Came in for services. Alex which I think is team lead stood there and stared at me. Didn t greet me at all. So I greeted him. He had a horrible attitude and did not want to help me. He checked inventory for me and it stated availability unknown which he claimed meant he didn t have any and didn t go check. I asked if another Walmart carried it and he said you re going to have to call them and check I can t do that for you. He should not be a team lead. Horrible management in the auto center. Every time I go in Alex is just walking around not even working. Definitely will not be back.

Don t go to this tire center! What a waste of time, I went in for a flat tire repair. They claimed it was my valve stem and repaired it. However, they ruined my tire and I had to get it replaced because the valve wouldn t read for tire pressure, it kept reading all over the place. Also we couldn t even fill up the tire with air cause the valve didn t work. I ended up going to discount tire to get it fixed correctly. Even when I left the low tire pressure was still on. Why didn t they pay attention to that when they started the car to move it. A complete jokeService: Tires

Came in for tire repair, had a nail. Arrived at four forty five and was told it would take a half hour to forty five minutes. Took a half hour to get the vehicle pulled in. Watched the guys vape out back for at least twenty minutes after they pulled it in. We finally left at six thirty. Total in the shop time was an hour for one tire plug. They also did not rebalance our tire. When a plug or patch is applied it changes the mass of the tire in the area of repair therefore should be rebalanced whether the tire was mounted in the same location or not.Service: Tires

I bought tires online on the app and also set an appointment for them to put on the tires. My options for an installing appointment went up til 7pm. I chose the 5pm slot. I got an email and text confirmation of my appointment. I showed up at 4:50 and when I went in was told they close at 5 and everyone was going home. I was told they always close at 5. So I got off work early and drove 30 minutes for a confirmed appointment that was never going to happen. Very disappointing.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

I purchased tires on the Walmart app and scheduled an appointment to have them installed before an upcoming road trip. At my appt, they couldn't find the tires and didn't know when they would arrive, forcing me to spend another $150 on in-stock tires so we could start travel the next day.

I went in and had them check my brake lights Because they were not working and I had checked the fuses. I should have checked the lights themselves but I didn't and that ended up being the problem. The reason I am writing this and giving them 5 stars is because of the mechanic diagnosed and replaced the bulbs But refused to charge me any labor just $6 for the bulbs. Nowadays you just don't see that and I left with a big smile on my face so thank you!!!Service: Brakes

If I could give negative stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. The estimated time of completion was 3 hours for 4 tires. That didn t happen. Left the car and returned the next day (over 24 hours later). When I pulled up I immediately noticed that they had put the WRONG tires on. They had put on some of the cheapest tires they had in the store.After telling them this, it then took almost 45 minutes to get a manager to come back and help get the problem resolved.I left the car again because I knew it would be hours, again, for them to get the correct tires installed.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst Walmart store and customer experience ever experienced in my life and I have been to a lot across the country. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will potentially destroy it. If it's a Sunday (or any day really) go to Costco!!!!!!!! It's better to wait a day and be late than take it to this shop. They totalled my car.Please read the other reviews prior to going they are 200% accurate. An improper oil change lead to an oil leak and finally engine knock on my car. It's similar to other posters as there is no quality control in place at this locationThe list of people you should avoid and make sure you get names of management:1. Brent - Auto group ManagerEvasive, rude, lying and inconsiderate2. Chris - Brents managerDoes nothing to hold the team accountable or institute any quality measures3. Stephanie - #1439 store managerLetting Chris and Brent do whatever they want to customers. There is no ownership, followup or accountability4. Trevor Cuff - Regional directorI was given his information by the NV regional team as they said the incident was bad enough to bring to his attention. Called multiple times over a week. No answer, no return.I was stuck as it was a Sunday and needed an oil change. This team did not put on an o-ring on my car with 30k miles and totalled it as a result. 4 weeks later still no car and none of the above people have returned a call when it became clear they were at fault.Do not take any cars here for any minor work. Please do not take any cars here for that matter, Walmart really needs to investigate this crew and review this location

The mechanics are good at their job but not good at customer service at all. I ordered some tires thinking they would be at this auto center but I accidentally ordered them to the Bloomington Walmart. I went in not knowing this and they didn t know either. I left my truck there for them to work on it and long story short, because they couldn t find them they cancelled my order without telling me. When I called and asked why they had cancelled my order one of the mechanics lied and said it was due to some lug nut issues when in reality he had no idea why it was cancelled. So I was lied to and they didn t call to let me know the order was cancelled.

