I called Bob s Auto to have my daughter s car towed on really short notice, they came to my house within minutes to help me out!!! Such excellent customer service!! Thank you so much

BEWARE !!!! Estimated us a tow for $600 - $700!!! Billed me over $1,000.00 wouldn't unload truck til paid. Dragged my trailer connection during tow. Kid only had 3 months on the job.Just Beware when using this company for any towing needs. I learned my lesson the hard way, no need for you to do the same thing.

Besides, they charge a lot, they take your car keys and make you wait until they want to return with them and they don't even offer you a place to sit, they take you out of the office and leave, just as their time is valuable, so is mine.

Tried to hire them I explained why I was in such a hurry to get it towed they said the would be here at 10 am at 10:30 am still no show no call, I called the driver said he was leaving Roosevelt and would be here in 30 minutes 11 am came and gone I called again at 11:20 they still weren t in there way they had zero communication disappointed in the amount of time wasted when this time today was so important to me at this time, where is I am normally not in a huge hurry

They tow my car 3 to 4 miles they are ridiculous expensive they charge me over $350 they charging their own time when they are coming towards you

Ron changed a personal appointment, so we get my car stuck in snow in the mountains at the 10,000 foot level out before the next snow storm arrived. The following day we are going up the mountain in the snow in 4 wheel drive and chains in his tow rig to reach my vehicle. I will always remember and cherish that day my car came off the mountain at the hands of Ron of Bobs Auto Towing. He is he experienced and skillful and great man to do business with and a nice guy to boot. I highly recommend them.Service: Special vehicle towing

Ron showed up a little before expected which was awesome seeing as I was stranded on my motorcycle. He had a great motorcycle recovery system/trailer, very pleased with that. He and his wife are super personable and professional. He even came back the next day to help me load my motorcycle in the Uhaul so I could get it back to Colorado. Thanks a bunch Ron!! Highly recommend Bobs Auto Towing Inc.!!!

The sign said open and it was 10:45 am.Door was locked. We called someone said be there in a few minutes and showed up 35 minutes later. refused to give me change said it's his tip. I said you do not deserve a tip . He got very angry. I told him I'd go get exact change he denied saying he doesn't have time to wait.Service: Car towing

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Ron at Bob s Auto Towing saved us! We stopped in Vernal on our California-to-Colorado trek and lost our car key. We didn t have a spare. It was Sunday night and no locksmith s were answering our calls.We had called AAA but after waiting 1.5 hours we called back to get the driver s status and learned the tow company they d sent had passed on the call. No call. No text to let us know. We were running out of daylight and needed to get a tow to a hotel for the night so we could try to get a locksmith Monday morning.We called Bob s Auto Towing and Ron got to us in 10 minutes. He got the vehicle loaded up, drove us to the hotel, and could not have been more kind or professional. What a relief it was after a very challenging day.

I am a repair shop owner in vernal, and hold a very high standard for customer service and quality of work. When we direct our customers to a towing service we expect that towing service to take care of them as we would ourselves. Ron walker with Bobs Auto Towing is just the person to do so, and our go to towing service. I Feel that Ron is one of the most professional , Polite, and honest people I have met. Working with Ron is always a pleasure and you can expect that integrity and skilled quality work as well as getting you and your vehicle to its destination safely is at the top of his list.

Ron towed my car that got stuck in one of the dirt roads around fantasy canyon. This happened on Thanksgiving day, so I am so thankful to him for sacrificing his family time in order to rescue me out of the situation. He was thoroughly professional and sympathetic during the whole ordeal. I highly recommend him when you need towing help. My insurance (Geico) worked with him so the cost was fully covered.

Ron was able to come to us a mile on a dirt bike/ off-roading road (that wasn t marked clearly). I was amazed he made it out there when even the forest service was unable to. He was able to maneuver us out of a tricky spot, too. Amazing service. Super friendly and helpful. Definitely went the extra mile for us.

Ron came out and rescued me when I got stuck in my work van real late at night. He got right down in the mud and got me out so I could sleep at home. Amazing customer service, incredibly good guy. Go to him for your towing needs!

Ron towed my car for me. He was super friendly, there super fast, & was willing to work with me on the prices. Definitely gonna be my first call any time I need a tow. :) will recommend to all of my friends!

My daughter's car was towed by Bob's Auto following a wreck. I was out of town at the time and told them that I would not be back for 6 days. I was informed that the car would be held there until I could come get it, for a storage fee of $40/day. When I returned, I was informed that THEY COULD have towed it directly to our auto body shop (who does NOT charge a storage fee), but instead of offering me that option, or any other option, they chose to charge me $240 in storage fees. Bad business and very poor customer service. I hope this helps others not to make this same mistake.

AAA really let us down. We were stuck on the road to Moonshine Arch and they tried contacting someone who couldn t get to us until after midnight. These guys came out in about 30min and got us right out. They were very nice even after we called, then canceled, then called again due to AAA shenanigans.
