I'm writing this review just to inform. Cuz the check engine light was on I brought it in on Wednesday. They were busy and weren't able to get to it that day, but they did run the diagnostics test and check our brakes. I picked up the vehicle that night and my wife drove it home. Now for Thursday. My wife drove the car and it was making a sound like it had a flat tire so she stopped at the gas station to fill it up with air. The gas station air compressor was broken so she called me stressed not knowing what to do. I showed up and told her to take my car and get the kids to daycare and preschool. I get the air filled up in the tire thinking that was the end of the problem. I'm driving around in the gas station about to leave but it still making a noise like the tire is flat. I park and I inspect all the PSI on the tires, none are flat. I then inspect the tires more closely and find that one of the tires lug nuts are not all the way tight and was the cause of making the sound. On one at the gas station had a tire iron and neither did my car. I drove 500 yards about to the nearest mechanic shop. During that drive going 20 mph, I lost three lug nuts. At this point in time I am furious. If my wife wouldn't have stopped, if she would have kept driving they would have gotten in an accident cuz the tire would have fell off. I called Hillside tire to explain what happened. They said they will reimburse me for the lug nuts falling off. I get the lug nuts replaced and then go to hillside tire. I hand them the receipt for the lug nuts. I then told them how mad I was and that the diagnostic test should be reimbursed as well for all the inconvenience and the neglect. They said they would reimburse the diagnostic charge if we took down a review that my wife left when she woke up Thursday morning. I didn't even know she left a review and I said okay. Let's do it. I called my wife to have it taken down. She took it down and we got everything reimbursed.Which I'm happy about. The employee then says I hope you want repost the review after all this has been taken care of. Now the review my wife posted had nothing to do with what happened today being Thursday. The review was about Wednesday. So I am following their wishes and not reposting what happened on Wednesday but instead making a new review about today's (Thursday) incident. Again I'm doing this to inform so just like when you go to your favorite fast food joint and they always mess up your order. You always have to double check their work and I would say if you come here I would double check their work when it comes to the tires or anything else that you can double check. I felt I had to write this review because I would hate for any other family to have their car wheels fall off while driving. Whether that's down the interstate or a regular road and get in an accident and God forbid someone die. They resolved our issue in a timely manner and thankful for that and for the reimbursement.

These guys have won my business for now and the near future. I have a new car. I had a flat tire. In this case, they repaired it quickly and for free, without an appointment even though I've never bought anything from them. They didn't even ask my name or enter me into their system. They just fixed the tire and sent me on my way, refusing my offer of a monetary tip. That's service! That's class! I'll be back to buy tires when these are through their useful life.

I had a flat tire in the morning at 7:00 AM. They are the only one open this early time near me . They repaired it quickly and for free, without an appointment. Great service! Highly recommended.

The ford dealership said I needed parts in the front end replaced, and the quote was around 1,500. Took it to good year and they said absolutely nothing was wrong with the front end. No play, no wear. They charged me zero dollars to get it up in the air and look at it! Honest guys! I highly recommend these guys!

I had a flat tire last week. I called them and they told me to bring it over. I went, handed them my key, and they were so kind that the stress from that morning went away. They were efficient, kind, helpful, and didn't try to sell me anything. My experience was great. Not only was the service they provided perfect, the way they made me feel was memorable. They have a client for life.

Pros: Very friendly and timely service. Cons: didn't seem very professional: new tires were really dirty and gross, with brown gunk all around the rims. Apart from the tread depth, they'd don't look so new. Was misquoted for the alignment. They didn't have any info on the warranty because the tires were bought online - despite the shop being a goodyear shop. Some disconnect between the Hillside shop and goodyear brand, not sure.

I have been a customer since 2001. Mark and the other technicians are honest, caring and trustworthy. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer support and service. I highly recommend.

I had Hillside Tire and Auto in West Jordan perform an alignment on my vehicle due to my car pulling to the right. However, even after the first tire alignment, the issue persisted and a second alignment done. Unfortunately, even after paying $180, the problem still persists. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. The employee told me that the right front camber could not be fixed. He offered no solution as to how to get it back in line.

What an amazing experience working with these guys. Mark went above and beyond what my expectations were. They took my 2014 stock ford put a leveling kit on it as well as new tires and rims. Price was very fare and for the work they did I feel like I underpaid. The guys in the shop, (didn t get his name) but he was so friendly and explained exactly what they did. For a guy like me it shows what type of business these guys run. Honest ethical and they have forever gained my business. It s not often you find a group of people running a business the way they do. I dropped my tuck off at 8 A.M. and they had it all done by 3. Awesome experience from start to finish. Until the next time guys thank you thank you thank you..

We had a slow leak on our tire for about a month and finally figured we better get it fixed. Went to this place since they were right by the gym I was at. They fixed my flat tire quickly and for free! Very nice and helpful.

These people are GOOD! whether it's an oil change or a set of new tires they'll get you in and out lightning fast. The work they do is as good as it is fast; they do it right the first time. Their prices are fair and they'll often give discounts for add-ons (like a discount on alignment with purchase of new tires). Their waiting area has comfy chairs to sit in as well as a work desk for those whose grind can't be stopped by car maintenance. Their complimentary beverages are more than just water and coffee; their cooler is stocked with a nice variety of sodas and juices. Nobody likes having to take time for vehicle maintenance, but Hillside Tire does a good job making sure it takes as little time as possible.

I can at least say you are consistent, at disappointing. The only thing I've been able to count on you guys for is ensuring my return to the shop to fix the same exact problem. Lesson learned, I won't be back. I've had to bring back vehicles after full brake repairs because of warped rotors, I've had check engine lights that are still on after repairs. Most recently I came in for a simple tire repair. I was told it would take jlabout 1 hour. When I returned they had finished and put on the work order flat tire repair. No indication as to what was repaired, and all I noticed was that all of my tires were now set at over-inflated psi and by the next day I was losing air again in the same tires. I would assume that your techs are pros at tires since it's in your business name. So how is over inflating called a flat repair? I went to another shop and they took 15 minutes to find the nail in my tire and repair it. I'm not impressed and will not bring my vehicle back. I gave two stars cuz you're within walking distance to my house. Still not worth it if I will just have to take it somewhere else to actually get the repairs done properly.

Greg, Chris, and crew, These guys did a great job. Got 2 trucks taken care of today and they worked great with us. This was my first time to this location, I normally go to one of the others and they are great to work with also. Thank you. We will be back for more .
