Staff were very kind and friendly. I was provided quick service. They repaired my rear bumper perfectly! They kept me informed throughout the whole process. And even when I showed up at closing they still serviced me and I was able to leave my rental vehicle with them and get my car back. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Being in a car accident is the worst. But Higgins made the nightmare much better. They have the best communication, the nicest and kindest people to talk to on the phone. And my car was done like 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I know a lot of factors goes into that and not everyone can have that experience but I was so grateful. Any future repairs or anything for my KIA I will definitely we going to Higgins. Thanks so much!

I wouldn't consider working with anyone other than Higgins. This is the third vehicle I've needed repairs on over the years. The service they provide and work they deliver is consistently high quality. They exhibit excellent communication, foster a friendly and understanding atmosphere, and make educated decisions. I hope to never need a repair again but if I do, I know Higgins is the only place to call.

This place is absolutely amazing! They have the friendliest staff and technicians. Their detail to their work is absolutely amazing. Our car looked like nothing ever happened to it. Besides how amazing they did on our car they let us know every step of the way on when they estimated our car to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best all around service!

After being t-boned in November of 2022 I chose to bring my vehicle in for repairs to Higgins. Everyone was very kind. After 3 months without my vehicle it came back to me looking great but my keyless entry was not working on the side that was hit. After reaching out Higgins they had me bring it back in. They were unable to repair it and said they needed a part that was back ordered. I was assured that I would be reached out to when it came in. After months of calling asking about the repair. I was told repeatedly we aren t sure when the part would be in that they would reach out after they contacted the dealership. After several more phone calls and months more I had grown frustrated and tried. Over a year later Brandon reached back out to me asking if it had ever been repaired. I was excited and thought that the situation was going to be resolved as I had truly been patient. Again I was told that they would get the part and get it taken care of. This was months ago. I am now fronting the bill for the expensive repair that was suppose to be covered under the other drivers insurance. I will not be returning or recommending Higgins.

After visiting three body shops I almost gave up, I was told the 2002 car I had was too old and parts were unavailable. Higgins went out of their way to do the impossible. Put on new parts and make the old damaged part look presentable. The car looks great.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Higgins, they did an awesome job on my car, it was fixed within a few days, they kept me updated daily on my car and their customer service was very professional. I'm very grateful for their service. Thank you very much.

They did an amazing job on my car. They definitely under promised and over delivered. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. My car was done 5 days sooner than they initially promised. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

I've been to Higgins several times. They have always done a phenomenal job and treated me so well. Big shout out to Melanie. She's awesome!Update: I got my car back in less than a week. It's good as new. Paint match is spot on. You can't tell there was any damage from the asshat that hit my new car. Thank you so much Higgins crew!

Melanie and Crew was Outstanding!!They got me in right away and got my car finished before they the quoted date. Enterprise was also awesome with a nice rental SUV. Highly recommend!! The Car came out Amazing from the Shop! there the Best in Salt Lake City!

The best auto body shop around. This is my fourth vehicle they have repaired. You would almost think with that many repairs I do it on purpose just for the customer experience. That may or may not be the case. Let s just say they are amazing.

Higgins is our go to body and paint shop. They are professional and friendly. My repair was perfect and finished ahead of schedule. Jody and her worker at the front desk were fun to talk to and very professional. Even the interior of my car was immaculate!

I couldn't be happier with Higgins. They were able to get my car in and out quickly, even dealing with the insurance company. They kept in touch with me at every step. My car looked great when I picked it up, they even washed it and vacumed it out.Highly recommend!

Went through car insurance due to some vandalism, came out with a sparkling clean truck!! They went above and beyond to make my truck look nice! Communication is awesome and answered all my questions! Will 100% recommend this location!

