Final update: took it into les Schwab found out it had 2 bent Rims. Which I was fine with. Everything else is still amazing with this car. But even on a better note Kamran called us to see how we liked the vehicle. When we told him the little issue he was willing to replace the Rims that had been bent and he also ordered me a spare tire and jack. Although I very much appreciated the fact I have never seen a business go out of their way like that. And I was perfectly fine needing to buy new things for the car. This company is by far amazing and probably the only place I'll ever go for my vehicles from now on. Thank you so much kamranUpdate: later that day my passenger back wheel/tire started to wobble so my car has had to sit until I can get it into a tire shop and see what's going on . Either way still love my car and can't expect a used car to always be perfect.So I personally rarely leave reviews. But after weeks of tirelessly looking for the exact vehicle I wanted. I finally found it. It was an hour away but I was priced way below average from others I was looking at. So I was willing to start the paperwork on it before seeing it . And I am very pleased with the fact that I did. Because when I seen the car in person the pictures did no justice. The car had everything and more then I hoped for. And this company is amazing. They knew my husband had work so they made everything so quick once the bank approved our loan it was so fast. We will definitely be recommending them and coming back. I know I've only had my car one day. But I'm in love with it. Thank you Image Autos.

My experience was great. We feel like we got a steal of a deal with the car. The quality of the car was excellent and matched the overall experience. Normally, I spend multiple hours at used car places, but I was in and out of Image Autos. The car was in great condition, and the overall buying experience was fast and easy.

Kamran, YOU ARE THE BEST! You took good care of us throughout the online car buying process!Readers My wife and I bought a car from Image Auto Sales from the comfort of our living room! Please keep in mind, we live in Port Orchard, Washington, and Image Auto Sales is located in West Jordan, Utah (which is approximately 880 miles apart). After through research, we felt comfortable enough to purchase the car unseen. That said, Image Auto Sales requires rigorous inspections and criteria that meet their standards before selling a vehicle!The overall selling and buying transition was simple- from extended warranty offers, signing, and transferring the vehicle to us was smooth sailing. All transactions were done via phone, email, and digital signatures, which meant a stress free experience. And the price is such a steal. The car we purchased is a 2020 Subaru Impreza - approximately 16000 miles on the vehicle. It was by far less expensive than anything we found iin our state (almost $10,000 cheaper and much less mileage - including shipping). Although, our car came with a Branded Title, I can assure you that the car looks and runs like new! With all of their many inspections and warranties we felt safe that this was not a Lemon. By now, we ve had the car for about a month and it drives like a champ!I highly recommend you visit Image Auto Sales and ask for Kamran if you are in need of a good car!

I purchased a Mercedes S550 from Image Auto, the process was easy and straight forward. Kameron was honest and honored his word. A couple of weeks after purchasing my vehicle, the fuel pump went out, I texted Kameron and within minutes I received a response. I was quickly invited to return the vehicle for service, and my car was back on the road soon after.

I wouldn t buy a vehicle from these people. They claimed they don t do carfax? That salvage vehicles don t get carfaxes, which is certainly not true. Every company/dealership I contacted was quick to answer those questions, offer a carfax, and show me pictures of prior damage, while this dealership tried to hide it. Then they ignored my questions asking for additional details through messages, calls, and texts. Then they tried to add several hundred of dollars in made up fees that they couldn t explain when I asked for an itemized list of those fees.Nothing but red flags from this place.

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger RT from Image Auto. The staff was amazing! Kamran and team were open and up front with any info they have on the vehicle, they are personable and professional. Kamran had all financial dealings ready before we arrived and explained everything in detail. A Couple of days after we noticed a couple of issues, I accepted that it is expected with a used vehicle and was willing to live with it. Kamran called 5 days later to check on us and the vehicle, I mentioned the issues and hejumped at the chance to get these fixed! I have never been more impressed with that level of service and care for a customer!

Came, I looked at a few cars I saw on the internet. Was ready to talk money, and of the four salesmen there, none could discuss pricing. They couldn't even tell me what the Doc fees were there. They told me I had to wait for the finance manager who was in a meeting. I waited nearly an hour and finally gave up. I left my info and said if anyone here wants to sell a car today, give me a call. I'm not sure what they were playing at, but my time is far too valuable.

Very fast and Professional process. Their prices are firm but very fair , I had my mechanic inspect the car and he said it is the cleanest branded title car he has inspected so far!! these guys go the extra miles to make sure the car is fixed the right way. Love my new car.

