Julian, Jimmy and one other pleasant gentlemen were Great! Traveling from CA to NY check engine light flashing F150 towing trailer shaking... Diagnostic, spark plugs and a new coil. A few hrs later... a little more than I thought it would be, back on the road and running smooth!! Thank you Carillo Brother's mechanicsps little diner across the road, warm and good eats.

Didn't actually need their services, but I really appreciate the promptness and sense of immediacy when I thought I had a bigger problem than I really did, which I was able to fix on my own after getting in touch with my mechanic back home. Their repair shop doesn't open til 9am fyi, but I could tell customer service is top priority with this shop. One of their mechanics was waiting for me right when they opened. Good stuff ~

I give a 4 star because I was not told about a FIFTY dollar processing fee if I paid with card this is something that NEEDS to be addressed from the bat because it was an unexpected charge when already paying 2,000$ to get my radiator and my engine cooling fan and front breaks done. (On top of drive 8hrs out of town I could have brought cash) A little pricey other than that I really appreciate Julian s help I was visiting from another state so I had to leave my car while it was getting fixed. I drove my car to SLC and it was making a terrible sound and they sent a guy to SLC to fix it turns out it was an easy fix. To me that is great costumer service to send a guy to make sure it was completely fixed. Then the next day Azeneth from the office made sure everything was okay. Azeneth also took me and my mom to the hotel we were staying at in her personal car cause we had no way there so again that was amazing service and we do appreciate that.

The Carrillo Brothers and family are true heros! Our car got broken on a side road and they patiently and graceful took their truck on the tiny road to get us all back to their garage even after they were technically closed on the 26th of December. After they understood we were on a rush to get east coast they literally went the extra mile to find our car parts in a timely manner and worked after hours on our car. Everyone was very nice. Plus while you wait for your car be sure to cross the street and have a bite at their family owned restaurant. The same kindness and hospitality will be waiting for you there. I will always remember them and they ll all have a special place in my heart!

Friendly and on time!! Actually showd up early!! I scheduled an 8:30am tire change at Wendover truck parking and he was here early and got right to work!! Totally recommend these guys! I called the night before and they answered right away! This is how customer service should be!

2 hours into our 12 hour move with our Budget rental Truck, we stopped in Wendover for gas. The passenger rear tire was FLAT- two nails in sidewall. Only a mile away Omar & his team came to our rescue. Unusual tire size- not a problem. Late afternoon on a Friday-not a problem. On the road again with a new tire in under an hour!Very kind service and extremely professional and courteous.Service: Tires

Van broke down in the Salt Flats. AAA driver knew these guys would be open late. They swapped a motor in less than a week and found a solid remanufactured. They also pointed out a few important or critical fixes that the last 2 mechanics had missed. Their rate was fair, especially for being out in Wendover where they could probably price gouge if they wanted to. Julian and Andy, Thank you!That was the beginning of April. Going on 6 months and several road trips, and two cross country moves with a full load, and it's running really well. Regular oil changes and I think this think will go another 200k.

Great guys helped me out last min with a code issue and set my mind at ease for the next leg of my trip. I needed a part they didn't have (eventually) and he showed me where it was and what I needed after he found the code. Definitely recommend they work on both types of engines and rvs especially if you have the part. If not usually they can get a part from reno or salt lake in a day or 2 or even overnight in a pinch... stop here if you need a good honest mechanic these guys rock..

Had our water pump fail and called late at night, phone was immediately answered. Owner was so kind and promised to repair for us next day. Parts were far away but he organized getting them and ended finding other safety issues which were fixed also. Fair pricing. Excellent service. Worked until 11 pm to get it done on a holiday weekend. These are good people. Highly recommend this business. We were stranded on a 2500 mile move across country with lots of pets. They saved the day. CALL THEM!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were driving from Reno NV heading towards home in Michigan pulling our 45ft fifth wheel. Heading up the mountains our turbo hose blew giving us no power to our turbo. The next stop was this little town and thankfully the Carrillo brothers shop. They immediately figured out our issue and were able to get a part brought in from Salt Lake City. We were out of there within just a few hours which we are thankful for because we had a long trip ahead of us and didn t want to stop there overnight. They even stayed after hours to get the part on and get us on our way. The price was also very affordable and they knew exactly what they were doing. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone passing though or in the area. Weds, our CV axle went out on us 30 miles east of Wendover an hr and half into our road trip to California. I tried to get a service call into our roadside assistance... for 45 mins, we waited, I canceled the rsa and called Carrillo Bro's!They came and got us. My bro in law picked up the part we needed for my car in SLC, brought us my wife's car, and we continued on our trip.We picked up my car Sunday on our way back home.

This guys amazingly did a fantastic job! We got stuck in I80 Salt Flat, they towed my car and immediately brought and checked it in their shop. They were able to get a fuel pump right away and had it fix. Huge thanks to Omar, Julian and Jimmy! They are the ones who stayed until late at night just to make sure that me and my son will make a safe drive to California. Thank you guys!

