The new manager runs a great shop with a talented crew. I have had a ton of services performed at the West Jordan shop, across a range of parts, labor, and many vehicles. With this new manager in place and his intent to see customer satisfaction, I see no reason to take my vehicles elsewhere. Great job, folks!

Thank YOU for the friendly and professional service at the West Jordan location. At check out, the service rep was going over the checklist to ensure everything was completed. One step needed to be doubled check. She was super sweet to go out in the snow to complete the torque checked. And said she wanted to make sure I got home safe. Very considerate and kind! This is one of the many reasons why I come back to Burt Bros. Stay excellent !! Have a wonderful weekend, everyone.

Burt Brothers is always my go to! I buy a lot of tires for my fleet and use them for service as well! They are honest and friendly and their customer service is second to none! They know me by name and treat me as family! As long as Burt Brothers is around, I will continue to be a loyal customer!

My appointment was at 10 am. They didn't start work on my vehicle until around 10:45 am. It took over 2 hours to complete the installation and order. I had been told it would take 45 minutes by the new front desk service agent. She apologized for the delay and another service agent took over when the work was completed; she was very knowledgeable and customer service friendly and helped me confirm that the product I chose was acceptable. They also offer a 30-day return/exchange, if dissatisfied. So far, so good. I like the Burt Brothers Bundle that they offer with the purchase. Other than the time delay, I'm a happy customer.

They were awesome! I sent an online inquiry late at night, and they responded the next day when they had the answers I needed. They then got me in right away (next day) and took care of what I needed in time for a road trip. I worked with Roger and I'd highly recommend these guys.

I ve been coming to Burt s in WJ for as long as I can remember and they ve always been so personable and get the job done quick. One time the staff was even having pizza for lunch and they gave me a slice while I was waiting!! So sweet. I will always come here for my car needs!!! 10/10.

This has been the location I ve gone to for years, but I may be changing that now; I was very disappointed with my service. I had scheduled an appointment to have my tires replaced and even asked if I could drop off my vehicle early (11am) so I could run errands on my only day off.Apparently my tires were 1.5 hours late to arrive, pushing back my appointment. Not once did I receive any type of notification, call or text, communicating this information. Usually they would notify me of any updates throughout the service, but I received zero communication the entire time. I made it very clear that I had an appointment I had to go to by 5pm, well after my scheduled appointment with them at 1pm.I ended up having to leave my wife there to wait for them to finish the job, since they only pulled it back after 4:40pm to start working on it. They said it should only been an additional 15 minutes, but it turned into almost two hours!! Once completed, the staff failed to communicate with my wife that it was finished even though she could see it in the front. It was left to her responsibility to approach them and ask if it was ready (every other customer had a staff member call their name and provide them their keys when theirs was ready). I even paid ahead so that it would be a seamless process.The manager was nice and agreed the communication was lacking (I had to call them a couple of times). She apologized for the experience, thus the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. I was very disappointed with this service and will probably change locations.

I love this Burt Brothers! I can trust that they won t up-sell me on anything that I don t need! They have caring and friendly personnel and today, since it was cold and drizzly, the young gal who was checking me in asked if I had a ride home when I dropped my car off for new brakes. I told her that I didn t live that far away and I was going to walk. She insisted on taking me home which, being elderly, I really appreciated!!! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this store!

I ve done business here in the past while Patrick was the manager. Then I could stop in and get a tire rotation or flat repair or a quick adjustment on my trailer hitch easily and treated well They even damaged my vehicle and Patrick was awesome during the entire repair, he cared about the damage and made it right, that s why I kept coming back. Now I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation days in advance only to take off work to sit in their hot waiting room to not get any service. I ended up leaving after over an hour waiting with no service. Don t bother with making an appointment.

I've been going to Burt Brothers for several years. They've always been respectful and they can be trusted for their work. I've had air conditioning work done as well as recommending the best tires for our Utah weather. I highly recommend them.

Happy with the price and the tires. The service was polite but it was just the amount of time we had to wait, even after making an appointment. We were told the day before & the day of that we would be out the door in 45 mins. Appt was @9:30 we left at 12:05. Other than the time everything else was fine.

This location(West Jordan) is one of my all-time favorites! Great staff, super knowledgeable and they don't try to push you into getting services your vehicle needs/may need or purchasing tires, right then and there. JT was awesome, definitely gonna make this my main location!

They were quite busy but took care of the hole in my tire so I could get to work. They quoted a 2 hour wait but got me on my way to work within 1 hour & 45 minutes. I've purchased 4 expensive tires from Burt Brothers in the past & they're fabulous. Even my Car Dealership commented on how nice my tires are. So, thanks Burt Brothers.

They were super helpful and nice. I forgot to say I needed an oil change online when I requested the appointment. They got me in the same day and got it done super fast! Great experience every time I take my car here, and amazing staff!

Went in this afternoon for an oil change as a walk-in and was back out the door within half an hour. Burt Brothers staff was professional and friendly, and Taylor was very attentive in making sure my vehicle was taken care of. Thanks BB, I will be back again!

