Picked up the Beast today after the transmission was replaced. The service was very friendly and took great care of my truck. They went above and beyond expectations with changing an inline filter, the Flex plate, and the rear main seal. No leaks, no drips, no errors so far. Highly recommend at this point and will update as the mileage increases.

I was having transmission issues and I know I need to have the fluid and filter changed. Just needs a good service. They gave me a quote that was $75 to $100 cheaper than the other shops. After the service was done I got an even better deal $60 cheaper than the original quote and the Manual transmission I had, required less fluid so it costs less to do the Service, they were so honest! I will be a customer for life and I will recommend everybody i know to their location. Thanks for being honest and being a great mechanic

Jason is the man! Thought my truck needed a full transmission rebuild, but it was a much simpler fix. Jason diagnosed it quickly and correctly and got me back on the road.

Jason is the best. I took my car in, worried it would be an expensive fix, but he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and show me that it wasn't as bad as I feared. Quick service, great price, awesome hospitality!

The price was better than anyone else a I could find. The work was not done when they told me it would be but they still completed the job faster than many of the other shops told me it would take. I am satisfied with the work they did and they offer a decent warrantee. I felt like they were honest with me about the work required if not the time it would take.

Just had my transmission swapped here recently and was greatly satisfied with the work done and the time frame it was completed in.Jason is a very professional and considerate person and they do fantastic work at this shop hes also an honest person, informed me ahead of time that the shop was a few days behind but still managed to squeeze my truck in and get me back in my vehicle as soon as possible.Great pricing compared to other shops in the valley and quality of the work speaks for itselfWill definitely be a returning customer10/10 would highly recommend

I wanted to leave a review because of the great service I got here from Jason. My Toyota Sequoia's transfer case was leaking fluid and possibly compromised. Jason gave me an initial quote and after digging in to the issue determined it wasn't as bad as previously thought and fixed it for less than half of the quote. I came to Conrad's thinking that I had a problem with my transmission, and it ended up being that there was nothing wrong at all - just a little problem with a loose bolt and washer. So even thought my car actually didn't need fixing, I'm super grateful for their honesty! Their service was performed promptly too - within 2 hours of me dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, I wasn't even charged! It made me super happy and I feel like I could definitely rely on them again if I ever need to come in.Service: Transmission

I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here anytime I have an issue. Jason has done amazing work on my truck! I came in a couple years ago for a driveline repair and he fixed it quick as can be. Then recently I blew my transmission and he got my truck right in and running again! Very professional! Very cost efficient! You can tell this guy knows his way around a transmission. I am sure I am not the easiest person to work with as I know my communication skills are not great. However, Jason was VERY nice and extremely helpful. We needed a diagnostic test ran on our car and when we talked to the dealership we were under the impression that we could choose someone to work on our car as long as they were ASE certified. Unfortunately that was not the case. We are sad that they can t work on it. As far as the diagnostic text goes, they told us it would be done by 11 that day however it was done Sooner. They are quick effective and nice I would recommend the shop to anyone. Thanks for all your help Jason!

They ve replaced transmissions on two of my trucks. Jason is incredibly helpful and was able to squeeze me in (luckily he had the parts) in a pinch while parts were waiting on another project.Hope I don t need them again, but I know it ll be a great experience if I do!

Called Conrad s (Jason) with a transmission not acting correct. He trouble shot with me over the phone on with some possible solutions. He had his lift occupied and could not get me in right away so I pulled my transmission out, brought it to him. He said it would be a few days. He called me the next day and said my transmission was done. I was shocked! Showed up, transmission was painted, looked amazing, he gave me the proper gaskets, flush, and new cooler. I got it installed, called Jason with a few questions (he was happy to answer), transmission runs like a top! I highly recommend his shop! Thanks Jason!

I went there for a transmission service on my 17 silverado 1500. Trans is a 6 speed (6l80). While I was scheduling it I mentioned my trans runs hotter then I like. Instead of trying to up sell an aux cooler, they offered a much cheaper thermostat bypass. I've towed a few times since then and that fixed my issue. It was cheaper and one less failure point down the road. They earned my trust after that. I'll be using them for all my future transmission work.Service: Transmission

You ever take your car somewhere and as you're dropping it off and leaving your thinking to yourself "should I have left my car here"? Not this place. They really know what they are doing. Jason has done work on two of my trucks and done an excellent job. Pricing was upfront and accurate and the work was performed beyond my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Had my truck taken in to have the slave cylinder and clutch done. Quick, trustworthy work done. They did a bunch of other small stuff that, for me, proved that they went above and beyond to take care of my truck. Thank you Conrad's! We will be return customers (although I do hope we won't have to be back for a while)!

