Had them do 7000 worth of repair work on my engine. During the process they messed up some components on my power steering. Downtown Dodge admitted to removing components to our power steering to repair our engine but won't stand behind their work. They want another 5500 to fix their own mistake. If you're considering their service department for your vehicle, I would find someone more trustworthy and reliable.

I have to give a shout out to Derrek Pettey, he sold me a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for my wife to drive. Beautiful SUV with all the bells and whistles. Twice now, my wife has drove to the dealership for Derrek to help her understand some of the new electronic features, and he has been more than welcoming. He is polite and comes across very trustworthy. Customer service was swift and he took us seriously, where other dealerships make the mistake of not. Very Happy and highly recommend Downtown Auto Group.

Genuinely disappointed. I went in to have a recall done on my car after having some issues with it. I dropped it off the night before and left keys with a description of what was going on and I had to call for them to pull it in to start looking at it because the person in charge did not check the box. I asked to have it looked at because I couldn t get it out of 4low and had a code pulling up when using an OBDII scanner. I went to pick it up after being told it was out of 4low and that it was safe to drive and the 4low light was off. Leaving no indication that my car was in 4low when looking at it. I drove 6 miles in the direction of my house when on my dash my car said speed restricted due to being in 4low . I got home and scanned the car again and the previous code was gone and two new ones appeared as well as my traction being off and not being able to turn it on.I was told by the mechanic himself that he got the car out of 4low. I m very upset about being lied to by professionals and being told nothing can be done anymore.

Cody Garner is hands down the best car salesman out there. I went in looking for a car they normally don t supply, and I assumed I d just have to make a trip out to Salt Lake to find something. Cody went out of his way to find me the car that I was looking for, that was within my budget. When the car arrived at the dealership I was at work and wouldn t be able to see it for a few days, so he and Jamie, the loan advisor, offered to stay late so I could come in after I got off to see it. They were both so helpful throughout the whole process, and the car has been so awesome. If you re in the market for a new vehicle in the Uintah Basin, Cody Garner is your guy!

Turned a tragedy into a small inconvenience .I called this wonderful dealer up after putting def in the diesel tank at the gas station. (Distracted by the family). They warned me not to turn the truck on and to have it towed to their dealership.During the trip there, I googled costs, time-frame, and what I just got myself into it . And it wasn t looking good, especially since I was just passing through with family to go cut down our yearly Christmas tree in Colorado. Just Google def in diesel tank for a fun read.Upon arriving there and explaining my situation, several of the staff volunteered to stay late to help us get back on the road. They treated us like family (though we were just passing through). In the end, it looked like the entire building was staying late on our account, including a manager and the owner. This is beyond impressive and speaks highly of how this dealership is run and the work ethic of this place's employees.Even though it s not remotely close to where I live, I will be ordering my next Ram through this dealership.

Great group of folks, very professional however I went in for a noise in the front end spent a bunch of money to have it fixed but had to take it back in they then said there was something else wrong and a bunch more money and it still isn t right the the back end had some sounds when taking a corner again not fixed the first time so they said I needed a new differential thousands more and I still have the sound taking corners. So in the end although they are nice people I wouldn t take my Jeep there for repairs I am over $10k into the repairs that fixed nothing.

I scheduled an appointment through the RAM app but upon arrival found it did not go through. Gordy was extremely polite and said he was going to see if they could squeeze me in for a diagnostic even though they were booked. After leaving my truck there he texted with updates and when I arrived to pick it up he went over all the recommendations and why they were recommended. I'm very weary when it comes to dealerships from other instances but I will tell you Gordy is the reason I will not take my truck anywhere else ever. Thank you downtown auto group, I appreciate it

I had a lot of work done. Power steering and front end work. I had a 5 hour drive after I picked my car up and everything they fixed worked great. It s running better than ever.Everyone in the service department were very nice and professional. Especially Derek! He knows his stuff and is an honest guy.

Traveling cross country and broke down. Other closest dealer told us it was going to be at least a few days to look at our truck.Gordy made sure he got us an appointment and Heidi had them start it early the next morning. Made suggestions for hotels and things to do while we were stuck. Couldn t fix issue since we needed parts that were going to take a week to get but did get us back on the road.Can t say enough about how awesome everyone here was and understanding of our situation. If I lived here this would be my shop!

Took my Jeep in for a recall fix. They fixed it and also said A B and C need fixed. I said Ok lets do it. They fixed it. The invoice says all OK during testing . Had to take is back in because the heater still doesn t work and it s not blowing air at all. Now they want more money for something else that s broken that they never told me needed fixed until today. They re a nickel and dime business and they won t get any more of my money. Heidi in service is absolutely fantastic and the rest of the service staff need to follow her lead. Mallory up front is also amazing. The only two people really trying to keep customers.