I d like to start out with I have Allstate insurance so I went to Higgins trusting that they would do a professional job based on their reputation,I was sorely mislead,I had an accident where my vehicle sustained a fair amount of damage to the front end, bumper, driver side fender and hood. So I dropped the vehicle off for the estimate/repair. They went ahead and did the estimate and proceeded with the repair. Understanding the amount of damage I assumed it would be significant amount of time to get it completed. With that being said, it did and then some, I reached out to see what the delay was and I was told that the hood was damaged in shipping, that was understandable.So I proceeded to be patient considering it was not their fault. So they got the part and finished up the repair(s) to their standard of excellence So I was notified and came in to the shop's West Jordan location. I looked over the vehicle to insure that everything was fixed, I found that there was a lot of overspray to include on the windshield as if they hadn t looked at it at all. Also I found that the grill wasn t painted all the way and blatantly obvious that they didn t even look at it again.So I had them mark the areas and I left the vehicle with them once again to make the noted corrections.I was notified again that my vehicle was ready for pickup, went into the shop where on inspection I found that they had overlooked that the vehicle hadn t been protected while it was being painted because I noticed they paiinted over some dust or sand leaving high points under the paint.At this point I requested that they transfer me to another shop so they had me go to the north Salt Lake location.They took in their shop up there and proceeded to correct the mistakes AGAIN!I went im to inspect the vehicle again where I thought everything was ok.Then after driving the vehicle for approximately 300 miles I noticed that where the paint started to chip on the edge of the hood and bumper area due to Utah roads where you get peppered with rocks and sand on a continuous basis. That the primer that was used was what appeared to be white caused the paint dark blue to look as if it had white freckles. Which I know wasn t that way before the accident, it was a dark primer on the original paint job.Brining this to their attention they response was well that s the way it came to us from the supplier. I found that to be unacceptable along with everything else NONSENSE up to this point.So a year later (I have a company car) I haven t driven the vehicle much I m still finding obvious things that are wrong. The hood isn t lined up not even close to correct, again blatantly obvious. See attached picturesI just want things to be correct after all I have a reputable insurance company Allstate and I thought I was dealing with an equally reputable business.As a 22 year military veteran it is my firm belief that honesty and accountability are the two core values that everyone should abide by PERIOD!I had to take the hit against my insurance policy of over $9K and I got a $2 repair value!! I want an answer why!!

Being in a car accident, accident was the worst thing that could ve ever happened. Higgins took really good care of me. My rental was at Higgins when I dropped off my car they stayed in contact with me via text the whole time and even when I called to get extra updates, the ladies that answer the phone were always very friendly and very informative. When I picked up my car, they took care of the return of my rental. My car looks brand new inside and out. These guys are amazing. !!!!!

UPDATED REVIEW:After driving my truck for a couple weeks I noticed it was not aligned completely. My truck also leans. I measured the distance from the bumper to the fender on each side and it s 1.5 inches difference. My windshield was cracked during the accident and it was supposed to be fixed and wasn t. After looking at the original bid, the windshield was included, and there was no reason for it to not be fixed. After I contacted Higgins about the three noticeable issues I was told our system says that your truck was aligned she also told me I d be better off fixing the windshield somewhere else. Thus costing me money rather than the d-bag who caused the accident. She also said that she would have someone call me. They called me, but I was at work and that was the only attempt to try and rectify this.After getting into an accident I was recommended to go to Higgins. I would not recommend Higgins.

This place is awesome . Super friendly staff, Jody was amazing from when I first called to when the car was done and ready to be picked up. I was referred to this place by the Mazda dealership . They finished the car way earlier than expected and sent a lot of reminders and text updates to keep me updated. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with an auto body shop, and Higgins went above and beyond. The service was incredible, and they had great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this location for any work you need done to your car.

The front desk people were extremely kind and very helpful. I believe the woman I talked to was Ms. D, who helped me a lot. They obviously cared a lot about my problem and did all that they could to get me in as soon as they were available. They gave me great advice in the meantime and were overall very accommodating to my needs. They were quite busy, but it was more of a testament to a good reputation than anything else.

Great company, professional, friendly, great work. Carrie was outstanding in keeping us abreast of the repair status. Repair was completed 2 weeks ahead of estimated completion date. Second time using this company would us them again. Well done!

They repaired the back door of my truck after someone backed into it and dented it. They were very thorough with the repair and able to correct damage that I didn t even spot at first. Their communication was top notch and the quality of work is also top tier. Very pleased with the quality of work. At first I was a little surprised that I couldn t even get a quote for almost 3 weeks but once the quote was done they scheduled me in for repairs and got it done earlier than anticipated. The initial wait for quote was well worth it.

They were so accommodating with my schedule, and were very clear and communicative about what they were going to be doing to my vehicle, as well as keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, they offered to help me set up a rental and drive me to the rental car facility. I will be using them again in the future!
