having at this point given my number for this express purpose. They did not.After coming back into the shop they went over what the issue had been with the initial oil change, a pinched gasket apparently. I asked after compensation but the best they were able to do without a manager there was a few coupon books; I don't like the idea of coming back for more services so I doubt I'll use these.Ultimately I would've saved both time and money had I just done the change myself like I had originally planned. I was unimpressed at every turn with the way things were handled here and at this point I'll likely need to have an inspection done just to make sure nothing was permanently damaged by driving on low oil for a few days.I'll mention the workers were friendly and seemed like fine people, I have no problems with them on a personal level but the service was less than exemplary and I cannot recommend doing business here.

Beware of this location. The manager is very dishonest. Quoted me $240 for registration, oil & brake fluid. Then changed it to $400 at check out. Was extremely arrogant and rude. Flat out lied. I ll never go here again & highly recommend you choose any other location. I ve typically gone to Riverton &/or Herriman where I ve always been treated fairly. I ve been telling everyone I know to stay clear of this West Jordan location on Redwood & 7800 S. Worst experience I ve ever had.

Stopped in for a quick oil change. They claim that the last company that did the oil change stripped the threads for the oil pan drain plug. The odd thing about this is they claimed the same thing 5 years ago when I took another vehicle in for an oil change. It had been so long since that happened I had forgot that it was the same location. I guess they could be right, and I'm just that unlucky. Up to you to decide but beware.Service: Oil change

The manager was so nice and helpful and willing to work with me on total cost of everything as well as letting me know which items were urgent to get fixed over others. The manager was helpful in fixing a problem with the oil plug not being tightened. After two days the oil started leaking heavily. My wife took it back when the oil light came on and they just reset the sensor. I came home to a large leak in the garage. I took care of the problem myself and reported that the manager what had happened. He was cooperative and gave us a free oil change for the oversight in checking the vehicle when it was bought back in. Thanks for making it right before any damage occurred.Service: Oil change

I got an oil change last weekend at the West Jordan Jiffy Lube location right off of 7800 S and Redwood Road.I didn t have an appointment but someone immediately approached me when I arrived and then I only waited about 15 minutes total for them to service my car.I received super fast, friendly service and the girl who helped me and did the oil change was super knowledgeable and obviously knew what she was doing.Also, unlike a lot of other places, they didn t lie to me and say I had a bunch of things that need to be fixed on my car when there is really nothing wrong.I truly appreciate that - other than quality, honesty is what is most important to me when dealing with any company.I will be a Jiffy Lube Customer for life.

I have now been to the west jordan location for oil changes. Once in November and just recently in March and both times had issues with my car afterwards. In November half way to Las Vegas my oil light came on (it was dark and nothing around) the manager told me to come in when I returned to Utah. When I went in the checked the oil and said they forgot to reset the indicator and told me due to the inconvenience my next oil change will be half off. So when I went in for my next change in March, the discount was not honored only 20 off. I went ahead and did the oil change. After leaving an another appointment I heard a noise from my car. They did not put back the oil pan cover and told me to come back. I returned and they fixed it but iam now having to go to the dealership to make sure it is not ruined. I would not recommend this location due to quality of service and will not be returning.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
