I just want to say thank you to all the guys at Pierce Performance for everything they have done on my truck!I had a motor and transmission rebuild! They told me it would take about a month to get done it took just a little over but that was not their fault! So thanks again for what you have done!

Jayson did a fantastic job prepping and spraying my New f-150 with the Rhino bedliner. I couldn't expect anyone to have done a better job. Additionally, he and the rest of the staff were easy to work with. I totally recommend them .

I have had multiple vehicles serviced and repaired at Pierce Performance. They have always treated me fair. They have taken care of my work vehicles which I depend on daily. They do great work and are timely in getting the job done.Steve WoodDiamond Reef Pools

Definitely would not recommend. We trusted them for a very long time, paid them a LOT of money to fix our cars. They over-charged us for work that we didn't need. We took our car into them multiple times to get something looked at, and their mechanics made the problem worse. We were going on a long road trip, and we expressed that to them. We felt like something was still wrong. They assured us that our vehicle was safe and would make it. We didn't trust it, but we had taken it to this mechanic 3 times, and each time he reassured us that he would trust his family to road trip in this car. Sure enough, on the road trip, the car completely broke down. We took it to another mechanic, and he validated that we were correct. Pierce Performance OVER charged us for work that didn't need to be done, and left us with a car that didn't work properly. They never fixed the original problem we brought our car in for. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER.....We even tried contacting them to make this right and they ignored us. They did not reach back to us.

I took my 2017 Jeep in for an engine noise, manifold leak, and brakes. After we picked it up we noticed the brakes were spongy and would grind. Also a new under carriage clunking grind noise appeared after they worked on it. I took it back and they denied the noise and said that the brakes were fine? This issue continued and continued so we took it back again, and again they denied their bad workmanship. The engine noise was diagnosed as a bad AC system. The noise in the engine also continued. I was stressed because I had to drive this jeep 700 miles and it felt like it was going to fall apart. The manager assured me it'd be fine and its just noise and there's no worries. Well it broke down on us half way and left us stranded on the side of the road. I called them to see what the heck and they ignored all my calls. I took the jeep to another shop and they said the water pump was bad. They replaced the water pump and the engine noise i originally complained about disappeared. The mechanic I took it too said it looked like whoever worked on it didn't have a clue what they were doing. He said it seemed very unlikely to have a complete AC system fail with only 50k miles on the vehicle as well. I was a loyal customer to these guys and have spent thousands here. This bill was damn near 4k on my jeep and the only thing they fixed correctly was the manifold. Id avoid these guys at all cost. They proved their dishonestness and lack of ability to properly diagnose and fix vehicles.

Pierce has the best customer service in southern Utah. Being a Mercedes owner, I feel uncomfortable leaving my vehicle in any auto shop, EXCEPT for Pierce. These guys are the best. Don t even get me started on how impressive the detailing department is! All around BEST place to get any work you need done on your higher end vehicles!

Bought a truck from a guy that had the heads resurfaced here and put back on and they snapped 2 valve cover bolts and by the time it actually started leaking they said that they did the job so long ago that it couldn t have been their fault even tho the valve cover hasn t been touched since it was at this shop. Now I have to weld nuts to the broken bolts to get them out thanks guys

I had my 2019 Malibu 25 foot boat detailed and buffed by them and the finish was perfect. I d highly recommend them to anyone wanting a detail... also I get all my truck service done there and I ve never had an issue it s all been top of the line service...

I ve spent thousands of dollars with Pierce Performance and they have always done exactly what they said they would do at a very fair price. I will continue to recommend this shop to my friends and family knowing they will be treated respectfully and dealt with honestly.

I was passing through town in my duramax. Had an issue. I called them on a Friday afternoon and the tech made time to diagnose. He was very knowledgeable and I felt honest. Because of the time frame and me being out of town, he offered to do some work but (openly admitting it could be 1 of 3 things)recommended a work around so I could limp it back to my home state. I appreciated the knowledge and honesty.

These guys have worked on several trucks of ours!The best experience on customer service was when a transmission went out from one of their suppliers (which happens) they only had that truck for one weekHighly recommend them

Brendon was highly knowledgeable in the suspension and wheel/tire set up department. He walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. He provided me with a quote so as soon as I make my decision on which setup I want these guys will be getting my business. After the work is done I'll update my review and let you guys know how it went!

I have been a long time customer, Pierce Performance helped with so many different projects with easy and complicated problems. They even have good snacks in the vending machine and a nice bathroom.

My Dad had a transmission replaced in his GMC Sierra, we got it back and it was leaking what we thought was oil. When we brought it to their attention, they told us it was the engine and had nothing to do with the transmission. It wasn t leaking at all when we dropped it off. We had another mechanic take a look at the leak, he found all of the bolts on the transmission were finger loose, a bolt was missing on the drive shaft...when my Dad went to talk to them, they told him Sue us, do what you need to do. Not our problem.

I have been repairing rolling stock for 40 years. I have been retired for 3 years and don t care if I never see a wrench again.I haven t been able to find a good mechanic shop. Whenever I ve put my truck in a shop I have had to finish the job or fix what they screwed up, UNTELL I FOUND PIERCE PERFORMANCE. I give them 6 stars out of 5.

Heading back to SoCal from Hurricane, my 2009 Duramax went into limp mode with stability track control error code . Limping back through St George happen to take industrial Way and noticed owners GMC Duramax out front on a Sunday..... this is always a good sign. Brenden and the Staff were on it by 9am Monday with timely diagnosis of bad TCM (this is most common failure for throwing Stabilitrak limp mode). Staff provided good options for OEM part either here in town or OverNight. I m blessed to have landed at Pierce! Heading back to SoCal next day .Thanks PIERCE PERFORMANCE
