I took my 04 Jag here and they spent ample time listening to my concerns, conspiracy theories about that one whistling noise, and questions. Great guys that know what they re doing and I didn t feel pressured to buy any specific thing. They laid out general recommendations and didn t try to sway me either way. They are a little pricier, but they re one of very few Jaguar-approved mechanics in Utah and I wanted to take mine to a shop with thorough experience and manufacturer approval. Would recommend for any of your European cars if you re looking for experienced people with the right equipment and parts.

These guys are great. Super friendly and helpful. The techs are very thorough. I ve taken my Fiat 124 and Alfa Romeo 4C here and have always been impressed with the quality of work, cleanliness of the shop, and how up-front they are with pricing. I will continue to bring my cars here as long as I m in the area.

This place was recommended to me by another shop and I had my Range Rover towed there for a flush of the Dynamic Response fluid and an oil change. They did an inspection that I never requested and came up with 12 other items that they recommended servicing. I had them do some of the items and paid over $3,200 for an oil change, transfer case fluid flush, drive belts, brake flush, power steering flush, dynamic response fluid flush, cabin air filter, hood struts, and wiper blades. The other items they recommended were thousands more. When I picked up the car, the stereo was not working properly. I immediately called and was told that it had nothing to do with any of the service that was just performed. They said it was strange timing. They looked at it and said they would need to do more diagnostic work. I asked if they would work on it for no additional charge since it worked fine when I brought the car in. They said it would be $280 for the "first pass" of diagnostics and then it could be more after that. I wish I would have taken my car anywhere else. All this place cares about is $$$$$. Went in for an oil change and it was $360 for a 4 cylinder discovery sport. This oil must be made out of gold. My Diesel Jeep that takes far more oil is only $200. They also mentioned I needed a $1,100 brake job and that I need a carbon cleaning which was close to $800. Talked to a much more honest Range Rover shop and the Guy I talked with which has been working on Ranger Rover s for over 16 years said a 2018 doesn t need a carbon cleaning and that it s a money grab these shops like to advertise. All in all with nice Brembo brakes/pads I m $360 in which are better any way then spending stupid money on oem brakes and rotors. and an additive to clean the gunk for a few bucks from Autozone saved me $1,500 from these people that seem to have integrity . If you don t want to wonder why your savings was robbed and your account balance is stating $0 after coming here I wouldn t recommend going to this shop at all.

These guys treated us with GREAT respect and were EXTREMELY thorough whenever they worked on my cars. Sadly, I doubt I'll ever own another BMW unless it has very few miles on it. They are barely making it to 65,000 miles now before needing significant repairs.. No reflection on these folks. They are truly a top notch repair shop for BMW's as well as very reasonable in price. They are worth the cost. They are way more thorough than BMW ever dreamed of being.

This place is truly impressive! I have never gotten this kind of carefull and meticulous service anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. They have not only kept my benz running top notch but have improved its condition and I couldn't be happier with the service. If you have an german vehicle you love, this is the place to take it.

Putting integrity in your name after the absolute circus we were put through is completely ridiculous. We brought it in for a simple oil change and drainage. Yet of course they came up with a million other things they wanted to do to the car and we agreed to several of them. After getting the vehicle back the dash screen no longer worked. We tried calling and asking for them to fix their mistake but they took zero accountability. This place is a complete ripoff, and these google reviews are completely inaccurate to our experience. I highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

We ve taken our 2016 Porsche Cayenne S here for all our servicing over the past few years. Great communication and customer service. The same repairs at the Porsche dealership was more than double the cost and had weeks delay to get our car in for service. Integrity First Auto took us right in without delay and got the service done in two days!!

They were really amazing a couple of years ago but then the quality dropped substantially. They started over charging for simple diagnosis and every car I would bring over to have them look at (a sedan, a crossover, and an SUV), the response was always "You need a whole new motor". Felt like they were really trying to upsell instead of trying to solve the small problem. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But to no avail. After a couple of interactions, I decided to take my business elsewhere for better pricing and higher quality service. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I rarely ever write reviews but this place is amazing! The staff is super friendly they always update you and are very thorough with your car to get it fixed! Since we ve moved to Utah getting my car repaired has been extremely frustrating with the dealer. I finally gave up and googled and came across Integrity First Automotive. From my very first phone call they were polite, informative, solution focused, great communication! I spoke with Dan who kept me in the loop through it all. They did a complete check up on my car and we put a plan in place. They were able to get the repairs done within a few days and when I went to pick up my car it was washed inside and out. Wow! I highly recommend Integrity First Automotive. They live up to their name.

