These guys are great. Steve and his crew go above and beyond to take care of you. I've taken my van in and they've done all kind of work on it. They're honest and there prices are affordable. I live in the city now but would gladly make the drive for their great service.

I had a emergency flat .. And the guys took amazing care of me. I some how picked up a trailer pin.. Yes the big thick one in my tire and couldn't leave work they came to me and was able to get enough air in it to get me to the shop and had me fixed and on my way in 20 min.. Vernal ut big o amazing.

Driving through town had a tire blow. They got my tire changed out very quickly, they were very professional. At the same time they checked our other vehicle and found a cracked rim. Would highly recommend.

I have BIG O tires on my 2014 Chevy Silverado and they continually leak air. I have taken it in to Big O twice and they reseal the be beads and 4 or 5 days later low tires again. I will not be buying or getting anything from Big O again. Tired of airing up the Big O tires every 4 to 5 days to go anywhere!!

I went in without an appointment to get my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ryan, Bryan, Brayden, and Deadon all made my visit extremely pleasant. It did take a long time but like I said I didn't make an appointment but it was actually totally okay due to its location, because it gave me and my daughter time to walk next door to go to Ulta for some makeup and Freddy's for lunch! Great place for tires, oil changes, or wherever you might need, such a great place Great Job Big O!

I was visiting the region as part of the Rally Colorado, and unfortunately suffered a blow out on my trailer on my way to Colorado. We called ahead and the crew at Big O set aside replacement tires, and even offered to stay open late if we were not going to be there in time. When we arrived, they quickly and professionally replaced all 4 tires on the trailer (they were overdue) and had us back on the road quickly. It feels like it's rare to have such courteous and professional service at chain auto shops nowadays, and I'm very grateful I found it here.

Braden was amazing. He got me in quickly, did an oil change and found a leak. Got it taken care of and got me back on the road quickly! Amazing service and great personality. Will definitely be back as long as he is there.

Bought 1 tire & get my tires rotated. they never rotate them. back driver side had the plug,which how I knew.

I received a tire rotation last week and I knew that nothing was broken on my hubs. By the end of the day I had a broken hub and I didn't know where I went that it would break. Although I couldn't exactly blame it on Big O but I can't imagine how it happened. All I will say is CHECK YOUR VEHICLE before driving off. Now I have to find a new hub and paint it. Overall I think Big O is a great tire shop but I can't explain or totally put this on them.

Aaron Wood recommended this store a few years ago. All personnel were quick and professional. Tire price was great! I just got a free flat repair--they were done just as I finished my lunch at Freddy's. Couldn't be happier.

This has come to be one of my favorite businesses in Vernal. We own three cars that all need oil changes and various maintenance done on them. Big O Tires always does great work and they are always professional. Not knowing much about cars, I've asked them to do things above and beyond the normal stuff they do there and they do it. They installed a back up camera, replaced the outlets in my car and most recently repaired a door on one of my vehicles. Steve is the nicest guy in the world! My bill was very expensive for my door repair and even though it took a month to repair and lots of time calling for parts, he cut my bill in HALF from what I should of paid. These guys are honest and I KNOW that when I bring my car in, I'm going to get great service and a fair price. I would not hesitate to tell everyone around to go to BIG O if you need something done to your car. They will even to a maintence check for FREE when you are buying a car. They are an amazing business!

Big O Tires of Vernal is staffed by a polite and efficient crew. They know me by name, take exceptional care of my Volkswagen, and are professional and courteous. My choice to return for future tire purchases is due mainly to the way I feel valued and heard as a customer.