Burt Brothers in West Jordan took great care of me and my daughter s car. They got me in quickly and took care of the problem. We had others look at the tire before, but they didn t find what the real issue was. I definitely will be giving them my business in the future.

Discount Tires in Bountiful days my flat couldn't be repaired. They wouldn't put my spare tire on my truck. In less than one hour Burt Brothers repaired the flat tire for no charge. How amazing that was. Very good experience.

Had an appointment at 0800 for an oil change and emissions. Came back at 130 pm and still wasn t done. It was sitting in the lot waiting to get tires rotated. I don t know how long it would have taken if I didn t show up.Had a second appointment scheduled to have an oil pan leak fixed (which is weird as I ve never seen any oil leaking). I asked how long that would take since it took them over six hours to change the oil and do an emissions, and this is a work vehicle and I needed it to work. They stated to drop it off in the morning and they had all the needed parts and the technician there to do it. Dropped the truck off at 0900. Called at 330 pm to check the status. The lady who answered had no idea what the vehicle was in for, or what was going on, but managed to say that there was one car ahead of mine and it would be done by 5pm which is closing time (probably a generic catch all answer).Take your vehicle anywhere but here. Appointments mean nothing to them. Your time is not important to them. Won t be returning.

I am so bummed about my recent (and very last) experience with Burt brothers. I was so fond of this place- I even convinced all of my family to start going there unfortunately, after my experience with them today, I won t be returning I had an oil change and my tires balanced and rotated .. as I was overlooking things on my vehicle, before leaving, I realized there were THREE BIG SCREWS IN THREE OF MY TIRES .. EVERYTHING IN THE BACK OF MY VEHICLE (hiking backpacks/survival packs/Easter gifts) ALL OF IT HAD BEEN TORN THRU LIKE A SCAVENGER HUNT. So disappointed and bummed . It was such a good feeling to know I could go there and trust the people working on my vehicle that s all gone.Also, they told me it would be 30 min but it ended up being 2HOURS AND 30 MINUTES . I guess the 2 extra hours is what it took for them to go thru all of my belongings and take what they wanted I didn t go back inside once I realized all the damage done because I m not an idiot- I know it s their word against mine and it would be a complete waste of time and energy- and since I already spent 5x the amount of time promised, I was ready to get to my daughter from the sitter, who charged me an extra $100 for being 2 hours late-SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED-

Took car in to get an alignment. '20 MDX.Great customer service, although they were late for the quoted appointment time. No big deal, because they were very nice and informed me of the wait, I also understand businesses are understaffed these days. HOWEVER... make the schedule accordingly. Don't make the excuse that you are understaffed if you are responsible for the scheduling of services. If it was a walk in, this would obviously be different.Secondly. I brought it in for the alignment because it was pulling to the right slightly. I needed this done for a drive out of town the next day. They finished and the print out said rear camber had no adjustment. It was in the red. They informed me that no parts were damaged and so I was just hopeful that they might have test drove it to verify alignment. Upon driving it, the alignment was not even done, at least correctly. It had the same issue except now the steering wheel was off-center.We got back from our trip and I called them to address this issue. I scheduled another appointment for the following day and my wife took it in this time. It turns out they were behind schedule once again...Appointment time was at 2:30, they brought the car back at 4:00!!! Once again, SCHEDULE!!!They sent her away with the sheet, with the beginning specs way off from the previous alignment. Which in itself was concerning. Rear camber was magically in the green on a non adjustable component, also concerning. And guess what? Yup, Same symptoms as before.I will pull out some string and do this in my driveway next time before I take it back to Burt Bros.P.S. alignment cost $130P.S.S. photo is me pulling to keep vehicle straight.

Definitely not a welcoming front office staff. Worker sitting at computer in the corner saw me walk in and said nothing. Customer service was awful and nonexistent. Vehicle done and was made to wait while they filed paperwork and finished office chores. When did those things come before rendering service to a paying customer..? Burt bros needs to step it up and provide customer service at the high quality level Rob and Wendel set. Disappointed in West Jordan.

Burt Brothers has greeted me with a smile and friendly greeting EVERY entry I make into their locations. They bring honesty and truth to all problems that arise. When their options are limited on what I need, they usually will help me get to a specialist mechanic with simular values as their own.Thank you for the service rendered today and all the past work you have given to my vehicles.

I ve been a loyal Burt s Bro s customer for years now. I brought my car in to see why the check engine light came on and see about getting it fixed. They called and told me it was a mass air flow issue and would be $700 to fix. I felt that was steep so I went in to pick up my car and discuss with my husband. They charged me $160 just to run the diagnostic. Which to my understanding is plugging in the reader under the steering wheel to read the codes. $160?! That s insane. I was told it was to pay for the technician. I get that, but to take a few minutes and run a code diagnostic that is an insane price. I m now questioning every dollar I ve spent there over the years and am not planning on going back.
