Evan, Sonny and Harry: Another positive experience with Pro Auto Care. Had interior footwell lights installed from the manufacturer on my 22 Mazda Miata RF Grand Touring on 23 Jan 24. Also, had oil and filter change. In and out in less than 2 hours. These guys are perfectionists and enjoyed the coffee too. ThanksEvan and Harry are the only mechanics I trust. They re honest. Brought in my SUV because I kept smelling coolant, they checked it and only found it was low. Filled it and sent me on the way, no charge. Wow.

My husband told me about this place. When I called I knew I made the right choice! They are extremely friendly and helpful! They genuinely cared about me as a customer. Harry was so nice and didn't judge when I didn't know certain things about the vehicle I also brought my kids in and they had a coloring books, books, and toys to play with while we waited :-) I seriously can't stress how awesome this business is! I wish I could tell everyone about it!

I m a college kid so making an appointment was a little hard with my odd class schedule, but they worked around my schedule and were able to see me. I was super nervous to go to an auto shop all by myself, but after walking in the employees were sweet and really understanding of my situation. They were super chatty and were hilarious. They normally look at Toyotas but they made an exception for my Volkswagen and looked at it for no charge at all.I usually go to autoshops expecting for them to want to sell me everything and tell me that my car is in worse condition than it is. That s just what I am used to. But these guys are completely different. They are honest and hardworking and I appreciate that they do business that way.I will always be grateful for them helping me out and I figured a review is the least I can do. (And believe me, I never do reviews.)

This place is a gem. Although I had never heard of it, I needed car care and this was within walking distance of my home. I was worried that because I was out of options that they would take advantage of me, but they didn't. They are honest, open, and very caring. They are good with kids, and even had a Honda specialist. Which was amazing. They take such good care of my car that I never am worried about driving. They give you a heads up if they see something heading south, and tell you what to watch out for if you can't take care of it yet. Beat place. Worth the drive.

We are out of towners and our ac went out. We were recommended to come here by a friend and are so glad we did.They gave us a diagnosis and even showed us the issue in person. The repairs were worth more than our car unfortunately (our car s an old thing).Anyway, they were so kind and patient and didn t end up charging us for the diagnosis.Last thing worth mentioning is that I have a little girl and the waiting room had coloring/reading books and toy cars which I have never seen at an automobile place.Best automotive repair place out there.Service: Air conditioning

My kid was travel in Utah and while on his way home to LA he experienced car troubles. Pro Auto Care was the second shop he ended up at in a matter of a few hours. I m extremely grateful that Pro Auto was able to get my kid back safely on the road, but the did it quickly, with integrity and honesty. Thank you Pro Auto!

I am so happy that I found Pro Auto Care today. I took my Honda in today, randomly found them on Google, and their customer service was excellent. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done, my wait time was minimal, and pricing was great. Friendly staff, they offered coffee and water while I waited. I will definitely go back to Pro Auto Care. The tech even adjusted my car radio clock without me having to ask. That was driving me nuts. I highly recommend them!!!!

We were treated amazing by Harry and Sunny. I was with my daughter, just in town for the day and our car broke down. Not knowing anything about cars we went to 4 places, being told different things at each place. One Auto shop wanted to charge us $1700, which I didn t have so we left. We were recommended to Pro Auto Care so we gave it one more shot. These two gentlemen took the time to ask about the problems, diagnosed what was wrong and and fixed my car for the price of just the parts! I was not expecting that all. To have them be so kind after the day we had and to be so honest. I will forever recommend this shop and recommend Harry and Sunny. They are honest, trustworthy and kind. Thank you for your help and thank you for being so kind.

I came through a few months ago with my MR2 through for a safety inspection. The guy there was super helpful and got me all the paperwork I needed for a registration even though he was suppose to be closed

The guys at Pro Auto Care are hands down, the most knowledgeable, honest, no nonsense mechanics I have dealt with. Sonny and Evan are awesome to work with. They went above and beyond my expectations. 3 star's because I have not had work done with them. They may be great and probably are, but they need to advertise that they really only work on Foreign products. Took my 2013 Chevrolet Cruz in to see if they could replace factory transmission lines and he said they really didn't work on American carsWould not have wasted his or my time if there website said that.

