Fix Auto is an excellent business. The shop is very clean and very organized. The work on my vehicle, was scheduled for 2 days, but was fully completed in just over a half day. The work was completed in an excellent manner, and my vehicles look so amazing again. I will only take my to Fix Auto for collision repair, and my decision is based on looking at 3 other shops for my collision repair.

Fix Auto is definitely the place to go if you want experts who will be honest, respectful and helpful when dealing with your insurance company. My car was totaled and they were so helpful in the process and made sure I knew what was going on. If I need any body work or have another insurance claim I will be going back. Mort and Dakota were both especially helpful!

My wife s car had recently been hit and being new to the area didn t know where to take it. I was referred to fix auto and could not be happier. They commented well with procedure and price the work was amazing and done quick. I highly recommend

Brought my car in a year and a half ago on insurances dime, they kept extending the day it would be finished, ended up telling me they ordered the wrong part the day of when i was half way to st george from slc, which i was willing to look the other way for because they fixed the body damage nicely. Turns out took my car in today and my tire camber is jacked really bad like they never even fixed the struts on the side that was hit considering the other 3 are fine.

I had an incident with my vehicle and needed it fixed, I took it to fix auto and they were extremely nice to work with, and got my car done faster then expected! I would use them again for sure. Thank you again guys for being so kind and getting me back in my car so fast!

Fix auto is the best! Super friendly they got us in fairly early. even though i was going back and forth between insurance companies they got my truck fixed within a week. I would highly recommend them.

I took in my Hyundai Genesis Coupe to get a fender bender fixed. As well as, the front bumper and door handles painted. The fender bender seemed like a challenge, due to it was close to the tail light and back bumper. Dakota and his team over at Fix Auto did amazing. I took my Chrysler Pacifica to Fix Auto after a collision. They were very helpful and easy to work with. They got it in to be fixed in a timely manner, and got it back earlier than expected. The work was done to perfection. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Someone backed into my truck and their insurance company sent me here for repair. It was a pretty good experience. There were just a couple of hiccups with their communication. I was told to drop my truck off, in the morning, on a particular day. I arrived just a little before 8am (when they open) as I have kids that I need to get off to school by 9am. I was waiting until 8:10-8:15am when someone finally showed up and he seemed annoyed (red hair guy) that I was there waiting to drop off my truck when they re the ones that told me to drop it off that day and time. After dropping it off, the next day I got a call from them asking if I was going to drop my truck off and said they had the parts in their office waiting on me. I told them that I dropped my truck off yesterday, they were confused but figured it out and realized my truck was already there waiting to be fixed. They still got it done on time and my truck looks great. Although the miscommunication was worrisome, they did great work and did it very quickly (3 days). The guy that works the front desk was always really nice. I d recommend this place, for sure, you would never know my truck was backed into. They did great work.

I had a very good experience with Fix auto. Mort and Dakota were very good to work with and Dakota did an excellent job in fixing my passenger door on my 04 Silverado. The door works perfect now with no water or air leaks.I would use these guys again!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I am putting Fix Auto in Washington in my top 3 worst and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. I told my insurance company to take them off any suggested list and they said they have heard of several instances since they were bought out. If I ran my business the way Fix Auto does i would be out of business. Besides taking more than 1 month and a half to fix my 2018 Toyota Highlander, which I could have dealt with, if they were up front about the time table. But several times after one month, I called and each time hey said it would be done that net day, And then after either me calling or going there and was told it wasn't done and try tomorrow. different excuses but the one told me more then once is they are short handed and way to busy. (maybe get more people or take on less business woudl be the answer) Not once did they call me and told me it would not be done that day. After telling the manager the 3rd time it happen that I would need to rent a car to get my wife back to Salt Lake. He did agree to pay for the rented car. Our grand daughter was in the hospital and we wanted to get the car and get back home . He was belligerent and unprofessional when ever I tried talking to him on the phone.of course backing out of helping me with the rental car. Even the last time on Saturday when he said come get it that night at 4 it would be ready and even though they are suppose to close at 6, it was closed at the 4.00 time, and no way of getting a hold of any one.I end up flying my wife home to Salt Lake that night. I end up picking it up on Monday since of course they were close on Sunday.Even his co worker who had worked there before, apologized and said the shop has fallen apart since Fix it bought the place and replaced the old manager. Seriously, it was a nightmare for our family. If I could give Fix it a -5 rating I would do so.

I'm leaving a review for my wife. It was her car, but we were talking about how easy and painless getting it fixed was. We were rear-ended, and our insurance company recommended this place. We thought our car would be in there for at least a week. It was only there for 2.5 days. One of the nice things about the process was how they sent email updates on the status of the car. I would definitely recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fixed my car after some object hit it on the highway! It took longer than they originally estimated, but it was due to supply chain issues & not their fault. Super nice & willing to get me a rental car because of the delay. Corresponded with many members of the staff throughout the process & they were all very nice & awesome at explaining everything they were doing!Service: Body & Trim

Someone did not lay a road and was invading my lane, when I stopped another car hit me from behind, they recommended Fix Auto, the repair estimate was fast, you can go locally or do it online, the work was great, and the delivery was fast, you can View work progress online.

Took my 2019 Range Rover to Fix after it was hit while parked in a parking lot. The insurance company chose this shop for me, but I m so glad they did! I would recommend Fix to anyone who has been in an accident and needs to get the damage repaired. Their customer service was outstanding including daily texts with updates on the status and my car was immaculate when it was delivered! They were able to get it in earlier than anticipated and repairs were done much sooner than expected. Morton was wonderful to deal with, as was Dakota! I hope no one is ever in an accident and needs to have repairs done, but if you are Fix is the place to go. I will not hesitate to return in the future if necessary thanks Fix Auto for a job well done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bumper clips replaced, head light home and light replaced ect.. from the time the owner Dakota answer my phone call he was amazing!! I brought my car to him after another local body shop just glued my car back together like a broken vase and charged my insurance as if they replaced everything, Dakota and his crew are the best and were done with my vehicle the same day which was a blessing. Super pleased with the work and efficiency Turner s Auto Body provided!I called enterprise to rent a car and they told me it would be 5-7 days. The next day, Dakota from Turner s, called me to follow up. He made a quick phone call and enterprise called me 10mins later giving me 3 diff options on vehicles and had someone ready to pick me up from the auto body shop. They took all the stress off of dealing with the insurance company and even made arrangements with the Ford dealership to get the recall done on the airbags before I got it back. I m very pleased with the work they did, friendly staff and great communication. I got my car back in no time! looks like new but now it s even safer than before. Highly recommend Turner s Auto Body!

We knew nothing about these guys but they gave us a reasonable estimate, the insurance company said they were on the list for being a good garage. We were not disappointed They did a professional job, they had it finished when they said they would and they were very kind and professional. We would go back in a heart beat if needed. We highly recommend this shop. Good people!

My cousin and I got into an accident and When I called my insurance they suggested Fix Auto. Everyone at the shop from start to finish was great to work with! These guys are very professional and we re great at communicating every step of the way. 5 stars well earned thank you!

This was 2nd time FIX worked on my Jeep Again,professionalism,; this time Jeep was in shop for 1 month. Waiting for date to open to begin repairs,insurance estimates/payments arrival ,parts; damage more extensive this time. End result-Jeep looks great,runs great. Got into an accident where it took out our engine and transmission. Dakota was great about letting me know what was going on with insurance, the car and the shop that was putting the engine and transmission in. Since they do not do that kind of mechanical work.