I just called this place and they were incredibly rude and sharp with me for calling the wrong location. I asked about oil changes, he corrected me in my question in a condescending way. When we realized I called the wrong place, he renamed his business and said, Integrity First, as I said when I answered the phone. Then hung up. These guys may have integrity but definitely have humility or manners.

I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here as long as I live! The team at Integrity First Auto are committed to providing first class service to all of their customers. They specialize in all makes & models and have taken care of my issues big & small. I came in to do a brake overhaul on my Subaru recently. They went above and beyond by doing a complete preliminary check-up on my car, letting me know how my car was doing overall. They used quality parts with a very quick turnaround time and my car is running great now! They put integrity and their customers first and know how to take great care of their people! Would highly recommend Integrity First for any automotive need.

Very professional and thorough. Consistently kept me informed on the progress of my repair, which is appreciated. I towed my Land Rover from another shop where they were unable to fix it in 7 weeks. Damian and his staff are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, honest. I've been bringing my family's vehicles here to be serviced for over 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. Their shop is impeccably clean and their waiting room is like a cozy living room, complete with complimentary snacks and drinks. If waiting isn't an option, they usually have loaners available (call ahead). The disruptive nature of car repair/maintenance is so much easier to fit into a busy schedule when you choose Integrity First! Most importantly, Damian and his staff are true experts... they specialize in foreign luxury cars, but have the expertise to handle anything. Between our BMW, Ford Expedition and a couple of Nissans, we've had some real interesting issues we've taken to Integrity First over the years. Regardless of the make/model or level of mechanical/electrical mystery, they were able to quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair everything we've come to them with. Take your vehicles to Integrity First. You won't be disappointed!

I have only been using Integrity for a few months, since I bought my 2001 740. The guy I bought it from was a BMW guy and he recommended them. I would not trust anyone else with the work on my car. Their customer service is top notch. They provide a detailed assessment each visit, and consult with you as to how to triage work needed etc. Their facility is as clean as an operating room, it is clear they seriously care about details. I mean it as a compliment when I say, these guys are seriously type A. Their waiting room is as comfortable as my living room. Most importantly, they are passionate about cars. I have been going to mechanics for 25 years, and they are the best I have ever been to.

Absolutely Awesome! I wanted to let everyone know about my experience at Integrity First Auto. First off--This is my first import I have ever purchased and I have had it without issues for about 7 months, I took my Benz in for a rear SAM replacement last week. Luis quickly diagnosed the issue and I had the repair done the same day. Great Job Luis! Lisa was extremely helpful and set my mind at ease. Tyler was also great to work with and I immediately knew from talking with him, this was not a typical repair facility. Damian, the owner, was terrific. He walked me through the repair and gave me some great advice on a few mechanical items that I should keep an eye on. I have already referred 6 of my colleagues who have imports over to Damian and his team. Keep up the great work Damian! You have a great team! You are the only ones that I will have work on my vehicle.

I have a 2005 XJ Jaguar coupe it started making a real rattle noise kind of wobbly in the front end took it to a couple other shops one shop could figure out what it was second shot told me tons of other things than what I wanted to know but to try to fix it it would cost me 9 grand in labor they were a rip off I came across and integrity it first auto call them up somewhat told what the problem was we set up a date to bring it in they had it for about a day and told us what the problem was super happy they fixed our problem and didn't try to rip us off I love these guys they're honest and trustworthy I recommend them to anybody whatever European car you have they're the ones you should go to I'm so pleased I get to pick up my Jaguar tomorrow

This is the best, and most professional shop I have ever dealt with. My car had repairs done at Salt Lake Land Rover, a day later my engine light comes on...then the games began with the service manager. I said no more to that dealership!!! I got in touch with Dan, he had my car for half a day, and solved the problem. Dan, and his team fixed shoddy workmanship that the dealership had done to my beautiful Range Rover. This was my first time using this shop, and I am absolutely impressed.Service: Engine repair

