I took my vehicle in today and could not be happier with the way things went I was in a pinch leaving on a road trip this evening and was very stoked to get things looked at before heading out! I called around and most places were a couple hours or so to get all the things I wanted done. Keaton was able to help me right away when I walked in he came out to my Lexus and personally looked over the things I had expressed concerns about. He was very knowledgeable on recommendations about my concerns but, I didn t feel like he was trying to up sell me on any extra services which I appreciated. He then was able to have someone out right away to pull it in and get started! They were able to inspect everything, grease a few things I needed, balance and rotate my tires, and check my alignment all within the hour and I was able to get on the road in time!! Overall a great place to get your vehicle checked out and Repaired!!

This place was amazing, it wasn t like other car places where you sit there forever not knowing how long it will take. They got me done in a timely manner and Keaton was very respectful letting me know how long things might take and keeping me updated. Great work environment as well, I could tell everyone was very happy and did great service on my vehicle, I will definitely be back!

My experience was great here! Brought my car in for a new set of tires & an alignment. They had a super quick turnaround time! Keaton got me all taken care of & was super communicative & kind. Will definitely return here again!!

Brandon was very helpful both at getting my truck in same day for a tire repair then noticing my truck needed an alignment for uneven wear and adding that same day too. He communicated along the way, and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We started coming here when our garage mechanic retired and recommended we start coming here.We've been satisfied ever since. They have top rate technicians and friendly associates who don't pressure and are informative and have helped us out in a time crunch on more than one occasion.Keaton and Paul have both been amazing to work with and I wanted to call them out specifically, but the entire team deserves kudos!

This is the most condescending and unhelpful place I have even been to. I called ahead to see if they could help me replace a headlight bulb in a Subaru outback (since you have to go in the inner fender) and they said yes to come by whenever. When I get there I watch them try for 20 minutes to access it through the hood. After watching this unsuccessful endeavor, I went up to the front and asked for my keys back since I know it can t be done that way (I would have done it myself if it could). And the assistant manager running the counter told me every single headlight can be changed through the hood. You brought it to us to do this so just sit back down and we ll have it done in 15 minutes. After watching them still struggle another 20 minutes I went up and said it still wasn t done and I wanted my keys. The same man said they re only five minutes from being done. If you want to pay a mechanic 65 an hour to do this I can get one for you right now. Is that what you want? I went and sat down again and waited another twenty minutes for them to give me my keys. Once it got dark and the lights turned on I could smell burning and the light was extremely dim. I went elsewhere to fix it and they said it was improperly grounded and it melted the back of the assembly.

Keaton is phenomenal. My son (16) bought a salvaged 07 Mustang. We are at big o often dealing with one thing or another. He always shows my son respect and encourages him to fix the things a kid can fix. It s been great. My son loves Big O so much that he wants to work here when he turns 18. Very cool facility with very cool people. Also, we love Chris, too!

We used to only go to this store for tires...I'm not sure if they are under new management or just trying to pay off their new building, but our last few visits have been a nightmare. We went to get our tires rotated before we moved out of state and were told we needed new ones. We didn't have a lot of time (it being days before our big move), but we bought new tires and then after 2 hours of waiting, finally told them we couldn't wait any longer - they had the tires on but not aligned. Fast forward 6 months - we came back for a visit and decided while we were here to get a rotation. We were told the alignment was extremely off and it needed realignment - for $179. What?? I'd never heard of such a high price for that service. I declined. They offered one for $129, but I still said no. Something didn't feel quite right. They were upset, but finished rotating and balancing the tires (it took almost 3 1/2 hours this time...seriously). We noticed a weird sound from the rear tires after that. When we took it to our old mechanic (we wanted to make sure it was going to be safe to drive back across the country), he said the alignment was NOT that far off, and after riding with us to assess the sound we were hearing, told us it sounded like the dust cover had been bent from an aggressive rotation and legally and ethically Big-O should fix it for free. We took it back to Big-O; they claimed it was the finish flaking off the rim that seemed to be rubbing and that they sanded it off. Not sure why this would suddenly became a problem that we noticed only after the rotation, because it hadn't done it before. I'm so glad we have an honest mechanic that can help us sort stuff like this out and I am disappointed and disgusted with this location and never going back.

Brought in a friends car and explained the situation to Keaton. He was super understanding and worked with me to help make sure we got a great deal and were able to find repairs within budget. Thank you Keaton, you and your team are awesome!!! Wish Google had more stars.

I went to get my tire fixed. It had a screw in it. Not only were they fast, but Keaton didn't give me the run around when I went. They got to the point, were efficient and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it. Being a woman, that's rare. Thank you guys!

I manage a fleet of around 30 vehicles and come here exclusively. All of the advisors I ve worked with are great, but I work mostly with Keaton. He really knows his stuff and cares about giving us good honest service. Highly recommend.

