The wife and I stopped here because my Jeep rear lights went out. As we were telling the guy at the counter our vehicle information, Rudy walked by and made sure it was the correct information. He then went to grab the light bulbs and offered to switch them for us since we had no idea how to do it. It was cold and snowing and he seemed happy to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure they worked before we drove off. He is an amazing worker and human being for helping us the way he did. It s hard to find great, let alone excellent customer service now a days! We will definitely be stopping by at this autozone for our car needs!

Staff was excellent and the store was organized appropriately. I walked in and out with everything I needed and knew exactly where it was. I feel so accomplished in my old age. I do manage my own personal fleet of three cars.

I should have known when I walked in and saw this particular clerk goofing off and acting un professional. I went in to get rear rotors. While the clerk was getting the parts I noticed he had pulled up on his computer, and was grabbing front rotors. When he returned I double check with him that they were indeed REAR rotors. He said, "yup because they are the heavy ones." I took them home, only to discover they were indeed the front rotors. I was very un impressed at the lack of professionalism and ability to listen to what part I was needing. I don't know if it's because I was a female entering the store or they just don't care to listen to their customers.

Can t answer very simple questions and tried price gouging my fianc� when she went in, and didn t even bother to ask if she needed help carrying a battery. Other times we have went everything they ve given us has been wrong. Save your time and try different stores.

I came into the store and was ignored by the CS on the floor. A woman came in, and he immediately asked her if he could help, even though I had been right there. He went out to help the woman, and I was then helped by the CSM, who was a lot more attentive and helpful.

David was extremely helpful and kind. I came in to by my battery checked and turned out that it was bad. He patiently helped me get it replaced and had great customer service skills. Thank you so much for your help!

David F is the best!!! I will definitely be back to this location because of his customer service. By far the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. David F went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!! Josh L was the man behind the scenes and they were both amazing!!

The customer service was Top Notch! the two gentlemen that were working there helped me beyond the Call of Duty and I really appreciated all of their advice and extra help. I also really appreciated the fact that they didn't ever talk down to me or make me feel like an idiot for not knowing cars

Inventory is very slim. Went in for some headlights. And the shelves were bare. Asked the employee if they were expecting inventory or if they had some in back he said nope what's there is there and that's it .

Jeff was excellent. I bought a new lawnmower battery. He carried it out for me and was such a gentleman.Now he's leaving to move to Florida. That store needed someone with leadership like Jeff. Utah's loss.

Good store. Many car things. Friendly and helpful staff, who seams to no what they saying about cars. I Go hear all of the times. High price but reliable things, mostly the warranty. Most things i bought have life time, good warranty cause need to change off and on lots of times. 10/10 will go again... for life time breaking pads JAJAJA!!!

My car battery died on Monday, I went to Autozone and bought a new one! Dom offered to change out my car battery for me, but my pride told me I could do it on my own. After 30 minutes of struggling in the dark and having 0 experience of changing out a car battery, my friends and I decided we should just go back. We arrived a little before 9:30pm (30 minutes before closing). Dom was more than willing to change the battery for us. What we all thought would be maybe a 20 minute process turned into nearly an hour. I had pretty bad erosion on my battery which I take full responsibility. Dom had to grab his coworker/manager Connor to assist us. They were both very friendly and still happy to help us. Dom specifically made the whole situation a positive one. We all cracked jokes and were beyond thankful that he worked very hard to help us out. He said, and I quote, I m not going to let you leave here with a bad battery. With how late I came back, they could have easily turned us away and with everything that had happened they could ve sent us to a mechanic yet they were willing to stay past closing and help us out. I m truly grateful for that. They deserve raises and the most praise! I would recommend this location - Dom and Connor specifically to anyone who may need a helping hand. My new go-to autozone!

Tonight I had the same terrible experience that many others have wrote reviews about. I have be trying to fix my car so I can get into work tomorrow. I was in a pinch to get a part and saw that I had time to go to one nearby auto parts store before they closed as 10:00. I made the mistake of going to Auto Zone. I got to the store with 12 minutes to spare before listed closing hours I went to open the doors and they were locked. Inside stood at least two employees and what looked like a couple of their friends waving me off and not letting me in even though it was within store hours. At that point I had no time to go to an alternative store and now won't make it into work on time tomorrow to do my job because they Auto Zone employees didn't feel like doing theirs. I should have read the other reviews about this terrible store not keeping store hours so I could actually get the help I needed. Time to go to someone who actually cares about my business and try out the green and red store when I'm in a pinch next time. Based off my experience and the similar experience of many others, it looks like it's time for this store to find new management or find some new employees who will actually do their job. Very disappointed Auto Zone

Hard to go to a place where people don't know any simple questions about the products that they sell here. I don't have problems with half the locations. It was unfortunate that I wasted my time here, but there are others locations. I think people that I would served with in this location are just there to collect the check.

This morning I had issues with my battery. I went to auto zone to get it tested, and Brian helped me. Talk about customer service! Never in my life have I had customer service like that.Not only did he come and test my battery, but he was very knowledgeable, and helped me install the new one.I will be sending all my friends and family to this location, and always going to this location! He did an amazing job! He didn t belittle me because I m a female, going into a parts store. If anything he helped me understand how it all works!Brian thank you so much for all your help this morning! You re the best person I ve ever worked with at any chain of part repairs!!You deserve a raise and lunch!!

Came in to pick up online order jeff instantly started yelling at me that there not going to have all these parts in stock even tho it stated that they were in stock and stayed online ordering was messed up but ended up having everything in stock very unprofessional and kept yelling at other employees while in store very unprofessional in my opinion

I needed to get some glue to fix a side mirror that fell off. The cashier was helpful in finding the right glue. I did need a wipe to help clean the mirror and expected the cashier to provide me a wipe, but instead they had me buy an overpriced container of wipes, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, great shopping experience.

I had to make a few separate trips here to fix a car problem and by the time I was done I had talked to a few of the employees. Every single one of them was super kind, helpful, and personable. They talked with me about what was going on with my car, helped me diagnose my problem, and find the parts I needed at the best price. Would 100% recommend. Great staff. Car running great now, Thanks Yall!
