We came through on vacation with our check engine light on and Rabbit squeezed us in, even going over closing time to diagnose. He gave us his honest opinion that we could probably drive on, and pros/cons to continuing. Even told us if we decided to stay and get it fixed, he was willing to shift around some workers to make sure his more experienced mechanics would work on it. This is the kind of mechanic who you can trust.

Good shop with quality techs. Not perfect, but they take care of their customers. I appreciate their service. I was in the auto business for 25 years, and I can tell you that this is a trustworthy shop. Rabbit is excellent to work with, and PJ is always at the helm with a smile and helping hand.Thanks guys

On the way from Provo to Searchlight Nevada I lost my transmission near Washington city Utah a few weeks ago. I have a large oversize truck large tires and apparently the weakest link had been the transmission which was not a super duty. I did not know this.Since I don t know much about engines my father and rabbit who manages the store there at two annex in Washington city were together to figure out what was wrong with the truck and to make sure it was repaired correctly.After some of the most thorough testing I have ever seen, it was determined I did in fact need the super duty transmission.After the installation thorough inspection and calling an inspector out from Ford to make sure that everything was OK I received my wonderful truck two days ago.I couldn t be happier!!!We just got back to Searchlight, and my truck is very happy, and Ran better than ever.A BIG Thank you to Rabbit, Tunex, my father, and all the mechanics and staff.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

My 2011 chevy Malibu broke down by this place it was saying service traction control so I left it there and they they played around with my car and after a week they told me to come and get I paid 1100 dollars and I got in and got 2 miles away and it died again they never fixed the Abs system so I called them and told them and told them it broke down so they town it back to their shop and told me that the catalytic mufflers are bad so they replaced them and charged me $2,100 dollars and never fixed the Abs system what was really the problem and they are telling me that it needs a new engine which is not true this place is the biggest scam people don't take your vehicle to this place if you want it fixed right

There are a lot of repair shops in St George None of them even compair to the service and Hospitality at this Tunex location . Rabbit , PJ and their service personal are a cut above the rest.

I took in my vehicle beause I felt like my A/C wasn't as cold as it should be. The first day they had it he called and said the compressor was good but they found some leaks. The second day they had it he said they were Changing some parts for the A/C system and filling the freeon. The third day he called and told my husband it needed a new compressor(even though he said it was fine on day 1) and would call back with a price. When the other guy called near closing time he quoted us $1100. By this time I was not feeling very confident because of the run around they gave me. I decided to just come get it. So basically they had it 3 full days charged me $450 just to tell me it was going to be another $1100 more. I ended up taking it to Auto Air Conditioning Specialists in Washington who had it 3 days tested everything and found the compressor was working just fine! The guy there didn't even charge me because they do free estimates! So save yourself the time and money and take it to Auto A/C Specialists where they are honest, won't price gouge you! They treat you like a king and they do all repairs not just A/C! I'll never go to Tunex again!

First experience was good. That s why there is one star. So I went back several times with different problems on two vehiclesSadly my other experiences were not good. I got one vehicle repaired elsewhere at less cost and the guy found the problem quickly when rabbit told me I needed a new fan which I did not. A mouse had made a nest in the filterOn my other vehicle nothing was ever repaired. I fell victim to rabbits effusive personality ir would have never had more work done. I spent $1000 for two repairs on that vehicle for nothing. One thing he did was put in a used part without telling me that s what he was doing. It failed in three days. The other repair was a total disaster with them working on the wrong part causing more problems. Maybe he thought he would save me money I don t know. But it was obvious I need an oil pumpI should have made they review under another name because to be honest he really frightened me. I think others should know about my experiences

Always Great Service!The whole team at Tunex have been amazing. The take care of 3 vehicles for me. Both work and personal. They always go above and beyond to take care of my cars and trucks. Tried to price gouge me and gave a ridiculous quote after my car got towed in by AAA. Always get a second quote before getting work done and never go to this shop unless you want to waste your money.

Fair pricing. Fast friendly service. And WiFi.Discount Tire said I needed an alignment on my 4Runner. I called Tunex from Discount and they kept a bay open for me.They did the alignment. I mentioned I was taking it in a long trip and they did a thorough inspection and found and fixed several things that would have caused trouble thousands of miles from home.They were upfront with their proposal, great on pricing, and also very friendly.Recommended!

