Zack at Dan's tire was awesome. Told him what I wanted, said he did sell that particular brand. Ordered it and it was in the next day !! Other place I looked at said it would be a week to get in. The next day I was there getting my new tires. Their customer service is amazing. They treated me like I was important, not 'just' another customer. They also do alignments. My new go to place for tires.

I wish all businesses had such professional, polite and caring folks working for them. I came in needing an adjustment of my trucks s shock absorbers. They made the corrections, did a few other maintenance adjustments and sent me on my way. All the while explaining to me what they were doing and why.Fine people!

We had a blow out on our 5th wheel trailer in Vernal on our way to Grand Junction CO. Dan s was recommended to us by a local guy who stopped to help. Dan s took care of us right away, very fast friendly service starting with the lady at the front desk to every guy who worked to replace all four tires at a very reasonable price. Absolutely would recommend them!

Oh my gosh!! This place was amazing! I'd come here for all my service if I lived closer. Out on Memorial Day Weekend trip and we got a nail in the tire these guys were QUICK, friendly and ALL the guys in the shop looked like they were happy and enjoying what they were doing, even on a holiday weekend at work. Thank you guys SO much!

Someine referred me to this location. I loved the customer service and staff here. I asked Zack for winter tires and he was able to bring them in the next day. I didn't even know they ordered 2 sets for me. I ended up choosing the second set of tires. They were quick and professional, I'd say it took them 20 minutes and I was out of there.

Highly recommend Dan's towing / roadside assistance services. The day you need a tow is never a good day, but the folks at Dan's provided prompt, quality service at a competitive price, saving what was left of our vacation. We broke down in Dutch John UT, and upon requesting a tow Dan's was on the scene within a couple of hours, loading our truck onto a flatbed trailer. Rick (the driver) was great, giving me a lift into town and pointing out the sites and local history along the way. Wendy in the office was incredibly patient and diligent, dealing with the rather uncooperative Chrysler Roadside Assistance. I could not have been more pleased.

We had a trailer tire get damaged on our vacation and we took it in to get replaced. They had us in and out in about 5 minutes. Ive never had that kind of service at a tire place.

The best service and experience I have ever had at a tire shop they have earned my business for life and I live in West Jordan!!Update 3/3/23 had a tire going flat needed it fixed fast had tons to due that day and they got me in immediately and on my way in 12 minutes! Thx so much

We had an issue while on a trip to Utah from NJ We have a Roadtrek Sprinter and all the lights came on with a problem with our brakes. we went to Dan s and they immediately took all the wheels off checked everything and told us all was ok. this was a huge relief as we were just beginning our vacation and it was Friday 9/2 of Labor Day weekend. these people were so nice and helpful we were so lucky to have chosen them to help us!! they deserve 10 stars not 5.Wendy and Steve Servilio ER NJ

Everyone at the shop was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Came in on a Saturday and they looked at my car right away, explained thoroughly what was going on, and offered great advice on next steps. Highly recommend and would stop in any time in in town.

I broke a shock late on a Friday afternoon while traveling in our truck camper. Trever was able to get us worked in in a short amount of time. He also had a set of used shocks that would work for us. Thanks to everybody at Dan s tire service for keeping us on the road on a Friday afternoon.

These guys are fantastic. We were on an extended camping trip and got a flat tire in a remote spot in Dinosaur national monument.A park service employee mentioned that Dan's took care of all their vehicles and recommended I go there.They got my tire patched, mounted on the truck, and the spare put away in just a few minutes, all for under $20. Best experience I've ever had at a tire dealer.

They are always ready to take the best care of any person that walks through their doors. It could be your first time and the people will care for you as if you are a long time customer, fairly and honest. I'm glad there are still business that care about the community, strangers, and their employees.

Can't say enough about Dan's Tire Service. On a family trip we had a tire issue. Pulled in and they took care of us, back on the road in half hour. Customer service and skill are second to none. Wish Dan's had a store in my hometown. THANK YOU!

After one visit this place has earned my business for life. It was a busy Friday and I was getting ready to leave on a long camping trip, but the brakes on my truck were acting strange. I was going to try replacing a caliper on my own, but after just a few minutes, the helpful guys at Dan s (especially Cameron) has diagnosed the problem. They worked with the shop next door and replaced my master cylinder. I was back on the road running safe and smooth in plenty of time.*** I just went back again with a trailer tire and Cameron put in a new valve stem for me. Just good guys there and genuinely helpful!***

I was driving through Dinosaur National Park when I noticed that one of my RV's rear tire had a chunk of rubber hanging off the side exposing the cords. These guys swapped my spare in 20 minutes, even with other customers and things going on. Granted, they weren't slammed busy, but I was incredibly satisfied and the price was extremely reasonable. I was so glad I stopped in. Great staff, great service, and great turnaround.

The receptionist here needs a serious attitude adjustment! Maybe someone needs to remind her that customer service is her job and that she should not treat every person that walks through the door like dirt! I DO NOT recommend any company use Dan's Tire to service their fleet! They are always way behind and don't believe them When Dan's tire says that they will call you when your vehicle is ready, Dan's tire will let it set there for days before calling you. Even if you tell them that you need it back asap, they don't care. Also check every part of your vehicle when you get it back, being safe and legal are not the priorities of this business!

I recently moved to Texas. Before I left I took my ride into Dans to have my tires rotated. They found a wheel bearing that needed replaced. I asked them if they could do the work and they said they could. I should have asked the price $500 and some change later my wheel bearing was replaced.I was so shocked at the price that I looked up the price online. For both wheel bearings it would have run me $250 after taxes. They charged me double that and only replaced one bearing. I was a life long customer that would swear by there service. Not anymore. I'll never use them again.Also, they broke my mirror housing. You would have thought they at least would have given me a discount... but no.

Stopped in to have our flat tire patched. Fast service (we were in and out in 10 minutes! ), great people, very clean and really Great price! Would recommend then to anyone!

So happy with the service at Dan's. We're traveling cross country and they got us in first thing to fix a hole in our tire so we could make it to our next campground. Really friendly and helpful staff!

While other shops in town tried to tell us we needed hundreds of dollars in repairs for our car, their equipment helped us find the real problem.Our car would shake and shimmy at certain highway speeds and their "Road Force" tire balancing machine revealed the "name brand" tires we bought in a pinch while on a trip, were actually cheap knockoffs.While that is disappointing news, at least we didn't have to spend hundreds chasing a gremlin that other shops couldn't pin point. They did their best to balance the tires, which helped allot!We're extremely appreciative of their kind and knowledgeable service!

Dan's literally saved our vacation TWICE in two days. We got up the first morning of our stay at Dinosaur National Monument and discovered one of the tires on our rental car was leaking badly. Dan's repaired it quickly and cheaply. When we got up the next day, another tire was leaking. It was no fluke...Dan's again got us back on the road in about half an hour. Without their quick work, our trip would have been very unpleasant ( because who wants to drive around the back roads of Utah with leaking tires?). Thanks so much for the great job!
