Mark did an amazing job getting our truck out of the mud when nobody came and helped us. He rescued our driver that was there for more than 24 hours. I recommend his service to anyone that is nearby the area of Vernal,UT.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Towing and Auto! My brakes were grinding right before I was supposed to leave town. They got my car in right away and had them fixed within an hour. They were communicative and kind. It was wonderful to experience such great customer service, especially in this industry. Thank you!!!

Mark, was both helpful and accommodating. I had a unique situation when my car was taken from Palm Springs CA and found in Vernal UT. He was professional, courteous. I was sent photos of my car showing me it's condition, it had been through an ordeal. He understood the issues we were dealing with and adjusted some of the fees helping me save to save money. Wonderful service.

This is more than a review. It is a thank you to a group of people who most certainly have earned it. Last August my wife and I were returning from a lenthly vacation. We were driving an 1999 Ford diesel pickup pulling a 30 Ft. very heavy trailer, (15,000+). We were just south of the WY line in Utah on U.S. Route 191, when our transmission failed, burned up. Our road service selected Advanced Towing and Automotive in Vernal UT. Lady luck was kind to us, a better choice could not have been made. After a reasonable amount of time, Advanced sent out the appropriate wrecker. The wrecker could only carry one passenger, so the owner of the shop drove out, (a considerable distance,look on a map), to pickup my wife and I, and our dog. They allowed us to park in their yard pending further decision as to our truck. This was a Saturday so we had the weekend to deal with They provided us with electric and water.As it turned out Advanced does auto repair also, including transmissions. By Tuesday morning Mark, the owner, had prices for repairs, all very fair. By then the quality of the shop and it's employees had become so apparent to my wife and I, that we decided to have them rebuild our transmission. This even tho Mark explained that his guarantee applied locally only, and would not cover us in our home state of AZ. But would if we brought it back to the shop. Woody their Trans. Man rebuilt the Trans, (with considerable help from Eric). And our test was the drive home. This included what may be the hardest pull I have ever pulled a trailer. Indian canyon outside of Duchesne UT. Up to 9100 ft. The Trans. Performed as it should and all is well.We were there for 4 or 5 days, we were made to feel welcome, not once were we uncomfortable.On Monday morning Adriana the Co. secretary offered us the use of her car during the day. We had our UTV s o we were all set and did not need a car. Later that day Mark's father offered us a car to use.The bottom line is thanks to Bill, Mark, Adriana, Larry, Woody, Eric, Paul, and two high school fellows who help at the shop. What could have been a sour end to a very nice vacation, is now a very pleasant memory.Thank You to all of you,Russ and Lisa and MaggieService: Auto maintenance

Friendly and courteous crew. Advanced Auto kept me in the know every step of the way. Needed my alternator and battery replaced. Brought in parts I bought. They called and told me that my alternator was broken; theybwere able to get another one close to the price I paid for mine. And grabbed the part for me! They were able to get it done hours later. Advanced Auto went above and beyond to get the job done.

Mark and his team diagnosed and quickly fixed the front end problems I was having with my truck. They were very transparent about parts needed and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Advanced Towing and Auto is my new go to for anything automotive.

The service was great. The price on the other hand was pretty high. I have my trucker haul a log house on a flatbed trailer up on diamond mountain much cheaper than what it cost me to have you guys tow my truck up there to the same spot. Those prices are hard on little guys. Other than the price, everything was great!! Thank you!!

I appreciate them taking the time to work on my volvo, i know it was a pain for them as they usually dont work on them a ton, but im glad they were able to knock it out

My car had an issue with the brake switch and wouldn t always turn on. Last week, it wouldn t come out of park. They came immediately to help and see what they could do. They ended up driving the car down to their shop around 4, then called around 8 that very next morning and had already fixed the issue. The staff was so amazing and went completely out of their way to help. I will definitely use them again if there are any future issues!Service: Brakes

My car started making scary sounds, so brought it to Advanced Towing and Auto. They were able to look at it immediately, fixed the problem quickly, and double checked with me that I agreed it was fixed. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly throughout, and I especially liked that they let me test drive the car before calling the job done.At one point I asked whether it was a problem I could've fixed myself, and the mechanic answered not with a yes or a no, but by telling me what he had done to fix it. It was not a problem I could've fixed myself, but I very much appreciated that he didn't assume my level of ability.I highly recommend Advanced Towing and Auto! The shop cat was an added bonus.

Our car broke down on our trip and was towed here on Sunday afternoon. By 7:45am Monday, Mark had already emailed me and had his team working to find the elusive problem. (The car started up this morning with no problems). Once it had been found, Andrea drove a couple hours to a nearby town to pick up the needed part which Larry promptly installed. Their prices were very reasonable and they all very so kind and caring. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This was our first time using advanced towing. We called on a Wednesday, for a fuel pump failure. They were quick to get me in on Friday, and finished by Monday morning. We are very pleased with their service! We will be using them again!

These guys were fantastic, really helpful. They rescued my stranded son in the -10 degree winter snow because his diesel engine wouldn't start it was so cold. I don't know what would have happened had they not rescued him. They towed his rig, then went above and beyond to help him warm the entire vehicle, check it, and get it running, and supported him while he also checked out his rig. My son told me all about the folks at this company and what they did for him.Truly good humans. As a mom, I am so grateful to everyone in this shop. Thank you SO much. If I could give more than five stars I would. : )

These guys helped me out when I was stranded in Vernal.They took my truck in immediately after I called despite having a weeks long backlog.They couldn t fix me but they tried. Then they were more than fair only charging me for an hour of shop time.They also let me store my vehicle till I could pick it up.Stand up/got your back down to earth folks. Can t say nice enough about them.Go see for yourself, you don t need to be stranded. They also do non emergency maintenance.If I lived in Vernal they would be my shop.Service: Transmission
