The lady at the parts counter was very helpful. We were on the mountain with a broken brake line on our atv. They did not have one in stock, but she told us who did and we were able to get back up and running. They have tons of gear for all types of riding.

My wife and I along with my Pops and a great friend (John Boy) showed up at around 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were heading home from an amazing ride to N Idaho. Home is Colorado. We decided to buy a new Road Glide Ultra. Everyone was extremely helpful and stuck around to help us even after closing time... I know they were all ready to go home for the weekend. Great price. Great service and awesome people. Oh and FYI. We Love our new ride!!!

Great little dealership right off of Highway 40. For a small location they have quite a few bikes merchandise and as your things packed into the store. The only reason I have not given it more stars is because the staff was not friendly nor at any time did they bother to ask us what we were looking for or for help. But the story itself is very cool and a definite worth stopping in for a chip and a T-shirt

Took a 4 wheeler in because it had oil in the air box and no power. Beers said it was a carb issue so they did a 600 dollar tune up on it and replaced the air filter. Then called and said that didn t fix it and then told us it might need a new camshaft, they said it was a common problem with this year and make of 4 wheeler. They then quoted another 600 dollars plus to change that. They were promptly told no.Went in to pick it up and talked to them about the bill hoping they would do the right thing and reduce it because all they did was throw parts at it without fixing the problem. All I got was maybe you should have just bought a new machine instead and it is running better than before, it will do 25mph now and that might get you by for a while . I have had a couple other people tell me that Beers did the same thing with them(throw parts at a machine without fixing it and the charging an absurd amount). I will not be taking anything else to Beers and would much rather drive the distance to Heber or Utah Valley to a reputable dealer. I will also not recommend them to anyone else for any service or sales.Beers, the home of the $600 tube up.

My 2008 Honda Goldwing lost brakes coming down the mountain, recovered brakes but went Vernal and the MC tech Dan assisted me with a call to Honda to open a case. We were on the raid from Georgia and he called two days later to follow up letting me know there was an active case. Awesome customer service Thank you!

Good people and great service department. Listen to what you have to say. We live on the western slope in Colorado and it is the same distance to go to Vernal as it is to drive to the front range, but chose here because of the over the phone customer service.

Randy is just the kind of gentleman you would hope to be able to purchase a Harley' Honda,Suzuki, Polaris, KTM or other machine from. Amazing selection. Fair pricing. Great selection of used Harley's. Followed through on each and every aspect of my purchase. It's worth the drive to meet a guy who has been a Harley dealer since the 70's. The stories alone are worth it. Great selection of Harley gifts, clothing, jackets, and all kinds of parts. Randy really know his customers, his bikes and makes you feel at home.Go to Vernal, buy a bike! It's worth the trip, plus it is beautiful drive just getting there.

Wow what a great business, when my buddy's back tire on his bike got a major tear in it, Beer's Harley Davidson saved the day. After rolling in close to close the master mechanic and owner Mr Beer himself, both stayed to get us set up with a new tire so we could make it back home safely. Saving us from being stuck or having to get the bikes towed.

Would just like to say how top notch Randy beers has made the Vernal Sports Center. We had the opportunity to have a celebrity come through town and do some filming. Randy the owner of the Vernal Sports Center was kind enough to allow him to use one of his motorcycles to use in the film. Randy and his employees give the best service we have found and do so much for a community. Anyone need a motorcycle side by sides definitely go talk to Randy it will be worth your time.

Took my bike in for a tire change and fork seals. Got the bike back four days later. Front tire was 15psi overfilled, rear tire was 10psi under, and now my suspension sits about an inch lower. The front suspension bottoms out on just about any bump where it wasnt before. Not to mention they 'forgot' their discount when you have them install tires you buy from them and the screwdriver gouge marks under the fork seals. I get that my bike isnt an expensive, shiny harley, but at least take the time to do things right when youre charging $600+.Dont come here, these guys cant even properly inflate a tire.

This place is probably pretty great if your a Harley guy/gal but really not not much wiggle room on Honda or the likes, some of us broke veterans cannot afford to ride a namesake so unfortunately your very limited.

I needed a new set of tires after riding ~ 22,000 km (14,000 mi.) visiting capital cities in Canada and the USA. They didn't have a pair of my preferred tires (Metzeler) and suggested a mix of two different brands. They wanted to charge an excessive amount and the job would have taken too long. Their attitude and manner was not supportive. They didn't make much effort to help someone on the road.I got a set of Pirellis in Heber with an oil change for considerably less than Beers wanted.

Great place to do business all the staff are wonderful even if you are not dealing with them directly. Just bought me a new harleydavison. Used buy new to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND THEY HAD NO MOTOR OIL FOR HARLEY-DAVIDSONS . SO SAVE TIME AND CALL AHEAD TO SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED . IF YOU NEED TO GO # 2 CALL AHEAD TO SEE IF THEY HAVE TOILET PAPER . OUT OF THE 45 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS I HAVE BEEN TO OVER THE YEARS THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS TOO ABSENT MINDED TO HAVE OIL IN STOCK .
