I scheduled an appointment online to have 2 of my tires replaced and the other 2 rotated. Got in first thing the very next morning. We were only there for 15 minutes start to finish. The process was so smooth, and you just can't beat the price. I'll be doing all my tires here. Thanks discount!

I want to say thank you. Everyone at this location, especially since the remodel, make it a positive experience, even if my reason for coming in isn't. I truly appreciate that. Today for example, I was met with wonderful familiar smile and positive attitude, from checking my vehicle's tire pressure in the freezing cold to helping me at the front counter like she did today. Always makes a frustrating situation for me into a positive experience. James too. He is always upbeat and helpful. They make it a personal and friendly environment to walk into. I know when I come in, my tire problem will be taken care of, and shown respect the whole time.

These guys are great! I brought my punctured tire in from another place, who refused to fix it, and these guys repaired it in less than an hour! Amazing!! They were very polite and efficient. I highly recommend these guys for good quality tires and if you want great customer service!!

Told me they wouldn t rotate my tires because I didn t want to buy new ones today after I had made the appointment to get a rotation and balance. Didn t know meeting the commission was more important. Thanks for wasting my time.

I think it was Manuel Gonzalo that helped me out.My discount tire credit card for some reason closed he helped me reapply and open a new account even calling them for me. He was super patient with my limited knowledge about tires and explained everything in a way I understood things! Its my second time here and I really always enjoy the pleasant experience I get everytime I'm in. Not to mention good deals on tires and tire rotation.

These guys are awesome. My mom s car got a flat tire and unfortunately they weren t able to patch the hole but they were very transparent and honest and goddess a new tire and back on the road very quickly and we re very nice about it.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! If you want to read my full review keep going, but if you're in a hurry know this: Competitive prices, great workmanship, and top notch customer service!I'd been toying with the idea of getting some more aggressive tires and new wheels for my truck for quite some time, but just never could justify it. Now that my stock tires were in need of replacement, I decided to go ahead and make it happen.I shopped around for a while online to get an idea of what I wanted, but didn't feel like ordering something online and then having to figure out installation locally, so I called a few local places.That's when I called Discount Tire and ended up on the phone with Bradley, the Assistant Manager. He did a fantastic job at sourcing the wheels and tires I wanted, was never pushy, but did offer some much needed feedback/insight and did offer some similar alternatives that were on offer, just in case I was interested. He was incredibly patient, very pleasant, and easy to do business with!I placed my order and decided to pay then and there, so I could get it done with. The wheels and tires both had to be ordered from their supplier, which was no issue to me, a few other places I spoke to were hellbent on trying to pitch me something in stock that I wasn't interested in (probably to move inventory). As soon as they arrived a gentleman from the store called to let me know, and we set up an appointment.Because of COVID you do not check-in at the counter, rather you wait your turn. I showed up early and was promptly directed into one of the service bays. Turns out Bradley was working that day and knew my truck based on the conversation we'd had about a week earlier, so they got right to it!The installation was pretty quick and very painless, they did a test fit first, just to ensure the brakes etc would clear properly. Then the technicians were "all hands on deck" and really did a great job being careful with the new hardware, and also did a good job packing up my old stuff for me so I can put it in storage.They made sure I was happy with everything before I left, and believe me I was thrilled. The team there does a great job, take their time with you, and hustle quickly when its go-time! I will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

This place is great! After having yet another flat tire and knowing his tire tread was low, my husband came here to get new tires. We came on a night they closed at 6:00. We got to the store at 5:45 (only 15 minutes before close) and took the time to show up tires because this was our first time buying tires so we had no idea what we wanted. They replaced them all that night and not once complained that they were there after hours. Great customer service!

I've been coming here for a couple years now. They do try to teach you as much as you are willing to learn along side with potential upsales as that is their job as sales associates. I saw other concerns in the reviews about having new people, cool your jets, new people need time to train and the longer time employees have a good handle on making sure everything is correct. I've seen complaints about times issues, sometimes people come in and the issue is much more labor intensive than initially expected with the scheduled or walk in, and other issues can arise. These people are human, not robot slaves. Give them a break.HUGE THANKS to Chase. I came in today with a walk in urgent tire replacement on my husband's car. Combo of no tread and a large screw in one tire from by the airport industrial area. I had only about 200 to replace 2 tires on my discount tire credit card. The original total was 218 but Chase was able to bring it under my limit especially having seen me trying to find money in my other accounts. Wasn't a huge discount but enough to encourage my loyalty to this place. Busy day today so a longer wait, but that is fine for Chase having my back. <3

Went in with my daughter for tires on both of our cars. We were taken care of by Gonzalo M. He was very helpful, informative and patient with both of us as we went back and forth. He was honest on helping select the best tires for our car and the best value. We will both definitely be back for more services.

