I purchased a battery for my car about 1 month ago.Everything worked just fine until very recently I went to pick up a cake for a Birthday party.I went to start my car and it was completely dead. I was able to get the car next to me to try to give me a jump start but nothing worked, battery was dead. Ifigured it must be something with the connection. I called Advanced Auto parts and spoke with the manager Rico, I explained what was happening and that I was stuck from what I thought was a battery that was perhaps installed incorrectly. Rico was so kind and such a lifesaver to drive out to the location where I was. It turned out that one of the cables was very rusted and no longer contacting the battery properly. Rico cleaned the rust off and my car started perfectly. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the absolutely wonderful help and service I received. I know it's not their job to come out to a location but Rico did that and he truly saved my day. I will always come back to this location and refer my family and friends if they need a battery or parts. Thanks again Rico!!!

I really enjoy this store and the people. I just rolled up at 855 and they were closed says they close at 9. Guess someone else gets my money now.

So, its 7:39 pm and the stores not open? No signs on the door except for masks. So, not sure if it's a staffing issue. But third time coming here an always closed.

Awesome store! Mike completely helped me out because the online order I received was incorrect. He was calm and professional. He ordered our parts and apologized for the inconvenience the website created for us. Dean is awesome as well. Go here if you need help! These guys rock!Update:The staff before was amazing and easy to work with. The new staff is deplorable people. No one wants to help you and they create more problems than helping find solutions. Don't shop here.

My son was transported from STG to Primary s and on my way to meet him, my washer fluid tube quit working. I stopped here and Louis didn t know my situation, but was quick to help. He didn t have the part in stock, so he grabbed a piece of hose, fixed my tubing, made sure it worked and wouldn t take any money. From a mom in crisis mode this meant so much! I will go back to Advanced Auto!!!

Mike is awesome. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received at an auto parts store. I will definitely be back cause of Mike. Give that man a raise!

Scott over at Advance auto parts is a rock star! I'm a frequent customer over there and I'm always buying and returning parts because as a DIYer I am learning everything through trial and error. Scott is always accommodating and understanding to my errors. He goes above and beyond to get me the part I need even if he doesn't carry it in his store. I appreciate that man so much, he is a gem in the DIY world.

Good old advance auto parts. I love to find out what these guys who work at these stores know about fixing my cars. Sometimes they help a lot sometimes they just give you a little direction. The parts are ok price. But sometimes doing work yourself on a car save you a ton of money although it can be frustrating figuring it out

Wonderful helpful staff I've never left the store unsatisfied They did everything in their power to make sure I was happy before I left I would highly recommend this location And their prices are great

Fast and friendly, the past I got wasn't going to work for what I needed to do. Went back and with no problems I returned the itemsi had purchased. With a receipt of course.
