Sunday morning, 1am, blown tire on my front drive axle. Not an ideal situation lol. Tyler had me lined out immediately. No charge for waking him for the phone quote. The after hours rate was competitive. He gave me options and executed the repair quickly and professionally later that morning and would have done right then and there, but luckily i had finished my shift when it happened. By noon, on the same day, I was ready to make money again for night shift like it never happened. You got my business for sure! Highly recommend!

It is absolutely ridiculous to make someone wait more than 2 hours for an oil change with zero communication. Two other people came in after my husband, waited, and both left. After which he had to wait another hour. If it's going to take that long they should let people know. He could have had me pick him up so at least he's not stuck there half of the afternoon. I've worked customer service for 15 years, ive seen it all. It blows my mind that they never even considered checking on him, or letting him know how much longer it would be.At no point did they even acknowledge he was there. To spite the fact they clearly saw him waiting. I get being busy, I really do. But to not even communicate with a customer who's sitting right in front of you, for TWO HOURS? Seriously?This place used to be great, but the treatment of customers has taken a noise dive the last year or so. And my husband is too nice to say anything, so I'm doing it.Get it together. Hire someone who has a single ounce of customer service skills. Cause the complete lack of it will destroy an otherwise good reputation and business. And this latest incident has me looking at other options for all our vehicle maintenance. Being that a single oil change took 2 and a half hours, and my husband didn't get so much as an apology for it.

Tire Pros is amazing! We were on vacation and broke down in Vernal. They were swamped with repairs but still fit us in and did a wonderful job. We are so grateful to them for their help and professionalism. They are honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, you saved our vacation!

Very helpful, we needed to air up the truck rear tires because we had a heavy load. They were closed, but he told us where to go in town that had a real air line that would get us up to 75 psi.

I worked on a construction project near Vernal recently. These folks took care of my Ford on a regular basis (god bless Fords..). They were always helpful and friendly, and despite driving a Ford, it was sufficiently maintained by the staff at Tire Pros to avoid a roadside mechanical failure. That's a miracle! On several occasions, my radio reverted to the local National Public Radio Station after it was serviced. I mentioned it, and asked if they had some hardcore NPR fans on staff. From that point on, they turned the tables on me and accused me of being an avid NPR listener. It was always fun going in there. I drive a Ford, so it was almost a weekly event.

Have taken my truck here twice (flat fixed, checkup before 2,500 mi. roundtrip). In and out within an hour both times. Excellent, prompt work and service, at the right price.

My truck had one hot brake while I was hauling my 5th wheel from Manila. They got me in on a busy Monday morning and found that the slide pins hadn t been greased when the brakes were replaced. They greased them and I was on my way.Good service and reasonably priced. As a solo female traveler with an out of state license plate, when I have vehicle problems, I often feel like I have a target on my back. But not with Tire Pros. Unnecessary repairs or unfair pricing did not happen. They didn t talk down to me.I will definitely recommend them to my traveling friends.

Brought my car in for one issue, and they said it was fixed when actually more issues arose and they didn't seem to believe me when I told them my engine was having a separate problem. There were also constant delays, which I can understand for a small town, but to keep saying "tomorrow, tomorrow" is not okay. After over two weeks of this, I finally brought my car to a different mechanic who told me they probably replaced a part that wasn't the one malfunctioning and put ill fitting parts into my car that compounded issues. Go somewhere else!!

Passing through in my RV with a slow leak in a tire for the past two days. They dismounted the tire, checked it out, and said all I had was a leaking valve extender. Fair enough. However they also refused to charge me because they had not fixed anything. Despite the time they spent. So I would trust them to be straight about what work needs to be done.

I m watching them run around an out of towner. He blew his motor in his RV. Told him 3 weeks. He showed up 3 weeks later they hadn t touched it. Nothing but excuses. The guy I gave it to got Covid. Oh we needed another part 1 more day. To oh we got the wrong engine it will be another week. I will actively inform the Uintah basin s lovely community on every social media platform if they don t make this right and quickly

I brought my car in for steering problems. I asked the manager down there to assess all steering components, including rack and pinion, tie rods, sway bars and power steering pump. They then told my power steering pump was bad and charged me 75$ for a diagnosis. And wanted to charge 1,000$ to replace it.I wanted a second opinion and two separate mechanics diagnosed as bad rack and pinionWyatt then refuseda refundon diagnosisor admit they were wrong and proceededto try to tell my the rack amd pinion and power steering pump was the same part. Dont ever bring your vehiclehere for anythin!.

I have been using these guys as long as they have been in business. They did such a good job with my fleet vehicle that I started taking my personal vehicles there. I'm really suspicious of negative reviews here. I would tend to believe that the problem is with the reviewer, not the business. In all these years, the Foley boys have never given me a reason not to come back.

When we were leaving Vernal to return back to South Dakota with our camper, we had a leak in one of the camper tires.We pulled over to check it out and picked up a large piece of metal... in another camper tire!We were able to find 5 Star Tire & Auto via google and after calling to see if they were open, we limped our way the three miles to the shop.They got us in right away and fixed the tire. They then checked the tire that was leaking and found a screw in it, and fixed it as well.The repairs were done very quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff was exceptional.... Thanks again!!

They lie about prices, I was told a lug nut cost them $10 apiece do they not realize I can look it up on Amazon/auto zone ext. and buy them for way cheaper than that!!! They misdiagnose too, I was told I would need to replace a large part it would cost 2000 I had a second person look and all it was was a $50 small replacement on that large part!! Last and this could be a coincidence but every time I m done taking a vehicle there there s something that goes wrong with it within days they take forever to fix, keep saying maybe tomorrow and I always am the one calling them to find out I have given them too many chances I will never go here again!

Being relatively new to the area, it was a roll of the dice who would provide the best quality work and service. I came up winner. After an alignment and tires, I am happy with the results. Great price, great work and great people to deal with. Thanks guys!

They didn't have a 0 star or I would have rated it that!!! I had called in and verified that they were open until 7 and informed the person on the phone that I got off work at 6 p.m. so he said no problem and scheduled me for an oil change at 6:15p.m., or so I thought. I showed up at 6:05 and was informed that I was actually scheduled at 5:30 and they were closing at 6 p.m. I completely wasted my day. Had I known they closed earlier I would have scheduled it earlier. I would not and will not recommend them nor will I ever try them again, I don't deal with dishonest companies!!!!!!

I always go to 5 star tire pros for all my vehicle needs, and will not consider any other place. They have a convenient location, and are eager to help with all your needs. I have bought new tires, new rims, taken older tires in to have them mounted, vehicle services, realignment, break work, inspections, and bought my tags through them! They are easy to talk to, have a clean establishment. They also have a popcorn machine and soda fountain while you wait. My wait time is seldom lenghty, depending on the job I require, and they always discuss time frames that will be involved. Keep up the excellent work, I will be seeing you guys again!

I have been using Tire Pros for years. All of our personal vehicles, side by sides, 4 wheelers, and all or farm equipment.I would recommend these guys to anyone. Fast, honest, reliable, and will even come to you if you need them.

I needed to have some suspension work done on a truck. I took it to a couple of places in town to get bids and assessments for the work needed. I was impressed by the team and did not feel they were trying to take advantage of me. A nice clean waiting room and comfortable environment.

They have always had friendly service and great prices. My kids love getting a free drink while we wait. We get our oil changes and tires and tires here for all of our vehicles.

I got the run around at jiffy lube, them saying I had to repair my license plate lights for my inspection. Came to Tire Pros and they gave me the honest regulations where that is just an advise only. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank You!
