I have never felt more judged in my life. Went in for headlight bulbs, couldn t decide which ones I wanted, couldn t make sure they were correct. I guess I was taking too long, the manager came from the back and was headed straight toward me, which was fine because I had a question. After that she Stood over me for a minute then walked behind the counter. She stood against the wall with her eyes on me like I was going to rob the place. I could hear whispers and feel the stares .. it was very uncomfortable. Not sure what they were looking for.

Bought a new diesel engine for my pickup, just shy of two years old, 21,000 miles, ended up with cracked head, they said they only warranty for 1 year.They don t back up their products, I will never shop there again. The mechanic that is repairing it said he don t use them anymore for same reason.

I really like (Checker) O'Reilly's auto parts over other auto parts stores. They offer more than just auto parts, they also have atv, utv, and some motorcycle options as well. Very nice and helpful customer service and quick to get you what you need.

Double check what they give you here. Total disregard for the care of their customers. They gave me a battery with the polarities swapped, and it blew a fuse that doesn't exist as a replacement. They essentially totaled my $25,000 vehicle. And then he had me buy the part that I thought would work to fix it but ended up not working. Next time I need auto parts, I'll go to napa.

The long blonde haired ,tattooed girl is a rude, stuck up , and condescending. I'm surprised a person who treats people this way works here, today was the SECOND time she acted this way!UPDATE: The general manager got in touch with me personally to take care of this and I'm impressed with how professional she was I've updated the review from 1 star to three.

We were stranded on our way to Flaming Gorge with a dead battery. Jakob took such good care of us and replaced our battery quickly. We were on the road in no time. He saved the trip! Thank you!

I usually only come here when the other autoparts stores don't have what I need as it's always super dirty and the staff are less than professional and have more then once caught me off guard using profanity when in conversation about parts, i swear myself but wouldn't talk like that if i were talking with a customer. But they usually have the part when others don't so i still shop here on occasion.

After a not-so-positive experience at another auto parts store, I stopped in here and had an excellent customer service experience here! My part was not found at the store, but Leah went above and beyond her duties by calling another place and asking them to set the part aside for me. Awesome service!

The Employees here are so nice, & bent over backwards to help me with my car. I needed a new alternator, & battery, & they so nicely helped take out the old battery, & put it in for me. Even offered to help with my alternator, but, got help for that elsewhere. Will go back again

Friendly and helpful staff. I use to go to Autozone but recently had a lot of auto repairs I was doing & Autozone kept giving me the wrong parts. O'Reilly has never done that to me. They may not have the part but they don't give me the wrong one. Also, they can usually order your part unless it's a specialty part.

We always try to keep it local but the employees are ignorant and unwilling to help you with anything. They act as if you are asking them to run a mile uphill with a ten ton backpack on their back. I have started ordering things online.

Very disappointing service. We have a business account with O Reilly in another State, and we were traveling in Colorado, needing a part urgently. Called this store, and they told us they d ordered the part and it d be in at 8am next morning. We drove out of our way to get the part the next day, at 4pm, only to be told that they d not got the part in. Zero apology, zero ideas presented - hopeless customer service. Nice work Vernal O Reilly s.

Purchased Sylvania Ultra low beam headlights from O'Reillys in Boise, ID four months ago. Day before coming to Vernal they both quit working so I went to my dealership were they told me both bulbs were burnt out and they'd replaced them, cost: $79.00. Because I didn't like the ones they put in and knowing they were still under warranty. I found the O'Reillys in Vernal and went in with the original receipt as well as the dealers to get new ones. Once at the counter, the manager Jon, asked for the burned out bulbs understandably. I rack up a lot of milage for work and have done this two other times @ two different locations. One location threw the bulb in the trash and the other said Sylvania doesn't require them so I walk out with the new and old bulbs. I explained my situation to Jon were he responded, at this location we need the old ones, to tag? I offered up the recently installed ones, if he just needed something to tag and he said they had to be the originals and would no longer help me.Discovering that O'Reillys does not have a uniform return policy, I regret every dime I've handed them.Check this out, Auto zone, just across the street accepted the warranty with no bulbs and an O'Reillys receipt. Go figure Jon.

O'rielly's is still my favorite auto parts store always seem to have what I need in stock at a pretty good deal and will match any price in town on same parts.
