Five stars for Dimitri. He went above and beyond to earn my business from going to Costco. He not only price matched Costco but he beat it as well. I appreciate Dimitri taking the time and energy to represent Discount Tire to earn my business. The reason for my one star rating. I called back after receiving a call from another tire place who I was seeking a quote from and they gave me the same price as Discount Tire. I spoke with a man named Aaron, who you can say didn t have quite the same positive attitude as Dimitri. I had received a callback from Best Value Wheel and Tire one of the other companies I was getting a quote from. Demetri went home for the day so Aaron said he could help me. I proceeded to explain to him, I was quoted the same price and from this other company and he said we re not going to go back-and-forth with other companies so you can get these tires for zero! He s very unprofessional by making such a ridiculous comment! If I hadn t already left my vehicle there I would ve went to another location or took my business somewhere else entirely. I was also told that my vehicle would be done first thing in the morning by Dimitri. After speaking with Aaron, I called after 1 o clock and my vehicle still was sitting in the parking lot. I believe it was because of Aaron being so offended by my question. Oh, did I mention Aaron is also the manager! What a way to represent the store.

I would give this store a 0 star if I could. I DO NOT recommend going to this store or Discount Tires in general. I needed a flat fixed on a tire with low tread to get it by for a few more months to save money for new tires. All they wanted to do was sell me new tires right then & hide behind their legal liability waver to not fix it. There was absolutely no interest in helping me or customer service, and while the employee was polite as we discussed Discount Tires unwillingness to help, I was uncaringly & casually dismissed. I will NOT be returning to this store and likely not to a Discount Tire chain. I went two blocks north to Les Schwab on 7800 S in West Jordan as soon as I left Discount Tire. They fixed my flat tire for free, had great customer service, and gave me a quote for new tires with no up-selling pressure. DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money at Discount Tire!

I came in to replace all of my tires because I was running on the spare. They stripped a lug nut but replaced all of them for free. They also accidentally replaced the spare tire instead of the flat one but made it right by replacing the flat tire for free.I couldn t be more happy, they made things right and gave me a free tire! Who wouldn t be happy

Initially went in to have my air checked since my sensor on my car went off. Ernesto found that I had a nail in my tire. He was able to get me in and out under 20 minutes. Ernesto and his team were friendly and so accommodating to get me in last moment. I would recommend this shop for any of your tire needs.

We ordered tires through this location. They were great at price matching. The staff Demetrius was so friendly and helpful. The location is clean, close to other places to walk while they work on your car and they are fast.

They were willing to sell me winter tires a few months ago but are now unwilling to mount my all season tires back again because a previous patch that I have been driving on for years "is not up to standard". Felt like a push to scrap functional tires so I would purchase new ones. I took my car somewhere else to get my old tires mounted without issue. They lost my future business.

I ve been a customer of Discount Tire for 14 years and I ll continue to be a customer as long as they continue to treat their customers the way this store does. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable and they were still able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Their tires are good quality as long as you get them rotated and serviced on the recommended schedule.

First I would like to acknowledge Cy and Bryce for their superior professionalism and customer service. I went to discount since I needed a full set of tires for my Durango. Unfortunately due to shipping issues my vehicle was delayed by two days, but the care and attention to detail that Cy and Bryce showed, still gave me a great experience. And they made the time lost from shipping not even an issue in the end, Thank you!

This place is the best. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. This location is always clean and the coffee/water area is well stocked and tidy.I buy all my tires from discount tire and they have never failed me. I love the email reminders for rotation and air pressure. It really keeps me on track and has really prolonged my tires.This location is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the best discount tire store ever. Bryce was extremely helpful and on the ball. He took special care of an elderly woman that came in while I was there. I was blown away by his manners and the way he interacted with her. Outstanding!

Demetrius is awesome. I ve had to replace tires on two of my vehicles and happened to get Demetrius both times. He s extremely helpful and remembered us from the previous time. I won t take my cars anywhere else but in the future.

Me and my wife have been going to discount tires for years. They have always been very professional and very competitive with pricing. They do stand by the tire warranty. I had bought aggressive tires for my truck and a couple months later I ran over a lag bolt destroying the tire. Luckily I had bought the extra warranty. They replaced both front tires no questions asked. I am very excited about this new location. It is so much closer to my house. My first visit here was very good. They weren't very busy and one of the employees working the counter actually walked out and greeted me before I even hit the door. They were very quick and my tires are still on. That is a win in my book. I like this location because they have a lot more parking than the other location I used to go to. As long as the prices are good and the customer service is good I'll continue to go back.

Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the discount tire in Kearns. Terrible service and prices 2-3x what other discount tires charge for services.

Put my snow tire on backwards. When I had my car serviced at the dealer two months later. They told me. Had to go back. They pulled it off the rim and turned it.

After shopping around a bit and getting the run around from the dealership, I will just go straight to Discount Tire from now on. They got the tires I wanted in stock in a day and made everything super easy. Great customer service and fair prices.

I was impressed with the manager of the West Jordan store. He looked at options for trailer tires I wanted and reassured me they would beat any competitor prices. He had to order the tires for me, which were available the next day. He called to tell me when they arrived. Although busy, they were able to get my work done within an hour. The tires were quality, came with a generous warranty, and were 40% less than competing alternatives. I d definitely use them again.

I will not go here. I called looking into pricing on getting some BFGoodrich A/Ts install on my lifted Pilot and the associate there literally made fun of me for wanting to do it. "Uhh I think those tires will be a little to rigid for your pilot" "You want to put BFGs on your Pilot..."I believe his name was "Allen".Completely unprofessional

I found a screw in my tire. I went directly to this location (I didn't have an appointment). They were slammed with customers. I had to wait about 30 minutes. But they took my truck and removed the screw, fixed the flat tire, rotated my tires and retained the sensors... and checked all my other tires to make sure they are all good. They did this for FREE!! They said it's becsuse I'm a loyal customer and they appreciate my business. My jaw hit the floor! Thank you Discount Tires! You definitely have my business!!

This store is awesome. I ve always used Discount Tire and have had great service and experiences. I ve been to this store a few times for tires on cars and a trailer. Today the associate Bradley helped me find the right tires and make sure everything was taken care of. He made it very easy and gave options to consider. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great customer service. Willing to price match with competitor's.I had a tire that we bought from them start going flat after a couple of years. It had a side wall bump develop. They were unable to repair it so they prorated it for $77 towards a new one.
