Kinda sucks that the hours have changed. I ve been going here on Saturday mornings for years. Which was very convenient for the working class. However, every time I ve had my inspection/emission done, it s been very quick. The staff is super nice too. Last time it was only one guy working so I hope they hire more staff - I saw almost every location has an issue with that. 2 stars off for the staff and for Saturdays.

Fastest emissions I've EVER had done!!!!! Me being the poor planner that I am had an appointment with the dmv at 3:40pm, I called DEKRA at 3 and asked if there was a wait for emissions, they said no that could change if somebody comes in before me since I was just down the street I stopped there and got there around 3:05 p.m. and was paid and out of there with my passing emissions certificate by 3:12pm. Very awesome experience, I will take all 3 of vehicles there in the future.

Nick helped me today. Not only was he incredibly fast, but he did it with a smile on his face and a friendly personality.Nick gave me the best experience here and I plan on coming back as long as people like Nick are there helping me!

The best place to get your safety and emissions inspection done! While waiting you can walk over to Smith and Edwards and get yourself an old fashioned treat. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with DMV or title questions. Highly recommend.

Came here twice in the last three months, they can't change oil because there is only one guy there and they are short staffed? I understand that but twice in a span of three months? Either do NOT advertise oil changes maybe, or close down. Please avoid this place.

Always great service. Have been going here for 10 years. Thw guys are always friendly and so helpful! And the On The Spot Renewal is a great thing too

Great emissions center. They are super fast and efficient with the whole process and do not try to get you to upgrade/buy other items while there. Staff gave a time frame for the whole process and was 10min early! Quickly got everything I needed, paid and was back on the road. I would highly recommend these guys for your emissions, and will be back.

I get a Groupon here everytime for my oil change, and save a lot of money everytime for my full synthetic. Staff is always nice, and depending on the time I decide to go, pretty fast! If it's busy, they usually do a good job estimating the wait time. If there is a wait, I like to walk around a bit, there's a lot of food nearby, or you can just sit in the grass and watch the cars for a bit while you wait. Never waited more than an hour when they've been really busy. I always come here, and plan on doing so for a long time.

I ve come here for a few years now and they have no wait. Your car is in and out in 15 or so minutes. No pressure upselling. Good prices too. I ll keep coming here for sure

I love this place. I ve come here to renew my registration and they ve always been super helpful. It s very easy and they always give a great price for the registration. They also offer other car services for you. But overall I always feel welcomed and they are always helpful and friendly. Great job DEKRA!

Only one person working on a Saturday but my wait time was less that 30 minutes. I had all the testing done and also got my new stickers. This is the place I take both my vehicles every year. I recommend them highly. Since they don't do repairs they are straight up with you and work with you if you fail. I would highly recommend them.

Came to do emissions on two cars, they were done within 30 minutes! Jim tested the cars and he is very efficient. Nicholas was especially helpful, he helped me replace my gas cap when I was having trouble.10/10 best place to get emissions!! Very nice people and great prices can be found here

The lifts at both this location and the Midvale location are broken so they can t do oil changes (the other Midvale site doesn t do oil changes). I already bought a Groupon for an oil change and emissions but they are unable to fulfill it. What are the odds that BOTH lifts are broken?!Update: We ended up going to the Salt Lake Dekra and used our Groupon there, though we were overcharged and were told that only the manager could help us fix it. I got ahold of Matt who explained that the prices had recently changed which was affecting the system when the Groupon was entered in. Matt was very helpful and good to work with and followed through to make everything right.

I had to wait 45 minutes, but it was because they were busy. Literally no appointment, and they were fast once my car was in their garage. They were super professional. I sent my daughter over there because of my great experience.

Best in the valley hands down!! And ifYour in a HURRY and like honest prices, this is a place to go even if you have an appointment set at the DMV already they could get you there if it's within an hour and a half. I ran this test with a lot of my family and that's worth every time they're just the best!

My go to place for regular maintenance. They are very fast and wait time is usually none or very less. Always middle aged experienced mechanic is working on my car which I personally prefer over unexperienced young boys. During safety inspections they actually jack up vehicle and check for play in all four tires. doesn't feels like a typical corporate maintenance shop, instead more like a bit old school total mechanic.

Quick and effective. They've never tried to upsell me when I come in to do emissions and registration in the three years I've been doing that through them. The building doesn't seem to have any temperature control, but they do have a bathroom, and they get you out soon enough.

I was very satisfied with my service here. The staff, especially Austin, were professional, courteous, and got me going and out the door in very little time.I usually go to the location on State St in Midvale but their computer's were down today so I gave this location a try. I am glad I did.The manager at this location is aware of past reviews and is working to improve customer service. And in all honesty, these guys deserve 5 stars for their work today.I will be getting my emissions and registration done at this location next year.

I came here to get my oil changed before going on a long road trip the same day. They were half the price of Jiffy Lube and had coupons available also. They were quick and took my vehicle right in. The employee servicing my car noticed my oil drain plug was worn and showed me it. He suggested places where I could replace it for my next oil change.DEKRA has never disappointed me and I will be returning for my next oil changes and registrations. Great customer service, fast, cheap, and honest.

I have an issue with my van but it all works and runs. I asked them first after telling them the issue and they said no problem. After attempting to pull my van into the bay they decided to refuse service it would not be so bad if they didn't tell me it would be no problem. Overall they deserve at least 3 stars because they weren't super rude or anything.

Ryan is basically a one man show! Answering phones, helping customers at the counter, and working on cars. He was very professional and thorough. Will definitely be back!

The guy I think was the manager (took payment and made the other guy do the work) was rude from the moment I walked in. He has a very pretentious attitude and frankly has no business dealing with customers. No wonder the parking lot was empty and I was the only one there. There is a Jiffy Lube across the very same parking lot. I asked how their prices compare and he didn't even know what the competitor 50 yards away charges. It was so slow and barron I felt bad for them and gave them my business. They failed me due to low brake fluid. That's fair, it's what they should do. When I asked if they sell any or can add for extra money he very rudely said no and see you later. He seemed annoyed I even asked. I should have gone somewhere else that is professional and provides solutions and customer service. This is a lazy pompous business. Avoid this company, especially the West Jordan location.

Don t use Groupon to lure people in. If you do then at least make it a little bit of a deal! $5 off??? Something! I purchased on Groupon for $35 then get there and I am told another $12 for oil disposal or whatever. Your regular price $44.99 plus tax so the same. You guys did fine. The person that help me was friendly and quick, but your little marketing trick rubbed me the wrong way.