I met one of their technicians and what I will call probably the shop manager just in the last couple months. The guy is very genuine and honestly tries to help you in any facet that he can. Their knowledgeable and truly care about people I highly recommend them.Oh and BTW I left with my air conditioning dang near freezing me out! Rabbit replaced the front brakes and rotors for my wife s van. He told my wife that he put in high quality parts. The total was over $800. Just a few days later, the brakes squeaked louder than they had before he replaced them. When I called to talk to him about it, he essentially told me that there shouldn t be any reason why they are still squeaking and there wasn t much he could do. We finally found time to take the van to another shop in town and they told us the front brakes were cracked and not high quality. They replaced the front and back brakes for us for about the same price that we were charged for just the front brakes from Rabbit. I will never take any of my vehicles to him again.Service: Brakes

Rabbit and everyone there was amazing. Our truck broke down on Friday evening late. We had it towed and left it there until we heard back with a quote on Monday. They had it finished by Wednesday morning and it had a good amount of worj that needed to be done. Our whole front ball joint broke and it looked like the Axel was on the ground. There prices were incredibly reasonable and they did a phenomenal job with it. I am so pleased and would be happy to drive down from Cedar to take our vehicles there if we ever need work done again. I ended up here at Tunex in Washington due to unfortunate circumstances with my truck, and Rabbit and his crew were awesome. Very good, honest guys. My truck broke down and after he researched it he determined it was a part that was under factory warranty so instead of trying to get me to use him he called the factory franchise repair shop and pulled some strings to get my truck into the factory repair shop sooner than later, and then towed the truck over there the same day. I'll be back here anytime I can in the future. Really great operation.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These are very nice and ethical workers. I'm a young college student who knows nothing about cars. I gave Rabbit plenty of opportunities to take advantage of me. I basically said I don't know what I'm doing, so what do you think? Most people would use this as an opportunity to sell me as much as possible. Instead, Rabbit understood by situation and realized my car was not worth a lot of the repairs he could have pressured me into. I am extremely grateful for this.On top of that, last time I brought my car in it turned out there was an expensive piece broken. Rabbit happened to have a used one laying around and installed it for me. Now, he very very easily could have charged me for that piece and for the labor involved, but instead, he did not.Rabbit and his crew are fantastic and I don't think I will be taking my piece of work anywhere else. I will admit over the phone Rabbit doesn't sound too enthusiastic or like much of a nice guy, but once you meet him he's fantastic!

I was extremely impressed with Tunex! I have an Audi A4 and finding a shop that would actually work on it was almost impossible. Then I discovered Tunex. Not only did they work on European cars, they did a fantastic job doing so. Rabbit was honest and made everything easy. He explained everything that was wrong, called me in to look at what he was talking about, and gave me options on what to fix. He could ve easily told me i needed a new engine and charged me $8,000+ but instead he found a work around and was able to get my car fixed for an amazing price and only did what we discussed. It was a pleasure working with Rabbit and the team at Tunex and i will be taking all my vehicles there for service. Really cant find this level of professionalism for the price anywhere else. Extremely impressed!!

Rabbit and his team are very professional. My vehicle needed some new breaks and their shop is right next to where I work. I took my vehicle to them in the morning without an appointment and Rabbit didn't seem annoyed at all by that. Rabbit asked me if I could leave my vehicle at the shop and offered to give me a ride down the road to where I worked (I didn't take it, I need the exercise so I walked). In just a few hours they had squeezed me in, given me a quote, and had the work done. While explaining the repairs needed Rabbit was very up front about what needed to be done and how the problem could have happened. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very patient and very clear with every answer he gave me. Now the cost of work was very affordable. I was surprised at the amount I paid to have the work done. I am not going to say that it was cheap because in my experience in the car business (sold cars for 7 years) cheap is exactly what you get and the work either isn't done properly or isn't done with quality parts. Rabbit explained what parts they used and in doing my own research afterwards I knew it was a good product. Big thanks to Rabbit and the crew at Tunex Washington. Give them a shot for your car repair needs.

Rabbit did an incredible job of getting us back on the road when we had a breakdown mid trip. The shop is very knowledgeable with diesels and after diagnosing several issues, were able to install a new fan clutch and water pump in a timely manor. My car was leaking coolant and I had Tunex do a diagnostic on the engine. After a very thorough search of all engine related sensors, relays, etc., it was discovered that my cooling and engine fans both died. I was given a timetable to complete the work and the cost involved. I got the car when promised at a very good price. While tearing things apart, it was also discovered my radiator had a leak. That repair was also taken care within the three hours I was originally told. Rabbit is professional, friendly and delivers on what he quotes for work and time frames. It was a very positive experience and any future car trouble I will absolutely be back. I very highly recommend this shop. Rabbit is honest and straightforward and somehow he always manages to fit you into his schedule.

