Got a flat tire just down the street from the shop. Lance told us it would be 30 minutes. We sat down and they got us out in less than 15 minutes. They were so quick our frozen groceries didn t even thaw. Very grateful that they were honest with us and got us out quickly.

I went in for an alignment. I was told it would be about an hour. It was a little less than that. I talked with Linda the whole time I was there. Lovely lady. Really made the time pass quickly. Service was fine quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to up-sell me anything. Which I greatly appreciate. Thank you!

I don't normally leave a rating or comment but I am impressed. Came in explaining my 99 problems and Tristan diagnosed it and charged me for 1 issue causing all my stress. This is an honest shop. Wish I could click 0 stars so they aren't busy the next time I need them yet have them stay in buisness with a 5 star reputation. Much appreciation.

Fantastic service! Got up this morning to a flat tire. I called Washington service and repair to see if they could get me in. They were very busy, but still managed to get me fixed and back on the road. Very courteous, professional. Absolutely recommend them for your vehicle needs.Service: TiresService: Tires

The owner of this shop needs an anger management class. He started to yell at my wife for no reason and began yelling at her get out . He is clearly unhinged and needs to learn how to treat people better. Unless you want the chance of this guy flipping out on you, choose a different auto shop. I d give this place zero stars if I could.

Just wonderful!! All staff really great people..shout out to Caleb my Prince!And note to ladies..it's SPOTLESS in the waiting area AND the restrooms!They are my fixit people now and forever.

Took my car for an alignment, and to find the vibration in my rear end. They did everything they could and checked all my running gear. Went to pay and they said not to worry about it! We cannot say enough about Washington Service & Repair! We just were in town for our sons soccer tournament and woke up to our tire almost completely flat. All the other big name shops had 3-4 hour waits and Washington Service & Repair was so kind to take care of us and had us in and out in 30 minutes. We were in from out of town and had truck issues. 4-5 other people said they couldn t get the part we needed for 4 days to a month. Caleb got it for us and got it fixed the next day. Super grateful for these guys!!

This is a great honest business that you can trust. I had an issue with my mini van and even though they were extremely busy, they fit me in. It turns that nothing was wrong. Not only did they take time to check and explain, but were honest enough to let me know that the van was not in need of any repairs. They put my mind at ease and made my family and I feel like we were as important as any of their other customers. They turned a stressful situation into a a great day for us. The receptionist was as sweet as can be with us also. It is so nice to know there are still good people like this out there. Thanks again!

They were super nice and only did the work I asked for. They never pressured me into getting extra work done, in fact, they never even brought it up, which is a nice change compared to other car services in the area. I was told my car would be done by Monday but it wasn't ready until the following Wednesday. The part they were waiting for took longer to arrive, which is totally understandable. Because of the wait, I paid $200 less than what I was quoted. This is an honest company that I would recommend to anyone in the area. They did a great job! My car runs great with no problems. I am very happy with the service

They are so honest and respectful. Instead of just taking money that I was willing to pay to have my car fixed, they suggested me to check my warranty, check for recalls. They easily could have just not said anything and got my business, but they were genuine and sincere about helping. They re not in it to scam people. I recommend going to these guys, they re very kind too.

Washington Service & Repair is the finest shop in the county. I've had multiple repairs done on a variety of cars. One example of the way they do business...I brought in my truck with a dead battery. They cleaned the terminals and battery before just putting in a new battery, for free, and it kept me from needing a battery for a year. They never replace or fix something unless they need to. Always friendly and helpful.

Very nice helpfulll! Fixed our brakes on very short notice and did great job without screwing us over and adding stuff we didn't need. Thank you so much! Traveling thru and got lucky! Good honest people are rare!

Lance the mechanic was great and a genuinely good human being. I pulled in with an overheating RV. He made the time to ( and this is important) listen to what I had to say without interruption. He then came out, looked everything over and laid under the rv with a test instrument. Correctly diagnosed the problem as being a worn out radiator cap. I offered him a $5 tip to buy him coffee and donuts to start the day. He politely declined and wouldn't take a dime. I drove on about 130 miles to Las Vegas without problem. Lance made my day. I have had several vehicles worked on by Lance and James and have always been treated great! If you are looking for a shop that works on what you want and doesn't try to do unneeded repairs this is the place to go. They give great service and the prices are great! I highly recommend them!

Lance Wright has done great work on my very old, but loved cars for years. He has accommodated my family when they are in town on holidays and a car breaks down. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. He has done a great job in taking over the business. I just met his son who is now working with him last week when he fit my daughter's car in their busy schedule when she was home from college. Honest and affordable. No relation...just wanted to let others know they work very hard to take care of their customers.

You know those places that you hear about that damage a part of the car or don't tell you about something wrong so you have to come back? Yeah, that's exactly what Washington Service and Repair is.I had a job done, a relatively long job, total AC replacement. They changed what they were going to do halfway through the job, and then didn't tell me about it until they had put the cat back together! They assured me that it would work just as well. And the parts I bought that didn't get used for the job? Well they "mysteriously" disappeared. "You don't really need them, and it's a lot more work," they assured me, while charging the full estimate price. They ASSURED me, that my AC would run perfectly without those parts.A month later, and the AC never worked correctly. I have them look at it, as they replaced the system, and what's this? Oh the part that they "misplaced" is the part that's needed, which will now be a very costly repair, essentially doubling the total cost.If you don't mind wasting time and money, then sure, come here. They'll make all the decisions regarding the vehicle themselves, and do absolutely nothing to make it right when they mess up.

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Prices and timing are very reasonable. But the service is amazing! The mechanics not only know what they are doing but will take the time to explain the problem and your options. They have serviced and repaired my vehicles for over 10 years.

We highly recommend this excellent repair shop. We managed to destroy our 2004 Jeep by overheating the engine, as we drove to southern Utah. We barely made it to Washington City, and found this business. Mechanic James Wright competently and politely examined our car and determined the engine was fried. We saw the evidence as he removed burned spark plugs and fuel injectors. James sympathized with our predicament: stuck on vacation with no towing vehicle and no reservations in town, so he helped us find a place to camp. James and his mechanic father Lance were kind, helpful, honest and highly skilled. We give this shop a BEST rating. We really like these guys.

My 2013 Ford F-350 Diesel developed a scary "death wobble" (google it) at highway speeds. Very scary! Another place in town charged me and "fixed it" but didn't. Good Ol' Boys got it, fixed it, and even took the tires off and cleaned off mud on the wheels so they would balance better. They did it quickly and at a very reasonable price.Now the truck rides and drives like it should, with 1 finger smooth as a whistle at the higher end of highway speeds.Their service was quick and their attitudes helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Lance went out of his way to be accommodating. I went for an oil change on my E450 Motorhome. Just before he started asked if he could also change the Transmission Fluid.He did both in spite of being obviously quite busy with other repairs.Professional, unflappable, & efficient.