I've had two other mechanics at other shops take a look at cooling issues with my car, they always treated the symptoms, telling me it was all fixed, never bothering to look any further, only for the issue to crop up a week later.Luis took a look and found the core issue, a coolant leak into the engine.As well as finding the issue they also didn't charge me for the diagnostic.It nice to see such proficient quality service.

My man Keaton at the West Jordan store help me out so much. I hit a pot hole and had to get tire fast so I could get back to my appointments, and he did it for me. Gave me a great price. Amazing service. I'm definitely sold on Keaton and big.

I gave this store 5 stars before because I felt they were trustworthy and I would recommended them to friends and family. NOT ANYMORE! The last 3 times I went there they had tried to charge me outrageous/ double prices. First time was new tires they quoted me something then when I paid it was double. I called and talked to Paul who fixed it. Second time was my heater was blowing cold air and they said it would be 1,000 fix. I took it to Rocky mountain tire who fixed it for 150 or 200. I called Paul to let him know about it so he could double check why they said what they said. It definitely was a concern to Paul and turned out they didn'tknow aboutthe cheaper fix and didn't investigate and just went with it. 3rd and last time today. They said they would send pictures and call. They never sent pictures and said I needed new breaks and Routers, gasket,oil filter, and a valve cover. I went in about the leak and asked them to check the breaks it would be about 1,000. Took it to RMT who showed me the front breaks are new and the back have about 70% I feel like Big O is no longer trustworthy maybe only for an oil change.

Called Big O to get a oil change and alignment check they got me in the same day and did the work. Needed a alignment. Truck tracks perfect again. Prices are maybe a little bit better than others, but no shop work is cheap. I will be using there service again. Now I have drove my truck for a couple days I have noticed the smell of oil burning I guess they didn't do a good job of cleaning up. Thanks, now I have to clean up. Don't know if I will let them do my oil change next time. Hope the alignment is done right.

Just had the best experience! Took my sick car in and Keaton was great! He sent pictures of the problem and then called to review everything. He explained it in terms I could understand which was invaluable. My car had to stay overnight and was locked up tight in their garage. Keaton kept me informed and got back to me when he said he would. Could not be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

Said they rotated my tires but found this blowout the next day, on a long road trip to Colorado in 2019. My car was low to the ground so I couldn't see this. I Informed the owner Phil by email and regular mail, NO response in all this time. An apology would have went a long way to ease the sting of paying hundreds of dollars, while on vacation, for this avoidable debacle

For anyone looking or needing a great mechanic, ask for Paul!! He has worked on multiple of my family's vehicles and not once have we been disappointed!! He actually listens to the issue you are addressing, and gets it fixed in a timely manner, WITHOUT trying to make you spend more money on something else! He always has a great attitude and is very friendly!! We love Paul!

I had a good experience here and will go back again. Keaton helped me get the tires I needed at a good price and I liked that he got me Uber home and back again so I didn't have to worry about finding rides. They were really quick too so I loved that it didn't take all day. Thanks!

I had the best experience with Big O Tires in West Jordan. After a blowout on the freeway I found a close place to have the car towed to. Chris with Big O was great to work with. He found me higher grade tires than I originally wanted - at a cheaper price, with a rebate. He also helped get my blinker fixed and all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely go to that Big O again.

KEATON is hands down one of the kindest and generous people I know! You actually have an experience when going into this Big O Tires I wish every company had someone like him working for them! He stayed in contact with me letting me know every single Detail regarding my vehicle. I would drive 50 miles just to go to this location and work with him! He made me feel so comfortable when asking him questions because I am not a car person! 5 STAR + TO YOU KEATON AND YOUR ABSOLUTE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I called to get a simple diagnosis on my truck, I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, when I picked it back up that afternoon they gave me a list of what was wrong. I told them the quote was pretty high and I didn t have that money right now, that I would need to come back once I have the money. He then told I would need to pay a diagnosis he said it would be a $200 diagnostics, I said wait we never talk about a fee if I didn t have money to pay the repair let alone a 200 diagnostics fee. The look on his face was well that s too bad you have to pay. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again. Careless senseless employees they have at the front desk. All they told me was the truck needed new soak plus with could and upper control arms.

UPDATE: Got my alignment checked at the South Jordan location at the same time the following Saturday. Didn't even mention the debacle at this location. Their parking lot was completely filled and I was in and out in under 60 min. They didn't even try to up-sale. Do yourself a favor and avoid any alignment work at this location. Unless you want to over-wait and over-pay. (A lot of the negative reviews involve alignment service problems)Bought new Big O brand tires with them and they didn't have time to do my complimentary free alignment at the time, so I came back 6 weeks later to get it checked. Made an appointment stating I wanted them checked only. Showed up, checked in, then got told later by a different associate, Chris, saying they'd only be able to do the alignment check if I paid for the $179 alignment service since they were so busy or wait over 5 hours, even though I had an appointment, (essentially saying current paying customers were taken care of first). So I wasn't able to get it done.I don't really review things but I know that's not how customers with appointments should be treated.