Fantastic customer service with great prices. Rabbit and team repairs all 4 of my older vehicles. Transmission was replaced on my Nissan Frontier and running better than ever. On our Cadillac we have a ongoing troublesome electrical issue that the team patiently traced and fixed at an affordable price. Having older vehicles we rely on a repair team that has competent, reliable, and affordable mechanics to work on these vehicles. My family appreciates the work Rabbit and the Tunex crew of Washington Utah completes for us. Thank you!

My wife and I were in St.George to watch my son play high school baseball. On our way from northern Utah our Chevy Tahoe started running rough and the check engine light came on. Not knowing where to go, I thought of the Tunex jingle that they keep you running smooth and that is what I needed. I saw they had excellent reviews so we headed over there.Rabbit and his technicians were very personable and I could tell worked excellent together to provide the best service. Rabbit even let my wife and I take his personal vehicle so we wouldn't miss our sons baseball games.Our Tahoe has been running great ever sense we had it worked on at Tunex. We are very glad their are people like Rabbit and his team around to help people in need like we were.

Do not go to tunex, Rabbit the owner is a joke. Please ask around nobody will tell you to go to Tunex of Washington they will all recommend somewhere else I advise you to get a second opinion before taking anything to tunex. They will give you a quote then fix it and raise the price, they take forever to fix your car and get it back. They will try and take advantage of you. Go anywhere else but here. Seriously ask around before you even consider this place

Rabbit and the rest of the crew are always so nice and so accommodating. I've gone there a few times for different repairs and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I've been other places and I know they've taken advantage of the fact I am a woman and tried to over charge me. Not at Tunex, they are upfront and honest in all the times I've been there.Service: Electrical repair

We broke down on our way through St. George due to a brake issue caused by a Brakes Plus in Colorado. The car was undriveable in the condition it was in and so we were forced to leave it at the nearest repair shop (which happened to be Tunex of Washington).Boy am I glad this is the shop we stumbled upon! Rabbit was incredible to us and helped us in every way possible. Not only did he take pictures and verify that it was indeed the fault of the Brakes Plus, he made contact with them and arranged for them to pay for the bill which was a big relief considering how stressful this whole situation was.To top it off, he went out of his way to arrange for us to pick the car up on the following Saturday (when they were closed). And he even gave us a call the following week to make sure we arrived home safely. I can't begin to thank this shop enough and highly recommend it to anyone looking for honest and exceptional service in the St. George area. Thank you guys again!!

Excellent! Can t say enough!! My daughter dropped off her car for an oil change on her way to work. Tunex is in an adjoining parking lot. She asked them to just lock the keys in the car when they were done and she would walk over with her spare and pick it up after her shift at 1030pm. When the car was done they drove it over to her work and parked it for her so she wouldn t have to walk in the dark by herself to pick it up!! Not only that, they said if she was too busy on her shift to take a break to pay for it (she is a bartender) she could pay for it the next day. What a great way to support local employees in neighboring businesses. What great customer service to be mindful of the safety of a customer! ABOVE and BEYOND. Thanks from a grateful mom.

Tunex was extremely helpful in tracking down a part for my vehicle. The customer service was excellent as they confirmed my initial diagnosis and repaired the issue quickly as possible with quality execution as my vehicle is running smoothly now. My hybrid is now happily on the road thanks to Tunex!

I had some issues with with my car across the street and Rabbit offered to help immediately. He was about to haul it over without charge and check it out for a reasonable price. Then, all of a sudden, he identitified the problem, told me to walk over and test his solution, and it started smoothly! No charge, no tow, no problem. Honest and up front. Definitely going back

AMAZING customer service and car shop. Our 1985 van is old & difficult for many car shops to service. Rabbit & Tunex has helped us when our van has broken down multiple times and they know we aren t rich so they have tried their best to keep things on the cheap side for us! As 2 females we were worried about being screwed over but they have taken such good care of us here. They have serviced so many things for us at this point. One of the only car shops qualified to work on old vehicles for sure
