It took them quite a while to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and they didn t seem to be in a hurry to get it taken care of, just doddering around. I have had to rent vehicles when I have taken my vehicles in to them and it s like they just didn t have the time to do what needed to be done. When my vehicles have been dropped off for service at the proper time, they were way over booked so I had to wait days. Not sure I want to go back. On the plus side they do warranty their work.

Needed to have my 2003 Escape looked at since I had noticed a squeaking sound and smelled rubber coming from the belt area recently. I also needed to get my brakes looked at since a different place in town I had them done at last year had installed them incorrectly and I wanted to be sure that they had been fixed appropriately. We were able to get in on Saturday morning which works perfectly for our schedule and within an hour and a half we had a resolution with the parts to replace the belt and tensioner arriving this week and the replacement scheduled for next weekend. The service was excellent, the price was more than fair, would definitely recommend anyone who needs service to come here!

I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before their service department tries to scare you into using them and charging double. They said that I needed 4 brake pads, and the existing ones only had 1-2mm left. Colt said I needed to get them fixed before traveling, which was the next day. He quoted me $600. I called my regular mechanic shop, and they quoted me $319 and were able to get it in that day. While they were changing the pads I only needed 2 replaced. The other 2 have a lot of life left. Heritage Ford will try and take full advantage of you and scam you if you let them.

The transmission in our family car went out and we needed something for the 2 hour commute to and from work each day. We filled out an online quick application form because it was on Sunday and the dealership wasn t open. Kevin Remington called me first thing Monday morning and worked with us to find financing so that by the end of the day, we drove out of the dealership with a newer and more dependable car. He worked with us all day making sure we got the best vehicle to meet our needs and get us out the door that day with it. Thank you for your dedication to meeting and exceeding the needs of our family.

BEWARE Only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the desk service dept lady is really nice. Other than that the service dept is a complete joke. We have taken our truck here 3 times now and the work is never done. 3 times and still have the same issue and they don't know why. Had an appt at 8am today. At 530 the tech calls and tells us he didn't have time to diagnose it and he just ran the codes, and asked if we could pick it up after closing on Monday. Its our work truck so no we can't. It should have been done today. They are either overbooking, or just complete incompetence. They also changed the rear diff fluid, and now it leaks come to find out 5 of the bolts weren't even tight

UPDATE:I emailed the address they gave in their reply a week ago and never received a response. I guess that s how they make it right .Oil change on my Bronco took longer than I thought it should and then I could smell burning oil when I got home. Maybe they spilled some when they filled it up, right? Wrong. They didn t put the dipstick in all the way. Oil all over my turbo and garage floor. I messaged them and received no response. Mind you, I bought my vehicle from them and that was a rather simple, smooth process. Also, you d think since they are a dealer that they d be more reliable place for service or the vehicle they sold you. Unfortunately that s also wrong.

I can honestly say this was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. I m happy with my car and feel the price was reasonable. Chase is courteous and professional. Tonya Alexander is a sweetheart! She is very polite, caring and helpful! Everyone in sales and the auto repair shop have been very friendly. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to get my vehicle in. When I took my vehicle in (December 20th) I advised them symptoms of the problem I was having and even what I suspected the problem was (which ended up being correct).The vehicle is our primary family transportation and we had plans for the holidays.Checking on their progress it was always your vehicle is next story. One time I called their rudely tone response was we ll call you when it s ready .Two weeks after taking it in, I requested to talk to the service manager, I respectfully explained my frustration. He checked the status himself and said they had diagnosed the problem as a hood latch sensor and parts would be there in a couple of days. I could use my vehicle and they d call when the parts came in. I was also told they would only charge me for on half hour diagnostic fee rather than the minimum one hour, gee thanks Well it s been a week now, I ve never heard back from them.I ordered the part from Amazon after their last deadline promise passed. $20 part took me 10 minutes to install, problem solved

Had an appointment 3/26/24. Called the next day 3/27/24 and was told they couldn t get my truck in and didn t know when they could, then they asked if I wanted to come pick it up. So I picked it up and took it somewhere else. Kind of weird. I wont go back there.

I brought my truck in for a recall and oil change. They did the recall but did not do the oil change. They corrected this when I pointed it out to them. I also requested a trade in price on my truck because I am considering purchasing a new vehicle. I have not heard their offer and it has been over 24 hours.

Feb 19 2020Updated. They finally figured out my seat belt problem and have gotten it remedied and have regained my confidence!Jan 2020Good customer service.I picked up a used car with Arturo in Sales. He was very personable and helped me without feeling pushed to make the purchase. My vehicle had some problems that I found after I purchased and Arturo helped me get them taken care of quickly and i didn't have to pay extra for the repairs. Thanks for the easy and comfortable car buying experience!

The salesman s are real nice, answered our questions. There was a problem with the vehicle the day we drove it, they fixed the problem. They gave us time to think, go to the bank, etc.

Took truck in for repair on 11-20-23 just received it backed on 12-07-23. I went to pay for truck and Heritage Ford added and $38.00 onto the original quote. I was down at Heritage Ford 2-3 times a week and each time I had to be the one who followed through with communication. Heritage Ford is lousy with Communication.

We can't say enough good things about Heritage Ford and our experience there. We're a camper van rental company out of AZ and one of our vans had to be towed into Heritage Ford late on Friday. Ren and the rest of the service department were extremely responsive and took the van in immediately. They diagnosed it before the end of the day, ordered the necessary parts for next day delivery, and finished the repair before 11:00 am the following morning. They even put our renter in a loaner vehicle for the night. We've dealt with a lot of Ford dealers and have never seen service this good. Their excellent customer service wasn't just contained in the service department. We interacted with a gentleman, presumably in sales, after service was closed for the day. Not only was he friendly, but he was also knowledgeable and willing to help. He went out of his way and got us the information we were looking for. Thank you to the team at Heritage Ford of Vernal.

I bought my SUV here and was able to get the exact kind of car I wanted. Months later, we had the water pump go out. However, it was covered under warranty and fixed without any problems, especially since it was a holiday weekend. The sales and service staff were friendly and helpful.

Robert Williams was great. Helped me get into something nice and roomy. However after having the car not even long enough to make a payment the starter went out and it took them over two weeks to repair without ever being able to give me a time frame. Then the car was returned to me only to have my splash guard missing half the screws. Service department is terrible.

I had asked for specific information on a vehicle. I was told no scratches, dents or dings, cleanest vehicle they had on the lot for a long time . So I decided to move forward with the purchase. I later received a text with a picture of the window sticker that ended up being the wrong truck, then later received pictures of a deep scratch on the bumper and a dent on the front quarter panel. All this between 2 different locations but same dealership. Needless to say I was not impressed. The original salesman was caught in the middle and giving me the info. he was told. So I don't blame him. All in all I have moved on and looking elsewhere.

My Ecosport Ford had a problem with the start button, it s been a pain that I have to wait for the service department to fixed it, I understand they have a lot of other cars that need to be fixed too.But so far they always did a good job with their service