I couldn t believe my visit today. I sat in my car for 20 minutes before I gave up and went inside to make someone talk to me. Then it took two hours to get it all done. With only one car in front of me. It was an oil change. After a while of walking around the store I went to the back to wait. There was another gentleman waiting there. I watched as the manager tried to scam him with bad tires. He brought in a tire to show him how bad it was. The gentleman knew his tires fortunately and it wasn t even the right brand. You could tell the manager was embarrassed for being caught. When it was done they hadn t reset things in my car and I still had to wait again for that. They were not friendly and had no clue what they were doing. The manager walked out before checking my car, which he said he would do. They had no change in the register and couldn t even get it open to help customers. I was shocked at how bad the whole thing was. It just kept getting worse. I would for sure not waste my time going there if I were you. I am a little nervous about what may have happened to my car after watching the guy get lied to.

My battery was dying after 2.5 years with a warranty on it for 3. I talked online with representatives and corporate chat and they said sorry NO essentially. I went here and showed em my online receipt for my purchase..got it done. Thanks fellow Americans

WAY understaffed and poorly run. I came first thing in the morning and pulled right up to the garage, 2nd car there. Signed up for an oil change and sat down to wait. As I waited I saw several folks come in and wait for 10 mins and then leave since nobody came to help them. After 1.5 hours I finally went outside and they never even pulled my car in. I went and asked for the keys, they told me they were sorry and that they d give me a free oil change if I d come back. My wife went the next afternoon, they said we re sorry about yesterday, we ll get you taken care of right now . Then she waited 2 hrs. There s a couple nice folks but they can t handle their business, take your business someplace else.

Worst service ive ever had with Walmart auto! We waited 2 hours and while waiting they took our car out from the shop and pulled it back around to put it behind another vehicle and did a service on that vehicle while we came first! Then gas lighted us and said they came first! But when we pulled up there was no other vehicles in front of us!

I needed a tire replaced that was fully covered by the warantee. First they told me it wasn't covered until I pushed back and a manager came out to say it was. Then they said it would take a few hours and didn't call when it was done. The worst thing though, was that they didn't put the spare tire back underneath the vehicle. They just threw it in the back on top my personal equipment. They didnt even put it in a tire bag so it got everything dirty.

They do a fine job but they really should change their hours. If you show up at 5:30pm they say they can't get your service done by closing time. Even if it's just an oil change. They act like youre in the wrong for showing up during their business hours, and they tell you to come back in the morning.Edit: Came back today and they got me right in! Thanks

I got my oil changed here not long ago now it's been about 2 months I started noticing a knock there was no oil in my car they must not have tightened it up right and now I have to buy more oil and there might be permanent damage to my vehicle I usually never take my car to these places but my oil plug was stuck. They seemed like a bunch of unskilled immigrants I don't mind them doing the work if they know how to do it but it's not the case this time

Coming from out of town, needed a quick oil change. Claimed my drain plug was threaded wrong, so I took it to the dealership and they almost replaced my oil pan before realizing the drain plug was fine. These guys can t even change oil

In the past they over tighten our tires which cause the mounting bolt to snap off when get our tires rotated, oil charges are over priced.

This walmart made a mistake when changing my tires that resulted in a flat two weeks later. When I came in to show them the tire they promptly noticed their mistake and corrected it that day. Very greatful!

Please update your information, this location is not open. They are doing construction around it and failed to responsibly make any updates such that I wasted my time coming all the way out here. Do better.

My lady took my Tahoe in for an oil change and they replaced my plug for the pan which before I had no issues with the oil pan she brought it home and found I had a major leak coming from the plug they put in I will never go to this place again very poor quality I could have done this better my self there seems to be a lack of care or quality at this placeService: Oil change

Worst service ever. Servic department never wants to work. Multiple time we ve taken our vehicles in and they claim they are too busy. Always giving us the run around with the road hazard. Def don t recommenced the Washington location.

My husband does a lot of traveling & so I'm often the one to take our vehicles in. This can be a recipe for being taken for & charged more than you should be but the staff at Walmart tire center at this location have always been very fair & taken care of me.

Do not come to the auto department, the employees took 2 hours to do a flat repair. This mechanic shop is a joke. Seriously don't come here. A flat repair takes about 30 minutes top