Very good experience purchasing the car. They had everything ready to go for me when i got to the dealership and were willing to help. Overall the purchase process was very smooth and easy to handle. 10/10 would recommend to find a cheap quality car

If they have the type of car you like, their prices are very hard to beat. I hate having to buy car warranties. But it was significantly cheaper to buy one here than to get one "for free" at another dealer. Most of the cars are extremely clean, great body work. Some have minor blemishes, but they're good at reflecting the actual condition of the car in the price. They advertise their only, lowest price. It's a "no haggle" dealership. I've purchased more than one car here. Wasn't able to negotiate price down. But still believe I got really good deals.

Probably one of the quickest, most stress free car buys I have ever had! We went in looking for a truck for my mom they tossed us the keys and a plate and we went for a drive! Came back and we started buying the truck, it was close to closing time but everyone in the office stayed until we were done. Very clean and nice little place! They were very up front about answering all my questions on what auction the truck came out of what kind of damage it had. I do my research before buying anything and then ask questions to see if they are being upfront and truthful which they absolutely did. My mom has wanted a truck for about 10 years and hates! I mean hates! Buying cars she was very comfortable and happy after the purchase. She left feeling like she got the truck and payment she wanted and thats all she really was expecting. It was a great experience from start to finish.EDIT: 2/9/2024 since my first experience at image was positive I decided to give them a second round....... they again KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! from the second I walked in they were great Kamran and Hamed took care of me start to finish. great price and a fair trade on mine. had one minor problem the day after and they took care of me the next day no questions asked! Image will be my first stop when Im looking for another vehicle. absolutely love my new truck love the price the payment everything. thanks again guys!!

UPDATE: Changing my review to one star because their response says it all. The facts are this: list price was $14,995. Total is over $20,000. You can use whatever lingo you want, but that's over $5,000 more than the listed price. Not to mention, "going over the numbers several times" consisted of me having a video chat in an office at the dealership (while I was in person) with Kamran, who gave me numbers as I scribbled them down on a piece of paper because he didn't want to give me numbers unless I was signing a contract. The "numbers" are also nonsensical. Almost $1,000 in "dealership fees"? Don't ask what the dealership fees are, though, because they "bundle" their dealership fees into one lump sum. Who knows what that money is for?Do you really want to do business with a place with this attitude? There's a million other dealerships to choose from and plenty that won't treat customers like this. Save your time & money and go anywhere else!!Really wanted to like this place and purchase from them because the price *seemed* right. Before wasting your time, ask them what the total out the door price will be. For a car listed at $14,995 the taxes and assorted fees were over $5,000 making the car over $20,000. Just a heads up before you shop here.

Edit 9/13: I took the car into a Subaru dealership a few months ago and only certain things were covered by the warranty. It was also kind of a headache to have them contact the third party that the warranty is through. Overall it wasn t too expensive so it s nice for what it does cover, but I think they talked it up a little too muchWe bought a used Subaru Crosstrek, and the customer service was really good. They were very upfront about everything and made sure we knew it was a salvaged title. The 3 year warranty was a lot less expensive than we expected, and it s even an official warranty honored by Subaru. It came with a year of free maintenance at any Subaru dealership. Overall a great experience, and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Great experience! Beautiful car!UPDATE!!! This is the worst dealership I've ever been too. I bought a car and it broke down completely within 3 weeks. It spent a month in a mechanic shop and cost more than half of what I paid for the car, just to fix it. I called their office to see if they were willing to help out at all because it could of been fixed before and not cost as much, but they wanted nothing to do with me. Didn't return my calls or voicemails. Worth less place with terrible service. Not including, it has broken down, yet again. I should not have to pay for my car to be towed twice in less than 3 months for problems that could of been fixed before purchasing. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all!!!

Buying a car with Image Auto Sales has never been easier. I live out of state now, and they communicated with me directly over phone, text and email. Very responsive. I fell in love with the car on Auto Trader and emailed them directly. There wasn t a lot of interest in the vehicle, so I just hoped it would be there when I got to town the following weekend. I actually had the loan approved through their preferred lender before I even got to town. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Once I got to the dealership, I test drove the car, filled out the paperwork and in less than an hour I was out the door with my new car. I recommend them highly. Everyone is so great to work with. Thank you so much for my new car!!! I love it! 2015 Honda Civic Owner.

Okay, waited to do my review. My car Is approaching one year, and I still feel my car is brand new. I would highly recommend this place. The warranty thing is a little different, but its up to you if you want it or not. Either way I took half of the warranty just in case. They worked with me. Let me use my credit card for down payment as I didn't have a check, and got a 2020 kia optima with only 13k miles on it for such a good deal. Thanks a ton. I will do business here again!
