This was my first negative experience at a Jiffy Lube First it took 2hrs for an oil change when it s never taken me over 30mins to get one done. Second, after the oil change my bags of groceries and the contents of the passenger seat drawer were all scrambled, with some of the drawer contents in my groceries. Third, as I left the shop my tire light came on, which wasn t on when I initially came in. It took two expensive visits to other places to find a large nail in one of my tires and then get it replaced. I ll attach a picture. Never coming back to this place and possibly any other Jiffy Lube again.

I am a worker here at jiffy lube. They hire 16 year olds and they are able to put in effort for hours and training to try and build a better career! They show you the basics and how to work on cars! This job is great if you love cars!

Had my car looked at a different place and long story short. The other mechanic shop didn't tighten the bolts on one of my tires so I drove to jiffy lube while driving there. Three bolts fell off. They were super nice and professional and got my tire fixed.

I've been taking all of my cars to this location for the past 10 years. I've always had excellent service without any repercussions. I recently bought an older VW GTI with high miles for my daughter. I had all of the fluids changed and I asked Ryan about a valve cover oil leak. Ryan the manager suggested I should replace the large PCV (pressure control valve). He stated these are susceptible to getting clogged and will leak oil.The valve cover gasket replacement is a big chore. It requires a lot other parts to be removed prior to getting to the valve cover. So I decided to replace the PCV part per Ryan's advice that day. It was a GREAT suggestion because the GTI stopped leaking oil immediately after the PCV was replaced. I've cleaned the area real well since and the oil leak hasn't returned. It saved me a lot of money not having to take it into the dealership. Isaac was the tech associate who performed the PCV replacement and did a great job. He cleaned up the engine bay and any spilled oil.Please be patient with them because it can get busy at this location.

Not really happy with today's visit. I needed an emissions test and my annual sticker. I told them that's all I needed - but then the attempt at upsell $10 to top off coolant, filter looks good but you might want to change it, you have a few small rock chips, etc., etc. C'mon, guys. You changed my oil and did all this a month ago... Sometimes corporate policy initiatives need to be weighed against reality and a wherewithal of the day.

Be aware: I went in for an emissions test. One of the employees showed me this dirty cabin air filter and asked if I want it changed. The only problem was I just changed the air filter a week ago, so I know exactly what mine looks like. The fake air filter that was supposedly taken out of my car wasn t even a Camaro air filter and it was the wrong color and wrong shape. They are showing to customers fake dirty air filters in hopes of increasing sales.

Alright. I went for an oil change. They told me my car was done. I went with the employee to get it. Only to be told to wait longer. Because the employees forgot some things. Later I was driving my car and they didn t put the bottom panel on properly it was dragging on the road so I had to turn around and go back for them to fix it. I ll avoid this location next time .

Great staff and hard workers, I was a little bit surprised on how fast they were able to get people in and out. I've had longer wait times being the only one in the lobby waiting for my cars service. Vs. This time having a few people ahead of me. They even gave me a little discount, It wasn't much but still... what an awesome show of humanity. Everything in business now days is pretty much "Profit over People", obviously they still profited off of me, being a business and all, they didn't have to offer me a discount and I would of been fine with that too! Great service!

These guys are so slow with everything they do. Even if you're first in line, don't expect an oil change shorter than 45 minutes to an hour.After 45 minutes and they hadn't touched my car I decided to cut my losses and try somewhere else.Again my car was the next in line for 45 minutes.

UPDATE: Owner commented on the review i sent them an email and they still did nothing to try and fix the problem.DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!! I got an oil change through them and they broke my oil pan, i now cant change my oil until i spend 100s of dollars to fix their mistake. They were trying to charge me for them breaking my car.

Had my oil changed today. I had oil all over the hood of my car and the passenger side that they didn t even bother to clean up. They weren t busy when I went in. Did they even get any oil in the car? I hope so.

First time there, take my car (infinity fx35) for oil change and they didn't install the engine protector properly. Now I have lost screws and I must repair this damage. Really bad experience. I m editing this review because JiffyLube responded to me requesting my information and plate, I sent all this information to them and unfortunately nothing happened! nobody replied to me again so I ll have to spend money and time fixing the problem in my car that JiffyLube made.Based on my experience and the damage to my car, I do not recommend this place for car care.

