$500 was stolen out of my car after I trusted these people with my car. Definitely my fault for leaving the cash in there but I thought they would be professional enough not to touch it. There is dust in my glove compartment where I left it. And there was even dust inside of my car that they did not clean or wipe. Most of the employees were super kind about the situation besides the lady at the front, Cheryl? She was supposed to look at the cameras but was super disrespectful on the phone saying there's nothing she can do. Seemed very suspicious. Other than thefts working here my grill looks great just not happy with the customer service from Cheryl. She kept reminding me that I signed a paper saying I'd take my valuables out of the car. Like okay I signed it but do you not care that someone is a huge theft at your dealership?? Didn't think to take money out of the inside of my car when they were working on the OUTSIDE of my car. So very upset.

We had a great experience with Auto Body Central. We had a front driver side swipe that destroyed the front, driver's fender and damaged the driver's door. It required required replacing the front fender, driver's door and repairing surrounding areas. The car looks great. They did a great job blending the new paint and repair with the existing, non-damaged areas. They seemed to pay close attention to detail , align all parts and using the existing undamaged parts as much as possible to save costs. They did the work in the stated period of time and communicated with us with any minor question they had. They also worked with our insurance company to take care of any additional details. We are very pleased with ABC's work and would strongly recommend them for auto body needs.

I had a 3 month old car that was hit in a parking lot and completely destroyed my front bumper. Auto Body Central was able to get me scheduled 1 week out to order parts and have a whole new bumper installed in 2 days working time. I can not even tell the car was ever in an accident. They were very professional and did great work.

Outstanding service. Every single person at Auto Body Central shows care and exceptional customer service. From the front desk to the body work employees. I recently used their services for the second time and I am more impressed than the first. I can not recommend them enough. I wasn't left guessing when my vehicle would be done and there weren't any surprise add ons when paying. They truly care about their customers. Thanks again Auto Body Central

Had a small auto body repair which was done perfectly, quickly and at a very reasonable price. They also polished my car s headlights at no additional cost-the look like new. I highly recommend Auto Body Central and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I took my vehicle in to get some polishing/paint correction done. They did a great job and came in under the estimate price that they had quoted. Very happy with them, their service and how my car looks! They even called the next day to follow up to make sure I was happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them!

Chase did a great job replacing the rear bench seat in our Subaru Outback. The job was done quickly and you would never know that there was a used replacement seat in the car. Highly recommend their service.

My truck was rear ended. Damage was bad enough that the frame needed to be stretched. I took it to a body shop my mechanic recommended. It sat for months as he tried to find someone who did frame stretching. He finally sent me over to Auto Body Central. Rob immediately made me feel I was in good hands. He completed all the necessary repairs quickly and even drove the truck to my home as I was unable to find anyone to drive me over there. My truck looks great now. Rob was able to satisfy me by keeping me updated as progress was made. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for auto or truck collision repair.

Very professional. My vehicle took an extremely long time to be complete. Each time I communicated with Chase or the others in the shop, I always felt like they knew who I was, they knew which car was mine and the current status, and I could tell they were following up on potential delays (supply issues) keeping things moving as fast as possible. They also communicated with my insurance in a way that influenced their timely payments and full coverage of a very expensive repair.

A++ work! We took our 2022 BMW X6 to Auto Body Central based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Chase, our advisor, made sure our car was like new again and helped us with our difficult insurance claim. He even helped with some additional issues with the car unrelated to the wreck!

My experience at Auto body Central was excellent! They were clear on the estimate and expedited the repair in an even earlier timeframe. My car was cleaned inside and outside. Everyone whom I was in contact with were just excellent and kind!

This place was amazing they were over the top on everything from quality down to customer service. My car came back looking better than new. I have never seen it ever look as pristine as when I came to pick it up. They know how to take care of the customer.

Our mini cooper got side swiped by a large van We found Auto Body Central in the yellow pages and checked them out online. They had great reviews so we decided to give them a try. Daven was efficient and helpful. He helped with all the details and even delivered our vehicle back to our house when the work was completed. This auto body shop is the best. They got us right in. Completed the repairs on my car in the length of time they had estimated. Took care of all of the insurance issues. I would highly recommend them!

Rob was awesome. I had to wait a few weeks due to their excellent service and reputation, but it was well worth the wait. Rob got my car on the rack and stayed late to get me the measurements. He was very professional and informative to educate me on the issues and possible solutions. I would most defiantly bring another vehicle here.

Rob at Auto Body Central was Instrumental In filing a claim with SilverRock Warranty Co on my behalf. Surprisingly SilverRock came thru super quick with an approval for a part on my 2015 Tacoma.The whole process was super easy, quick & painless. I am grateful for Rob & his team, and they will be my first choice If the need ever arises in the future.This 62 yr old kid couldn't be happier!

My mother was backing up and bumped into a parked car leaving no body damage, however, there was paint transfer from her vehicle to the parked car. The incident was going to be resolved outside of the insurance as the damage was so minor. The owner of the 11 year old parked car took the vehicle to Auto Body Central to obtain an estimate. The estimator told her she needed to have the driver side door with the paint transfer repainted (completely reasonable) for about $900 but also went as far as to say the rear door needed to be repainted/blended in order to blend/match the front door which would cost another $400! Tell me these guys are not trying to make an additional $400 by convincing someone that an 11 year old car would not look perfect unless the rear door was also painted to match the front door. I reached out to the estimator for an explanation. The estimator insisted that this was "necessary" in order to return the car back to its original 11 year old paint job. I will never have work done at this shop nor would I ever recommend this shop to someone.

Not sure if they were the best price. I was more impressed with the Amazing customer service. Can t say enough good about the quality of work and communication. Would use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

They did an amazing job on the body work. They matched the used headlight haze with my old headlight. Used I guess cost the same as new, as the billout was the price of a new set of headlights. Couldn't tell the car had hit a deer after their work! Car's battery was almost as dead as the deer though when I picked it up. Battery was less than a year old and I had to replace it. Got it tested and it had a dead cell. I will give them credit though, they did detail the inside fairly well! (Didnt expect them to remove stains from the seats or anything). They did excellent paint match, albeit the original paint was in excellent condition for being 12 years old. So there is good and bad, but for the speed they got my car in and fixed was the trade off!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
