I will never go anywhere else to get service done on my car!!! Keith is the most helpful and efficient mechanic I have ever come across! He is selfless and kind and takes GREAT care of his customers. He is a miracle worker. I m not one to really leave reviews but his service is unmatched. He deserves all the credit and more. Thank you Keith!

I highly recommend Freeway transmission. They were great. I had some issues with my service/warranty company and all the hoops they made us jump through. Keith was a champ and got through it. They do great work and I trust them.

Great place to get your transmission repaired. Fair price with no surprises.Talk to Kieth he ll tell you what you need and answer all your questions. He even diagnosed a problem I had with my defrost at no charge. Nice to find a mechanic you can trust.

I would definitely recommend freeway transmission. They seem to be very knowledgeable about what they do. They completed the work in the timeframe promise and they were very good at resolving problems. We had a payment processing issue where we actually double paid, and they were very helpful in helping us resolve that . I will be making my follow up appointment soon.Thanks Keith you guys are awesome.

I went in to get a copy of a receipt I needed for a recall reimbursement. The man that helped me was absolutely cruel and mean. It was really hurtful. I did not deserve it, I was kind to him. Even better, he couldn t find our receipt, and had zero patience after trying to look under two names. He wasn t willing to look at possible typos and other ways to search. The work was 100% done there. They did a good job, so that s good! But, we won t be coming back. I m just crying in the parking lot, it s totally fine Update:I drove to the Murray location, hoping to get help there. They were SO MUCH better. They were kind and were willing to dig through the system a little and we found the receipt!! Thank you Murray

I've been to MANY vehicle shops over the past 5 years, but I've never left one where I can say I felt mattered and not just another work order!Keith is/was absolutely amazing!!! I had to get my car in for an AT sensor issue, which was new to me because I know more about trucks than cars and it sounded extremely expensive...I've been going through some financial struggles and I had informed Keith I would be having family help with the cost.. Well, instead of getting brushed under the rug and told the most expensive and easy way out for him (like most shops would), Keith calmed me down (I was very nervous and upset) and told me himself and his staff have over 12+ years experience, explained every detail, he sent an invoice so I could better understand the issues, he was very sympathetic and understanding and he even called giving updates. Went above and beyond for sure! Most shops just want your money, but Keith and his guys at Freeway Transmission were phenomenal!!!A forever customer and will refer friends & family!!! Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Freeway Transmission in West Jordan is absolutely phenomenal! I needed my transmission rebuilt and they were able to get my car in and get it done super quick!! My car is 10 years old and needed a new exhaust manifold because the one i had cracked, rather than Keith charging me for 1,100 exhaust manifold he was able to call around and get me a manifold for $400!!! WHAT A DEAL!!! My car runs like it is brand new, I can't thank Keith and the mechanics enough for taking the time to fix my transmission and not rushing through it despite it being a pain!! If you need a transmission shop to go to, GO HERE!!! THEY ARE EXCELLENCENT! Thank you again Keith and crew for everything!Service: Transmission

Warning alert alert do not use these people. I brought my Mustang down to have the transmission looked at they told me it would be a $135 to diagnosis. They called me to tell me my transmission was bad and that they could not see the oil in the transmission because it had a stripped plug so for a $135. They gave me an inspection that Jiffy Lube would do for free and a test drive. The battery was low that there was damage to the car and that the fluids aside from the transmission are OK and then told me it would be over 4,000 to put a new one in so I will save you the $135. You need a new transmission Then they told me they would not release my car until I signed for it I also called them and told them. I was gonna give them a one star review if they did not do something more. They said it is what it is. Ended up at Different shop They took down the Pan and looked at it and said I think it's going be. About $2000 and that it was a good shape otherwise and now it is driving great. Keith and Jeff were awesome! They diagnosed my problem and pointed me in the right direction, even though they could have easily done repairs I didn t need at the time. When the shop they referred me to didn t fix my problem, Keith and the guys were able to fix my problem (again with no unnecessary repairs) promptly and at the best price. One of the most honest people I've ever known . The really take care of you ... don't hesitate to take your vehicle there go get it check . Keith' was wonderful explaining what it need to be done in my car . And the best part they'll tell you what really is wrong and don't overcharge like other mechanics saying is something more expensive . I recently had my transmission replaced, and some other work done @ freeway. Keith was upfront about the work that needed to be done, gave me my quote & was spot on. The Extra work was on my brakes, so he did that while my SUV was there. Keith has always treated me as a very valued customer. Since I am a Realtor, my car is a huge part of my livelihood. I was on the road in a few days,and car is running like new! I will tell all my clients & friends about Freeway transmission! Thanks Keith & staff!