The best thing I can say about this place is, I trust them. They have fixed my transfer case twice. The price always seems better than expected. I have referred family to go here and they will never use another transmission shop. Now both my vehicles have manufactured warranties but if I ever have an issue out of warranty this is where I will go.

These guys are incredible! Best value that I could find after several quotes for a transmission rebuild. Amazing warranty on a rebuild (3 years or 100k miles) that I could only find at other places if I went with a remanufactured transmission. They got me to a Stage 2 rebuild all for cheaper than the OEM rebuild! Extremely fast and 2-3 weeks faster than any other place I called (Had my transmission done in than 4 business days!). I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your transmission needs. My truck is running so smoothly now through gears and I have a reverse again! When a repair shop found that my transmission went bad, they said I needed a new one for about $4000. I called Conrad's and was told that it might be repairable, but they'd have to open it up to know for sure. Jason found 4 bad bearings inside, but getting parts for that transmission proved very difficult. He spent 4 hours trying to find the parts and ended up finding them in France! I'm so happy that he went the extra mile for me. Ended up saving me about $2500 over a new one and the transmission is working great.Service: Transmission

Another so-called reputable shop featured in national magazines rebuilt a stage 2 48RE for me that had nothing but problems. Took it back 3 times in the first couple of months. Transmission only lasted 3 years. Took it to Conrad s and they did a great job fixing all the mistakes the other shop made including replacing missing parts! Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they fixed in great detail to me. I highly recommend these guys!Service: Transmission

Best shop I have been to, Jason has been such a great help and was able to communicate everything that was going on. I had my transfer case rebuilt and they made it feel like new. They also were able to address issues that other shops had missed, so greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

Conrad has always taken care of me! Very hard working crew and boys on his team! Fair priced! My experience has always been good! Conrad has shown concern for not only the welfare and smooth running of my transmission but my entire vehicle! I remember he spotted some loose bolts in front suspension and tightened up for me. I would recommend to everyone to only come to Conrad for their transmission needs ! You will be cared about and taken care of! I had my truck transmission beefed up and it has been one strong transmission! One time I thought my transfer case had blown it was actually my rear differential limited slip , he helped me secure a used rear end from a junk yard thus saving money on a rebuild . Just great place!

What a relief!! Couldn t be happier with my experience at Conrad s.My transmission suddenly wouldn t come out of gear and my heart sank as I felt the stress of a potential repair in the the thousands. I found Conrad s and had my car towed there. To my surprise, they were able to locate and fix the issue the next day! And this was on thanksgiving week no less. It ended up being an issue they d seen before in my model vehicle and had a quick fix for it. What s more is they didnt charge me a penny.My forever gratitude for good faith and honest people. I ll be taking my cars from now on to Conrad s. Many, many thanks.

So impressed! I needed someone to look at my van and didn't know who I could trust. I found them online and trusted the reviews I read and was not disappointed. Jason was very professional. They diagnosed the problem with my old van and recommended not fixing it but just to drive it as long as we can. They didn't even charge me for diagnostics. I trust them and would highly recommend them.

I took my car with a manual transmission to Tunex because the clutch would not engage. I could push the clutch to the floor, but could not shift. I had it towed to Tunex.Tunex had it for two days and told me my transmission was shot and it would need to be replaced. The cost was $4,500 (I bought the car for $2,400) Tunex said they drove it around. I got in the car and they apparently filled my clutch fluid and I could shift it, so I drove it home. It appeared to shift without problems.I called Conrad's and described the situation and asked what they would charge me to replace the transmission. On the phone, Conrad's said it sounded more like a hydraulic issue and they doubted I would have to replace the transmission.I took it into Conrad's and they drove it around and said the transmission/clutch operated fine. They lifted it up and discovered a leaky clutch fluid hose. They trimmed the end, replaced the clamp and charged me $0.It was my first experience with them, but I was so impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Please give them your business. I plan on returning if I have problems in the future.Service: Transmission
