ZERO STARS!!! I will never return to this auto zone I was treated so bad. This older woman with pink hair was rude and had absolutely no customer service. She talked with a bad attitude like she hated her life and we could tell. Safe to say I will never come back!! She also was incorrect when she told me off and she didn t know what she was even talking about. I had a ratchet and i was testing it out and she flat out said you re gonna ruin that if you keep doing that . Isn t a ratchet supposed to do that?? Do not come to this location!

Needed windshield wipers. Bought them but then couldn't figure out how to install them. Box said simple, but it wasn't. Makoa, an employee, noticed me struggling and came outside in the rain to help me....with a smile. Well done!

I will never return to this autozone! Today around 2:30. My husband sent me through to pickup some parts for our truck. I walked in with my 3yr old. Only 1 customer in the whole store. There was 3 employees inside, and one outside who we saw as we came in talking to a guy. One guy at the counter helping the only customer in the store, and 2 guys shooting the breeze behind the parts wall. Not one employee acknowledged me.... no hi.... well be right with you..... can we help you. Nothing! The guy who was shooting the breeze with the other guy by the parts was wearing a button up shirt... not sure if he was a manager, salesman, or owner. Definitely not a good look. I stood there for about 10- 15 mins. Finally the guy from outside came in.... went over to his computer looked at me... didn't say a word. The phone rang so he answered it... sounded like they were looking for one of the guys shooting the breeze, so he laughed, talked, took a message. Hangs up the phone..... then a lady walks in.... goes right up to the guy and he starts helping her! I said out loud I guess there is no acknowledgement or line to be helped?!?!.I left..... took my business to orilleys with my 600$ purchase! Hopefully with the we are hiring sign out- front you can find some decent help! Totally disappointed

Two stars just because when I have encountered jill she has been nice but this morning I called to check on a part granted I've been going to AutoZone for 15 years Greg I believe answers the phone tell him I need a knock sensor he waits a couple minutes and says ok so your O2 sensor is I say no I need a knock sensor he tries to tell me they don't have one and they don't exist for my car. So I called the one on bluff chase answers takes 2 seconds tells me the price and imagine both stores have one in stock. Jill your sales are going to go down if you can't get a hold of this store again your awesome but not so much all of your employees.

Mike and his crew are always super cool about helping even if it some thing you don't want to hear, they are up front and honest and always seem to save me some $ every time I go in.

I went in needing a replacement bulb for my left rear blinker but needed help figuring out how to actually replace it. The manager, Jill, was so freaking nice and she helped me get the back guard off and replace the bulb. It was such an awesome experience especially considering I was dreading it, feeling stupid for not knowing how to do it myself. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

The check engine light came on today on our son s car and of course being a nervous mom I had my husband take it down to the Washington AutoZone. We had the pleasure of Makoa help us. He came out with me and diagnosed the issue. My husband is disabled and drives a truck but he drove our son s small car. He had trouble getting out and Makoa helped him get out, helped him with his braces, and walked behind him with his hand on his back so he wouldn t fall. It meant so much because most people are not so kind especially a young man. Anyone can be knowledgeable and help a customer but only a select few add true kindness to the sale. I highly recommend AutoZone on W Red Cliffs in Washington. Ask for Makoa. Thank you!!

Check engine light popped up, so I go down to AutoZone and it was just the fuel cap that needed replacing, I had almost no clue what I was doing, so I went with it. Thank the lord for mechanics that are overly thorough and willing to stick their neck out a little to help a customer. Turns out I didn t have oil in my engine, rang me up for the literal perfect amount and I was off. Absolutely astonishing customer service and I will most definitely come back for my car necessities.I was neglecting the fact that it was the oil because I just bought the car and it was checked back in April by Jiffy Lube, saying the oil WAS changed assuming that meant it was all good. It honestly should ve lasted me, another month and another thousand miles, but it was scary dry. Again thank you to AutoZone for the thorough inspection and saving me $3,000 that I don t have.

Today Saturday September 9, 2023 Mike S. Was outstanding. He took out my battery that wasn't working and installed the new battery. Mike was very Friendly and Helpful. Great Customer Service.

I was pretty sure I needed a new battery so I went to the Washington, UT AutoZone. Eddy ran diagnostics on my old battery which was truly dead. He then showed me all the options including warranty information for a new battery. It was 97� outside but he painstakingly and thoroughly replaced my old battery and truly went above and beyond to give me A+ service.

Camaron deserves a raise! He is the kindest most helpful person at an autozone I've ever come across! Headed home to las vegas, 4 children in the car, and my car was having problems. He helped me diagnose exactly what was wrong with my car battery when I'd been told for a year by even the dealership mechanics that nothing is wrong! A kind helpful knowledgeable person is exactly what I needed at that moment and Camaron delivered. Thank you Camaron and Autozone... don't lose him!

I always come in here and am always greeted with the best customer service and provided with the best help. Everyone who works at this location is a terrific employee.Today I came in with a battery issue because I wasn't able to install it properly myself. The employee Christopher came out to help me. It took a few tries to get everything right and properly secure the battery he had to make two shims, he made several trips into the store to grab more items/parts to assist me with my problem .I will always come here for parts and assistance.Thank you

Mike S. Was terrible, we tried to ask him a simple question and he popped off on my boyfriend. And the other week he was incredibly rude to my step daughters grandmother. I don t understand how they can let some one with such poor social skills have a job where people are going to ask questions. The other employees are great and he should take a page out of their books. Sorry Mike S. But if you re having a bad day, go in the back and eat a snickers.

I needed a break light and the people there were more than happy to help find it for me. I was in and out quickly without any trouble. 3/2/24 Had a check engine light they were pretty helpful with finding out the general problem.

Went in and was having issues with my truck, it would crank for a minute and then finally start but it was acting off when it ran. I spoke to the store manager mike tastad and he recommended a fuel pump. He found my fuel pump they had in stock and at a great price. He was even able to help me find the gaskets and level sensor. He even recommended a fuel treatment they had on sale to help clean everything thing out with the new fuel pump. He was so knowledgeable! Thanks again mike!

Zero Stars. My wife came in a few hours ago to have the battery checked. Manager said that it was the starter and that she should go to the jiffy lube right next door to have it fixed. She then took it over to them and they said it was the alternator and should be replaced immediately. She took it to a shop that we trust and they actually tested the battery and put a load on it. Battery failed their test. Don t know what game they are playing over here but it s looking like a side hustle. Manager also never came out of office to talk to my wife.

Went in by myself. I am a woman. One of the clerks with a crooked ear, offered to help me. I told him what I was looking for, locking lugnut, I only knew the12 mm size and wasn't sure of other, 1.25 or 1.5, so he said let's go look at your car and see. Next thing I know I'm by myself outside. So I got the size, since I actually know how to look for it, went back in, told him and he just stood behind the counter staring. I walked out. It's just bad business to disrespect someone and I will not go or recommend this store to anyone. Just because a woman may know a little about what she's talking about doesn't mean they should be dumped as a customer.

This is a great autozone! We worked with Marsha on getting me a new battery and she was awesome, she helped out so much and went above my expectations! Super kind and helpful, I would highly recommend!I was also there the other day when I was trying to figure out what the issue was with my car and another employee (who I didn't get the name of) was so helpful and informative. He took time to jump my car and check some things out and I'm so grateful!

I order part they said it would be in next day!went in three different days asking when it would be there i got we dont know ill call you back! well no call ! I called this morning to see if it was there well they lost all my info im not even in system so i have to go get my receipt! very frustrated ! So I took min my receipt and they ordered again still no part I guess I'll get my money back and try some where else!!!