I will only be taking my car to Pro Auto from now on! My car broke down and wouldn t drive past 20mph. We took it to 5 other mechanic shops before and they either couldn t find the problem and/or were over charging like crazy! After almost 8+ hours of sitting in other mechanic shops we took it to pro auto after doing some research. They got us in ASAP and not only found the problem but also fixed it in 30 minutes. They only charged us for the part that needed to be fixed. They were kind and honest which is hard to find these days! If you re having problems with your car please consider coming here and ask for Sonny & Harry!!I don t usually write reviews ever but I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their service!Service: Auto maintenance

Being semi new to the area, I didn t have a mechanic. I found these guys on yelp. I gave them a call, and they got my Toyota Sequoia in within an hour. I was super impressed with Larry and Sonny and their kindness, expertise, transparency, and generosity. They were extremely communicative and very easy and fun to work with. I will definitely be going back there in the future! I highly recommend Pro Auto Care to anyone!

These guys are amazing. I was on the road for spring break when my fuel pump went out. I was there Monday morning at 8:00, they were able to get the parts in and have it fixed by 3:00. There was a secondary issue, and I had to take it back the next day and his first words were "I will make this a priority". We had it back in a couple of hours and were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Harry and Sonny were very helpful and very welcoming. I have worked in 4x4 fabrication shops in the past and I don t trust many shops but these guys are legit. They are all Toyota heads and were able to give me a second opinion which was better than I expected in the end. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone.

Always stellar service and customer friendly. On May 16 took my Yaris there for an oil change and to address a problem with the brakes. Oil change and services done promptly. Evan just adjusted the rear brakes and fixed the issue. While there a customer called with a Saturn question. Harry took the call and offered some help though he made clear Toyota etc were the speciality. Finaaly another customer came in suspecting a problem from an oil change done by another service. Evan promptly went out to see what the problem was . Just a great shop.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I was driving from san diego to Zion NP with my 11 year old boy when my AC started acting up. I am so glad we chose this spot. We waited in their cool AC, they offered us water, and even let me put my camping groceries in their fridge so they wouldn't go bad while we waited. The guy brought me back to show me what was going on, explained everything so well to me (no auto shops ever do that), and even said he didn't want to sell me the piece because he thought it was just the extreme heat causing the issue. They didn't even charge me for their time. He ended up being correct... once we were out of the heat & no longer driving in the thick of the heat wave, my AC was perfectly fine. Most car shops would have taken advantage of the fact that i'm an out of towner & a woman- but they were so honest and kind. SO grateful for these guys. I wish they could be my local mechanics.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife, our dog Cody and I were recently on a trip down in St. George when we started to have some problems with our Toyota 4 runner. As you can imagine being on the road and having problems far from home is not good. We found Pro Care on the web, and went over to talk to them. We were greeted by Harry and Sonny when we went in and after talking with them for a few minutes I realized we were going to be in good hands. Turns out the whole crew, drives Toyota trucks. We dropped of the car that afternoon and Evan had a new starter back in the next day and we good to go...Thanks guys and great job taking care of us!Rob and DianaService: Engine repair

These guys are awesome! I had taken my car a few places to get a quote and these guys were my favorite place by far! As a women I always get nervous taking my car in myself but I felt 100% confident that these guys would honestly help me and they did. As long as they are in business I ll be a customer!

I honestly am blown away at the incredible service we just received! We were passing through on our way to Mesquite and our Expedition lost power twice! We looked up the closest place to where we were with good reviews. These guys had 5 stars, for obvious reasons! We pulled in (we were towing our side by side as well-situation was unwell!) with our 3 young kids. We had been driving for 5 hours and Dave offered to have them come into the office and bug them while they fixed the car. It wasn t necessary though because Evan popped a new battery and terminals in and we were done in 20 minutes!! They stopped what they were doing to get us on the road before it got dark-the particular canyon we were driving through is extremely dangerous at night. (Dave warned us!). They were so fast and so kind! Dave was giving us all sorts of useful information and tips for things to do while we were in town. I m just so grateful for these guys and recommend them to EVERYBODY! Even if you just need an oil change, take your vehicle to these guys! They re real salt of the earth people. The world needs more people like them. Thank you so much guys!!Service: Battery

I had a wonderful experience here! My car didn t start for a couple of days so I took my car here, and they said it didn t need anything it just needed a battery recharge. They didn t charge me a single penny for recharging my car overnight! I was pleasantly surprised because a lot of other places could have easily come up something my car needed because I m a young lady, but they were very honest and kind. I highly recommend this place!

I ve been taking my car here for over a year since moving to St George. I have tried a couple other mechanics but these guys are the BEST!! They go above and beyond every single time I bring my car in. My car is old so it needs more visits to the shop. I just broke down the other day and had to get my car towed to their shop and they worked on my car right away and had her all fixed up in an hour! So thankful for honest, genuine mechanics!!

Pro Auto Care is the only shop in town, and for that matter, the whole Southwest that I trust and take my car to for service and repairs. NOBODY else in this town can beat their honesty, quality of work and price...NOBODY.