Everytime I've been to Downtown Auto everyone has been very pleasant, they explain everything to me in detail so there are not any surprises. I was trying to get my car serviced for the first time and my dealership is in Murray and going through renovations. I first tried to get in to them and because of the work going on at the dealership it would take 4 hrs, with me sitting outside waiting!! I decided to go somewhere local and Downtown Auto was where I decided to try. Because I had to pay out of pocket, they could have just gone ahead and taken my money but instead they made me aware of a mini s|vice agreement that would save money instead!! I would recommend my friends and family to bring their vehicles here anytime!!!!! Thank you for the great service and the great customer service, you don't find that very often now days!!!!

We have been here 3 or 4 times over the past 12-18 months, looking around for something that my wife likes. They've always been really nice, even when we didn't buy anything. Then, we finally came in today and said 'hook us up!' We left with a gorgeous 2022 Dodge Ram pick up. My wife is happy!

I ve been taking my Dodge Journey here for a few years now and I m always very happy with my service. Every person that I ve spoken with here have all been very kind and helpful. They always call me give me updates and are always extremely thorough when going over the paper work. They have also been kind enough to pick me up after my repairs were finished when I didn t have a ride to the shop. Highly recommend this place!

I am not a fan of dealerships and maintenance! However I had a very good experience here!Awesome customer service! I dropped off my vehicle for warranty work and an oil change. The service department was polite and advised accordingly. They answered all of my questions! I received a complimentary ride to my other vehicle.During service they called to update me about requirements vs discussions.I received a txt to let me know my vehicle was done.Upon arrival the service desk reviewed the service performed and then took me to pay for my service. Upon completion my vehicle was pulled up door side service and a cold bottle of water was waiting in my cup holder! This was probably the best service I have ever received at any dealership!

It really was a pleasure working with downtown auto group. They were friendly, efficient and took such good care of me and my car. When I dropped it off I was prepared to get an Uber, but was so pleased when they offered me to be shuttled home. The best part was Jaden my driver. The service team is the best, they're fast and efficient in what they do. They helped me save money with buying one of their service contracts, and helped me wire the wobbling in my tire down to a balancing issue and sent it down to Heaton to be taken care of. Only place I'll go for all my vehicle needs.

Seriously the best Dealership to work with. I had went to a different dealership for a Jeep repair in February and the part was on back order for months. I called Downtown Dodge and they had found the part and had it coming in matter of two hours of me explaining my frustration with the other dealership and waiting on them to get the parts! Thank you Downtown Dodge you really know how to treat a customer. They also brought me a car off their lot while my car was being repaired 20 miles out of town at work! Wow Thank you!

Stopped in to get my car looked at because the visors kept falling off. Under warranty so I new they would have to order parts. I was going to look at a new Jeep I was interested in while I waited. The woman at the counter wasn t friendly, told me I would have to bring the vehicle in and leave it all day. They do not service on weekends. Lost a customer and sell. Do better.

Was first told 3 days and ended up with almost 2 weeks. The techs are great even if the logistical side is lacking. It feels like you get put on the back burner unless you pester them constantly.Use Downtown Auto if you want it fixed right but dont mind a few time extentions.

Excellent service. I dropped my only key in the fire pit and I called to get it replaced on a Friday afternoon. Paul who works in service let me know they had the key in stock and agreed to take time the very next day, a Saturday, to program the key for me. The work was done quickly and I was right back on the road again. I was also informed of the recalls that were on my truck.

After being on the road for a week straight working my trusted Jeep broke down outside Vernal on my home. I was stranded on the side of the road helpless. I called Downtown Auto Group in need of immediate help and was connected to Derek (this was at 4:00pm on a Tuesday). I explained my plight to him and what was wrong with my Jeep and without hesitation he said he could help. He ordered the part I needed and had it overnighted from Salt Lake and it was there by morning. He prioritized me the next morning and had me on the road by noon Wednesday. I can t say enough about the service I received and the kind way I was handled while in distress. Thank you Derek and all who work there.

I was driving through dinosaur monument when my Jeep Wrangler had an ESC error showing up in my dashboard I was ready to drive back to Michigan and I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting this vehicle fixed when I arrive at 9am in the dealership they took care of me like I was a very important customer and they jump to get my vehicle looked out and very quickly figure what was the problems and work diligently through the day to get the parts in as quick as possible so I could get back into my trip they were very professional I felt a very comfortable with their knowledge and we're able to fix the vehicle in a very quick back on the road that afternoon. Thank you guys for all the hard work you have done for helping us getting back to Michigan