I have only written one other bad review in regards to a company. This is uncommon for me, but having experienced what I did, I've decided to share this for the less mechanically minded individuals that might get a snow job. Okay, so first thing, I have a Land Rover LR3 on which I was struggling to get the air suspension light to turn off. I called in and they recommended a flash. The first quote was $150 and the next time I called it was $200. I figured they must have recently raised the price. I drove down and left it with them and told them I wasn't interested in anything else but a flash on the computer. A couple of days later I get a call that they had performed the flash and that it wouldn't work with my current Hitachi compressor and that I needed to change to the other brand for an additional cost of $1200. That was annoying as I notified them before hand that my compressor was a new Hitachi and they recommended this flash. If it wasn't compatible, why would you flash it? Next up I get an email that gave me a walk through of additional diagnosis that they performed going over my whole car, which I didn't want or need as I already was aware of the issues it had as I and another mechanic had gone through it. Remember I told them I didn't want anything else but the flash. However, I did see some things on the list that I had missed so I figured it was good to know. That was another 200 bucks. The problems I didn't notice were front left bearing and right inner tie rod. I ordered them and called my mechanic to install them. Once he got into it he discovered that neither had play and what we were feeling was the lower control arm bushings on both ends were sloppy. Guess what? My mechanic had already diagnosed that and I was already aware of the issue. Needless to say I was not impressed with the cost and service. It's always fun to get a $400 plus bill and nothing on my car was changed or even diagnosed properly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Damian and integrity first have always taken care of me and kept my BMW safe and on the road. Pricing is always fair. It's so much fun to come look (but not touch) all of the beautiful cars in the shop.Speaking of the shop, its clean, technologically advanced and there is a waiting room that's nicer than any I've ever seen.You can also get a free rental with your service, which was absolutely necessary for me because I had to go back to work!I highly recommend integrity first for any car, but especially if you've got a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Corvette, or higher end vehicle.

This used to be my go-to shop for maintenance and repair on my BMW. It's truly unfortunate that I won't be returning. I called to get an estimate, and was hastily told that I can't be given one. I completely understand that not all estimates are 100% accurate, and every vehicle is different; total cost for a service can vary, and is on a case by case basis. A rough estimate shouldn't be too much to ask, however. I was also told that customer supplied parts will not be installed. While I can understand this to an extent, I feel that parts ordered from trusted suppliers (i.e.FCPEuro) can be exempt from this. Their quality of work was top notch. I'm definitely going to miss it.

In January we had all our bags packed and we started out drive to Seattle. About 30 minutes in... Check engine light. Dan was so helpful. He put our car first, test drove it to ensure it would be okay, and even replaced the windshield wipers. Would recommend to anyone. He got us to our new home safe and sound!

I highly recommend Integrity First Automotive for all BMW vehicles. I have take my late model 3 Series (E90) sedan there for many routine and special service appointments and always receive high quality repairs and customer service. Damien and the crew always keep me well informed of repair status, consult with me on repair costs and options, provide a loaner car if needed and meet their delivery commitments. On a recent oil leak appointment the team went above and beyond to find and diagnose the problem, provide options and make a quality repair that required more time and effort than I was charged for the job. I am always happy with the work quality and cost at Integrity First Automotive.

My husband and I have worked with Damian for almost 5 years. His staff is very nice and the work on our vehicles is excellent. Chandler is very friendly when shuttles me back and forth. I have had Integrity First work on my Land Rover, Mercedes and BMW's and they are always running great.Thank you for your honest and excellent work, Damian and staff.

Integrity First Automotive is an amazing place to take your vehicle. I have never been more fully informed what to expect and how long a vehicle would take to be finished. I have now used the shop twice and have been helped by Damian, the owner of the shop, personally multiple times. Damian made working around a vehicle repair as pain free as it could be. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Jason, was amazingly qualified and I felt no other mechanic has done such a thorough job on my automobile. I will be suggesting the shop to family and friends and will be a returning customer.

My experience at Integrity First Automotive was by far one of the best that I have had in the Salt Lake area when it came to getting my car taken car of. Lisa at the front office got me in fast and was very friendly about making sure my needs were taken met. The other employees and mechanics were really nice and I felt very comfortable. I really liked the service and friendly atmosphere that Integrity First Automotive presented during my visit. The shop was clean, the waiting room was clean and they offered snacks and drinks as well as access to WiFi. Talking to Todd about my car and what needed to be done, gave me reassurance that I was getting service from someone with years experience and extensive knowledge. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Integrity First Automotive, they offer service far better than any other shop that I have been to and you know that you will get the best care for your car.