Keith and his guys did a great job. I did have to call periodically to get an update, but I was very pleased to find out that my transmission was covered under warranty and I did not pay a dime. I was surprised that I didn't have to get a lawyer to convince them to give me a new transmission. They did not ask any questions, just slapped in a new one.Service: Transmission

I am so impressed with the customer service, efficiency and speed of this company! I bought a 1989 Chevy from my Uncle that he had gotten a quote for a new transmission on months prior and when I called, spoke with Keith they honored the quote they gave my uncle even though the truck had switched ownership. Not only that, we dropped off the truck on Tuesday, they said it would be finished that Friday, but they finished it and we picked it up early afternoon that Thursday. I drove the truck and it is doing great. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. We even get a 500 mile check up on it to make sure everything is still running good. I would definitely recommend Keith and Freeway Transmissions.

Do not take your vehicle here!!!! Keith is the worst at communicating anything I took my van in two years ago to have a transmission replaced I had to constantly call and see what was going on. This year almost 2 years exactly we started having transmission issues. Thankfully we had the warranty! But same thing Keith never communicated how long it would take we had no idea how long to rent a car or anything else. I took it in for a warranty service and as soon as I got home I had fluid all over my garage somehow it s needed an additional $800-$1000 worth of work to go along with their covered warranty

Keith and his team took above-average care of me and my car. He expertly navigated a tricky warranty situation to keep cost to a minimum and fought with them to protect my interesst. On more than one occasion he told me, "you're my customer so I'm looking to take care of you first foremost". Because of a wait time on getting parts for my car it had to remain with him for a couple weeks, but during that time he frequently called to give updates. I never felt pressured and he thoroughly explained options and answered questions. They even noticed a couple non-transmission-related issues that they sent pictures of and explained to me, offering to fix as well (which I accepted). My car runs better than ever now. Would highly recommend to anyone!Service: Transmission

Leslie at Commercial Underwriters referred me and I was so impressed with the service as well as the pricing when taking my car in to their shop. Keith the manager was great to work with and my car was done on time as he promised. I would highly recommend Freeway Transmissions to friends and family and have since then referred family over, and they have been happy.

This place is great! I will always take my car here if it ever has a problem again. I would also recommend Freeway transmission to others. Keith is a great mechanic. He will call you and thoroughly explain to you what is going on with your car and what he would like to do next. I picked up my car this morning and it drives so much better than it did. Very impressed with how quick they got us back on the road! Keith did an amazing job getting everything figured out without any hassle to us! The technician we first spoke with Jeff, was kind and knowledgeable in pinpointing our transmission issue! Hands down would recommend Freeway Transmission in West Jordan!!

Keith was amazing. He went above and beyond to call places and give us information, advice and help that was needed as we were traveling down to cedar city. He was honest and up front about our situation. I will definitely come back for anything our cars need in the future.

Keith at Freeway Transmission in West Jordan, Ut. Helped my husband and I through the process of getting our transmission fixed. We checked other places locally that were about 1000 higher in the quote. We were a little worried that a cheaper price would mean less service. To our surprise Keith gave us Top notch service, even going so far as to show us with a model transmission how it all works together. We left feeling very educated in the process. They could have easily have just put in a manufacture rebuilt, but offered to save us money by fixing ours. It was done in a timely manner and the price was just what they quoted us. My car is running like a brand new car. We are so thankful we took it to the West Jordan, Ut. Location. I highly recommend anyone in Utah needing a transmission give Keith a call......These guys are experts in the field and it shows in end results.Thank You Again Freeway Transmission.....if I ever need help with another car or know anyone that does, you can bet you will be the first one we call on!Sincerely,The Ballard's

Took my truck to Keith for some sloppy linkage problems and my tow/haul not functioning. They diagnosed my problem and gave me three different choices for the fix. After making my choice, they took my truck and said they hoped they could get it. back to me within 6 business days. This was just before a holiday. I really didn't expect them to have it finshed on time so I made plans for the holiday figuring I would not have a vehicle. They actually had my truck finished one day earlier than promised and for what they estimated it would cost. I have had one other transmission replaced 9 years ago by this shop in a old Bravada and they treated me the same way back then. I would highly recommend them if you are having transmission problems.....Thanks Freeway!

One year after putting a $4,000 transmission in my Isuzu Trooper it blew again. The "brand new" transmission I paid for turned out to be my old transmission rebuilt. This is my work vehicle and the first time Keith worked on it he took nearly two weeks after promising to have it done within 3 days. I wasn't happy with my service then but was told they were the best. I have a different opinion now.

2nd time in 5 years I have used this business. Both times Keith is more than upfront and fair. Detail oriented and Customer Experience focused, which is opposite of most shops out there. This shop is a great example of how I would want a repair shop to be run if I owned one. The friendly staff and straightforward analysis comes with no pressure or shop talk that confuses clients... Great work Freeway! I will recommend this shop to my family and friends!

Had my son's car towed there after I drove over a large rock dropped by a dump truck I had been following. My husband was not at all happy about what happened to the car. The gentleman up front was extremely nice, honest, and helpful. We had them repair the damage and my son was only without his car for 2 days. They did quality work, were very kind to me, and above all very honest. I am no longer allowed to borrow my sonss car. Will definitely take my card there again!

Keith was great!! They couldn t be positive the car really needed a clutch and Keith made many calls to see what it could be. They didn t find any real issues and that s the first time I ve had a shop perform no repairs. Very honest!