Went here a week ago, they broke my wheel stud and proceeded to make me tow my car out of the shop saying it wasn t their fault and deeming it unsafe to drive . Won t be coming back

I like this location, the employees are great at this one. They re super helpful, and not pushy or anything they don t try push replacing all tires unless it s unsafe/truly needed. Don t pull shady stuff trying to get upsales.And they do seem to be pretty busy but even when busy you re in and out within an hour.Def recommend this location.One of my new tires had a messed up sensor so I came right back and they took care of it asap. Didn t make me have to wait all over again despite being busy. When I get my set for winter I m coming back to this location

Had a tire issue and took my car to discount tires, pulled up to the location and got my family out of the car and was instantly greeded and taken care of right away. This may very depending on how busy they are clearly. But I'm very satisfied with the service and people working here. They found the problem and fix it right away. Make sure you buy tire insurance and all the good stuff buying tires. The road hazard insurance kicked in and help me out thank you discount tires. I'll be buying tires from this company anytime from now on. They have my back. And that's very much appreciated

I would recommend the Discount Tire on 7000 S. and Redwood Road to service all tire needs. They were knowledgeable, courteous and quick! I was on my way in less than an hour with four new tires! Thanks

Got a great deal on wheels and tires for my 18' Tundra during the presidents day weekend. Plus the rebates. I did have to travel to 2 different locations because one place didn't have wheels in stock. I received good customer service.

Discount tire is awesome, I happened upon them a few weeks ago when I was trying to get coffee next door. They checked all 4 tires and put air in them, it was quick and easy. I then got a nail in my tire, went to Burt brothers to get it checked and they said it wasn t fixable. I took my car to discount tire the next day and they had it fixed within 15 minutes no charge. Needless to say discount tires absolutely gained a loyal customer.

Since last review. This location has had employee give false unsolicited advice that brakes needed to be done They were fine.Less than a month ago made appointment for tire rotation, balance and tire inspection. They lost 1 of my new black crown tire caps and let me leave with tire pressure light still on.Had to come back same day they reset pressure light tried to offer me a couple bucks for my cap.Next morning tire pressure light was on again. So I Had to take back in after I again called. My cap never turned up. And come to find out there was a screw in one the tires entire time. Now I suddenly need 3 tires with only credit for one tire. Kind of feel I should have reported that incident of of having to go back 2x's for their errors.I come in today for aircheck and get told that there's a Tire with a nail in it so I schedule an appointment to have a repair my appointment due to business was pushed back almost an hour for completion of my vehicle and the tire pressure light is still on again, I've been going to Discount Tire for 20 years and my brother works at a location in California and this is by far the most disrespectful disgraceful and deceitful location now that I have ever endured in the 20 years that I've been using Discount Tire it's a thoroughly the disappointing. WOW!!!The cost of these errors due to this location now do the incompetence of being able to do a thorough inspection of tires and or make sure the tire pressure light is actually off on letting the customer leave when I'm an Uber driver probably adds up to the cost of two tires that they want to charge for. Cuz now I have to make an appointment tomorrow to have for another location to do an actual inspection and hope that they get it right. Again I can feel any more disappointed in the treatment and the services I was rendered in my last few visits at this location with the audacity of their errors cost me hours of doing driving on Uber not to mention lower ratings because my tire pressure light is on and causes concern for my Riders!!!!*TO TOP IT OFF THEY AGAIN LOSY AND OR BROKE ANOTHER NEW VALVE CAP THIS ONE WAS A LIGHT UP BLUE ONE!!!

Honestly I just love discount tire. I went to big O tires first because it was closer but they told me it would be $180 for a new car tire and I wasn't about to pay that much for a car tire.I found out I originally bought my tires from discount tire and they honored their warranty. I walked out with a new tire and only payed $20.Will continue to always come back. I just wish they offered alignments.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. They have patched tires, sold me tires and always provide excellent customer service. My husband and I came today on a busy day and one of the team members stepped away from what he was doing to immediately assist us. I wish I caught his name because I'd like to reference it here to thank him for his help with our 2008 Toyota RAV4. Thanks Discount Tire!

My low tire pressure light wouldn't turn off after filling the tires. I thought there might be a leak. They quickly scanned the tires, no issues. Refilled the tires and I was good to go. Very nice, helpful staff.

If I could give more stars, I would!! I came for the free rotation and balance and he noticed my windshield wipers were really bad. I didn't bring any money with me. (I can't believe it either. Who forgets their debit card??) He was so concerned about my safety, he did the wipers for FREE. I wholeheartedly plan on returning to pay for them, but just the fact that he did it is so unbelievable. This is above and beyond customer service!! I've been coming here for years because of the amazing people who work here AND the services they provide. If I get a flat that's repairable, the fix it for FREE. If it's under warranty (which is an AMAZING deal), they replace it without charging for a new tire. And rotation, balancing and tire checks are completely free. They have never pushed more expensive products on me. They just make sure I'm safe and get the best for my budget. Absolutely incredible experience, every time!

For the last 20 yrs Discount Tire is the place I go when I have needed tires for my vehicles. They are friendly, professional and do superb work. They will take care of your tires ie: rotate, fix flats for as long as they are on your vehicle. And give great advice. I have always left happy and feeling confident that I am well taken care of.

Good customer service. They were ready to discuss options and spend time to make me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make when choosing tires without rushing me through.Accessibility was a bit tricky having had to go through the 7-11 entrance to get to the shop but that may be an issue only for the first timers. Not an issue but just that we normally expect an entrance next to a huge sign and there was none.Discount tire shop apparently welcomes any drive by for a tire pressure check. That to me personally is pretty helpful given the proximity.