For many years I have received excellent service at the Airport Road, West Jordan location. But, my last few experiences have been very poor. Taking 75 minutes when estimate was 30 minutes. Went for an oil change and left with and oil change and air filter replaced. As I was leaving I noticed my glove compartment wasn t fully closed and when I tried to close it, it would not shut I took everything out and just would not shut at all took it back for them to fit it which they mostly did but now my glove box door doesn t sit fully flush with the dash. Few days later my check engine light turned on so I took it to my Dealership and what do ya know it s the air filter they installed that s giving them the code. So now I have to go back and have my dealership fix it and pay out of pocket for that. Well now a few days after I scheduled my appointment guess who s car is now leaking oil. I should have said this sooner but my car is a 2023 with only 9000 miles on it. It should not be giving me these problems at all. I called to get a refund and they want me to take my car back to look at it. Yeah I m not that stupid this time to have them mess up my car even more. In and out in like 15-20 min. They diagnosed my Check Engine light, changed my oil and buffed out my foggy headlights. The headlights look brand new! The entire staff was extremely thorough and friendly. Everyone seemed like they really enjoyed their job, which was refreshing. I went for a fluid top off and tire rotation. I was told 15-20 mins to get me in and then another 10-15 mins to top off and rotate. I was there for over an hour and all they managed to do was top off my fluids. I didn t get the rotation and ended up having to leave so I could get back to work.

We thought we needed a state inspection (company vehicle) and was having a hard time finding any one that could do it so after calling the West Jordan location he told me to go to South Jordan, called them and their technician already left he had me hold while he called this location. On our way, traffic was really bad so I called and spoke to Anthony who said no worries we will wait for you. Got there and before he did the safety he looked it up and said it didn't need one at this time. Very impressed with their willingness to wait and honesty. I will be going to this location every time (ever though there is one less than a mile from my house).

The people were really nice. The service for an oil change, tire check, wiper and break light replacement was super fast. I was there maybe fifteen minutes in all. It was much less expensive than I thought it would be too. About 100 dollars before coupons. Well worth it for peace of mind.

Took this to them when the car started having issues when driving here from out of state. I was told that the water pump was bad which came with an over $600 charge to fix. This DID NOT fix the issue. I broke down again trying to drive back to CO and when I was able to get it to another Jiffy Lube where I broke down they told me I had to take it back here. They "looked" at it again and drove it around for less then 5 mins and we're unable to cause the car to overheat again during this time and was told that they couldn't do anything and that I was going to have to try to get it to happen again and bring it back. The cooling fluid literally boils after 20 minutes of driving and they refused to fix their issue or acknowledge that they charged me massive amounts more money then was needed due to a faulty thermostat. Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here for anything more then an oil change. And honestly, you can find cheaper and much better service around the area. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm also following up with both the BBB and my bank to try to get this fixed because they charged me massively for work that DID NOT need to be done.

They do not know how to work on older vehicles. Three years in a row I have had to show them how to open the hood on my 1973 c30 chevy truck/motor home.Today they wouldn't honor the $6.00 coupon because it is an RV despite the coupon fine print not saying anything about that restriction. Also Rodger pushed my mirrors in without asking and when I said I would have appreciated him asking first so it could be done properly he said "I don't need your attitude and you can go elsewhere." I will take his advice and take all of my vehicles elsewhere especially after they didn't (Rodger included) know how to open the hood. I used to attribute this to little experience with older vehicles. Now I believe they don't want to learn. The other employees were very professional and even humble when they had to ask for help.Update: I received a reply asking for contact info to resolve concerns I promptly sent an email with the requested information but was never contacted by the "very concerned about my experience" party I think the reply is automated when a poor review is given to look as if they care. As to date no other communication.

Used to work here. Never felt welcome. Have mental problems and the manager used that fact to treat me like garbage. And I'm sure the manager I'm talking about spun all sorts of stories among his echo chamber

They did a great job. Were quick and professional in changing my oil and getting my car registration renewed. I didn't even have to exit my car. Only drawback was that I had to sit & wait for about 15 minutes before they could get to my car. But otherwise, they were top notch!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
