Best tire shop around. I drove from Utah county, and will be back when I need a new set of tires put on. Weston and Trey took great care of me, helped me get the look I was going for with my truck. New wheels and tires. Honest, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We brought our Mecerdes Benz 350 for an oil change as a walk in and they had us in there right away. The customer service is amazing and they're all friendly and answered all our questions efficiently and professionally. We're new customers and we intend to use them as our go-to for any mechanical work necessary on both of our vehicles. They also changed the tires on our Dodge Journey back in June within 5 minutes of us arriving there. Great place, great people, great work and affordable prices!

TJ s is hands down the best tire shop in town. They do a lot more than just wheels and tires. Customer first is their goal. Reach out to Weston and the boys down at the Vernal shop!!

Traveling from SLC, UT and towing a 5th wheel trailer. We noticed rough bouncing and called TJs- Tyler took fantastic care of us. Tread separation (we were lucky no blow out). Tyler got us a fair deal on new tires and on our way in about 30 min! Totally recommend this shop for the service, great crew and fair prices!

I had a tire issue on a rental car while in Vernal for business and was directed to go to Jacks to get the flat repaired. They repaired the run-flat tire, reset the pressure sensors and aired all the other tires in about 15 minutes. The manager Paul did not charge me when the rental car company was being difficult with billing. Overall great service from Jacks!

These guys are awesome! We were traveling through town and stopped by without an appointment. They installed TPMS sensors in my trailer tires while I waited. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

I blew 2 trailer tires @ the Ut/Colorado border , It was a holiday and the store was closed. Weston came and put 2 new tires on for me and got me on my way

So I went there because prices were nice. Had many problems my wife would bring in the car because a tire kept leaking. Every time they treated her like she had no idea what she was talking about. We had a big road trip planned so I had her take it in and have them double check the tires. Less than 5 minutes goes by they tell her it s all good we drive 980 miles and with 690 left the same tire sends a low pressure warning so I take it to a Les Schwab in 2 mins they find a bad crack that has been there for awhile. So I am now driving 690 miles on a doughnut spare. So I call and talk to one of the guys that works there and is one of the reasons I started using them. He makes it right with me by making me a deal. Well I need my breaks done so I set it up to do them and my alignment which was free for the cracked wheel bull. They tell my wife to have it there by 9 am so they have time to do it all well it sets in the same spot until 4 pm when my wife asks if there going to do it Which they finally do but then try to charge for alignment and stuff so ya all that I was upset and said something on the text they send Well my wife was going on another road trip so we went to have them look at tires and stuff they told her they would never touch another thing of ours because we always give horrible reviews well now they can say that. And I will go back to dans tire I never should have not.

We were spending the night in Vernal on our way to Arches National Park. When we arrived at the hotel we noticed we had a flat tire. We called TJ Tires. They were closed Sunday. We called Monday and a mechanic drove out and inflated our tire. I followed him to the shop. He fixed the tire quickly and we were on the road within the hour. Great young staff. Polite and efficient. Would recommend

So i got a flat and my spare blew the side wall, so I was completely SOL. Within 20 minutes of calling these guys they had a guy at my apartment, airing up my tire then guiding me back to their shop. Within an hour they had changed that tire for me and let me know the options for my spare. I definitely will be coming back, these guys are awesome, treated me with respect, and didn't try and swindle me. You have a happy and return customer now.

After my insurance company left us hanging out on the roadside for hours these wonderful people came out in the middle of nowhere to make sure that we were ok and led me back to the shop after making sure my van was safe to do so!!! Then made sure that the van was ready to finish our drive to Kentucky!! With new tires and alignment for a very reasonable price... THANK GOD for them!!

Great shop. Fixed my brakes and rotors while passing through.I was on a multi-state road trip with my family when I noticed our brakes were getting squeaky. TJ's Tire Pros were able to fit me in same day and get me my car the next day with new brakes and rotors. We were able to continue on our vacation and I felt confident tackling the mountains needed to head home.Thank you so much!

Great guys. I was passing through town and was experiencing a traction control issue due to the incorrect placement of two new tires. TJ's guys rotated them front to back and that fixed the handling issue. Plus, they wouldn't take my money, instead saying they were happy to help.

Our alternator failed the Friday before the 4th of July. We thought we'd be stranded for the weekend, unable to keep on with our road trip. Instead TJ's got us fixed up in under 2 hours, for a very fair price. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

When we were passing through Dinosaur national monument we picked up a screw in our tire and were able to wait until morning and get to TJ s first thing. The guys in the shop were kind, and got us back on the road with a freshly patched tire, for free no less, within 30 minutes. 10/10 would go back if needed when passing through again.

These guys were awesome. I had scheduled an appointment a day in advance at tire pros of vernal and after getting my truck on the alignment rack they told me they couldn't do it because of the inexperience of the guy who was working. My problem with that is this... they knew what my vehicle was a day in advance. They should've scheduled someone with the proper level of experience to complete the job. Luckily for me, Tyler at TJs tires got me in at the last moments notice. They did have to keep my truck overnight but that was because of an unforseen issue. But I was back in the road the next day and my truck drives much better now. Thank you Tyler. You guys rock!

Went in to get regulator fixed in car window and they were all super helpful and friendly. They got the car fixed for the price they quoted and also added an oil change and a front end alignment and the price only went up $10 from what they quoted. I would recommend to anyone looking for car repairs!!!

We limped into Jack's Tire a couple weeks ago during our drive from Dallas to Park City, UT. We had a tire (run flat) that was totally shot. Nobody in town had the exact size tire that we needed, and they all said that they could have it the next day. For us, spending the night was not a reasonable option. The fellow running the front office that day, Loyal, went out of his way to find a pair of used tires to get us on the way. Given that we were stranded otherwise, I was expecting an exorbitant bill, but he virtually gave the tires away (only charged about 10% of new tire price).I can't say enough to express our thanks and appreciation to Loyal and his staff for their quick, compassionate service.

Before I even got to the door to go inside there was somebody there asking me what I needed. I told him tires. They ordered them for me and they were there the next day and they took care of my car. Very impressed with the service.

When Jack General Tire first opened it's doors in 1952, my father was the first paying customer in the door, that day he bought a full set of tires. Following suit, I have been buying tires and related services from these good people my entire life. I find them to be fair, honest and fast. I can honestly say that in nearly 50 years of doing business here I have never been disappointed.

Walked in on Friday 8-29-22 and asked how much for a balance and bro said no charge, let's get you pulled in was out less then 10 minutes! That's what's up brother I appreciate it thank you guys!!
