This place was awesome! They got a little bit of everything you need and could want. Prices were great... not over priced like other places. Owners dad was super friendly

Zero Stars if it would have allowed it - My husband was treated very rudely by a man he assumed was the owner. He had purchased a propane regulator for our RV and the lady who sold it to him said it would work for RVs even though it showed only for gas grills. That didn't seem right to my husband, but he purchased the part and asked if he could return it if it didn't work and was told "yes". He soon found out that the part would not work because it wasn't appropriate for an RV and found the correct part at another store. He returned this unused part in the same afternoon. Although he had a receipt, the man told my husband that a receipt didn't mean anything to him and accused him of lying about purchasing the part there. He went to look up the transacion from earlier in the day and found that my husband was not lying. He reluctantly and rudely issued him a credit, but didn't want to provide a receipt. My husband insisted and was finally given a receipt for the credit and said that the man was the rudest person he has ever encountered in a place of business.

A lot of places in Utah honor their military/first responders with a military discount. This store is run by an old grumpy vet who mocks military members for asking for a discount in a disparaging manner in front of other customers. Don t support this business if you believe in customer service and supporting today s military members. I ll never be returning here after this man s pathetic attempts to demean active duty military members. It s also extremely overpriced but I m willing to overlook that to help out a run down store like this. But I now see why the other customers avoid this place like the plague.

Everyone small town needs one. Perfect for travelers who need a part of tool on their journey and cannot find it casually in the typical gas stations or stores on the back highways. A friend indeed.

The gentleman at the counter was very unfriendly and rude. We were looking for a number of items and when my wife asked for assistance in locating an item he seemed very put out. When we checked out he didn't say a word even when we wished him a nice day. We noticed that this entire area did not enforce the mask wearing requirement and that half or more of the locals did not wear masks despite signs on the door informing of the requirement. We wore our masks and this may have been why we received the cold shoulder. The store itself was small but had what we needed.

The service here is some of the worst I ve seen, I visited several times and it varies from Hadley helpful, angry to literally no words spoken to me at all. Selection is also so so. Do yourself a favor and hit up the hardware store in Escalante, far far better service, selection and inventory.

The owner of this store is shockingly rude. I walked out - I don't need to purchase something from a person who treats his customers the way this man does. Astonishing that he can remain in business.