So grateful for this place. I had a tire pop while visiting Wendover and these guys replaced it and had it on my car so quickly I couldn't believe it. Quick work, fair price, highly recommended.

I went off road riding with my Jeep. I got something in my tire and lost air pressure. So I tried to change to my spare and it was flat. Poor patch from another shop in Kentucky. I got there right at closing time. The guys where super nice and agreed to fix both my flat and my spare. Top notch service. Friendly and fast. Not to mention affordable. Definitely recommend them.Service: Tires

I think Julian did the best he could and took a lot of heat from me because it took over 4 hours to arrive for a Jumpstart?! OR at least we thought it was. His diligence and perseverance to trouble shoot what was really going on was admirable but alas we still ended up towing it to freightliner. For Julian I give the stars. For the person that was actually supposed to show up in the first 45 min.... no love for that guy...

I broke down in the desert and these guys were extremely helpful getting my roadtrip back on track. They towed my back to the shop and within a few days had a new transmission installed. Omar and Julian worked nearly around the clock and got everything running smoothly now! Our 3axl trailer had one blown-out tire on I-80, and we noticed that another tire on the opposite side was also about to blow. Unfortunately, we don't have any spare tires left. We looked up a nearby tire shop, luckily they have tires in stock and they're open 24 hours. Julian was a nice guy who helped us replace the tire and also checked the other tires for us with a decent price. It's just painful when one of your tires blows out in the middle of nowhere.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this little shop in West Wendover, NV. On a work trip out in the field, I got a flat tire on our fully suspended F350. We had no jack, no patch kit, no nothing. Luckily, two adventurers helped us patch our truck enough to get to this shop (which they recommended). Omar was extremely nice to us and even aided us in replacing the tire with our spare and offered to to patch the flat. All the employees were beyond helpful and courtesy to us after a failure of a morning. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone passing the area or who live in West Wendover near Utah.Service: Auto tire replacement

Did ok on my rear leaf replacement. Have to schedule with them a couple times but the price is reasonable.Had them change out the clutch in my newer truck. They really went above and beyond on that, staying late into the night to ensure it was done right and not leaving me stranded.

Carrillo Brothers Saved Me! Driving west across country to CA.. Low tire pressure discovered in one tire right before the big push across no mans land up the mountins west. Carrillo took me straight away. Found a nail in the tire. Fixed it in a jiffy at very reasonable cost. FIVE STARS!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Traveling to our new home with everything we own in tow, my diesel truck broke down in middle of the night, water pump was destroyed. I did a Google search for a mechanic, read about these guys. Carillo Brother's agreed to fix it first thing in the morning, even though they were slammed busy, they are good people. These guys are the best. They saved the day. The price was very fair and the were all very nice. They did excellent work and I am 100% satisfied. Truck is still running strong, finished the trip no problems. I can't thank them enough and I will always recommend them forever. If I ever break down again I pray it's just close enough to get towed to them.

I got a flat tire on the outside of wendover literally not even five minutes from their shop. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told it was a $75 call out fee. After waiting over an hour I called to see when the service tech would be arriving. I was told the service tech came out already and that they didn t see me. So once the tech arrived I was not only charged for the one call out fee, I was charged twice because they couldn t find me although I gave specific instructions on where I was located. Took them five minutes to swap my tire with my spare because my lug wrench was the wrong size. Needless to say, they made out like bandits with $145 for a ten minute swap. I will NEVER use this company again.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Never written a review but doing so now because I cannot thank these guys enough. Check battery light came on and I was able to pull into this shop Saturday around 5:30 before they closed at 6:00. Car diagnosed as needing a new alternator (also recommended I get my belts replaced) and it was iffy if I'd make it to SLC. Dude calls his buddy in from SLC to deliver the parts needed same day, and they finished the repair around 4 hours after closing to get me back on the road. Far and beyond the expected level of service!

I'm from way out of town. Passing through on an overnight and needed an oil change and antifreeze was overdue. I found this place, and based on the Google reviews, I figured they had to be decent. I called a few hours before arrival to make sure they had time and parts for my vehicle. These guys got me right in and back out in a couple of hours. Even though they were slammed with vehicles. I saw them finishing up at least 10 earlier jobs while I was waiting. They were exactly the price I expected (a little bit cheaper than my home shop actually). It doesn't have a big flashy sign (actually I struggled to find the sign), or a brand new waiting room, but these guys are fixing cars fast. They were very nice to me and gave me bottled water and turned on the air conditioner in the waiting room for me. What caught my attention was a local police car and railroad truck was in there for service and if they have those guys business, they are likely to be a good quality shop. Thanks for your help today!

This is by far the most honest guy. Straight forward and fair. This from a shop in Wendover Nevada. He fixed me up when I had a blowout. Knew I wasn't out of towner and honestly I was waiting to get screwed. Not this dude. Can't say enough about how he runs his place. Yeah it's a little grungy but that's where hard-working dudes come from. I didn't get a chance to thank him so, I'll thank him this way. If you ever have any problems out in wendover stop and see this guy. I wish he were in salt lake! We need some honest reasonably priced mechanics out here! Thank you Carrillo!