Lived here in Vernal now for three years. Used BO a couple of times for oil changes and rotations. I've been a 50 year Les Schwab customer but since none here chose to try BO.Just spent $1000 on new tires. Got in car to drive away and low tire pressure sensor was on. They sent out a young technician who couldn't get the indicator to turn off and told me that my left rear tire sensor was damaged.Took the vehicle into the dealer. Had to spend time getting it set up. Left it and walked a mile back this morning in the "brisk" air only to be told the sensors were fine but the left front tire was low!Took the time to drive back out to BO to talk to a manager and give the feedback only to be told "hey I'm training people too" as he flipped the report from the dealer back at me!! Seriously.If that is how managers treat you any wonder why things like properly filling tires might be a problem!!

This is the Vernal Utah location. I had a 22.5 tire that came off the bead and walmart wouldn't air it up because it was off the bead,I asked a young man at Big O and he had it back on the bead and filled up in less than 5 minutes. That's Customer service at its Best!!!

What an awesome place to buy tires and get repairs. I was heading home from work and my low tire light came on. I was right by big o and I pulled in. I seen they were closed but were still bringing in tires. They happily checked the air in all of my tires and found I had ran over a screw. They stayed and fixed my tire and didn t even charge me for my repair. I will definitely give them my business! Thanks for helping me when I needed you!

Update: Service was quick and prices were good. Impeccable professionalism.My car had a seriously faulty O2 sensor, but also had a special mounting for a very specific sensor for CA emissions. It wasn't the one it seemed like it'd be for the car model, either. It may have had a retrofit at some point by the previous owner.Folks here were very patient with the absurdity of getting this one exacting and unusual issue fixed, and they stuck with it until it got done right. I'm really proud of these guys!!!Car runs better than it has in years, now. It's a delight to have mechanics like them around.

I absolutely love our Big-O!Unfortunately I ve been a avid customer at Big O, but at no fault to them. I bought a used car with some wear & tear on it, and immediately got an alignment on it. I ve had a couple tire problems a while after, and they have had no problem fixing them, even squeezing me in right before they closed. EVERYONE I ve talked to has been very professional, and personable, which is what I love most. I ll only be going to Big O in the future!

Had a trailer blow out a tire Saturday afternoon 20 miles outside of Vernal. Called Big O and they had my tires in stock. When I pulled in with my spare on the guy came out and asked if I was the one who called. He had a big bay ready for my truck and trailer and we pulled right in. 45 mins later and with new tires we were back on the road. Thanks guys!

Steve and his crew went out of their way to give exceptional customer service. They directed my tire and service needs with my (the customers) best interest in mind. That's how all businesses should operate. I sincerely appreciate the quality service and will make it a point to patron Big O Tires whenever I pass through Vernal.

I have been taking my car to Big O here in Vernal for a couple years now. I always thought they were fantastic until my last oil change. My car started making a high pitched noise 2 days after my last oil change. My fiance checked it and my power steering fluid was almost empty and even worse so was my coolant! My overflow was bone dry and my radiator was extremely low. Part of the oil change is to check ALL vital fluids which apparently they haven't been doing. I am hoping there hasn't been any permanent damage done to my car , time will tell. I am extremely disappointed as I trusted them to do a good job!

I was due for an oil change, made an appointment at Big O Tires. A couple days after they changed it I noticed an oil spot in my driveway (which is new). I took my vehicle back to Big O to check the leak & they told me I had a crack on the bottom of my housing. My vehicle did not leak prior to changing oil. Would not recommend using Big O Tires. They were sneaky, whispering to themselves about how they d make this problem my solution to figure out, telling me it s common. It is not common to take your oil to get changed to have it leaking in your driveway the following days.

I have been going to big o tires since I was kid with my father and I have never had any problems! I appreciate all the help Kenny, Cody, Steve and Tyler have done for me over the past few years from tires to alignments, and everything in between! The guys have really went above and beyond to help service my vehicles when I need it! I will always continue to come back and I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them to others! Their customer service is great and they get the job done!

By far some of the best service I've ever received at any auto shop I have ever been to. These guys are honest, respectful, and professional. They are great men, and the service my wife and I received at their shop has scored them a life-long customer. I will be going no where else but the Vernal Big O Tires for the services that they offer.
