The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious, worth every penny. The ribeye melts in your mouth and the whipped mashed potatoes so creamy and GOOD. Also the homemade bread and whipped butter was the best light appetizer cause you want your stomach for the main course. I was so full but wanted to try the cheesecake & I m SO glad we did. The best food we ve ever had. Not to mention as you sit in the clean quite dinning area you get to look out and see the GORGEOUS Bryce Canyon area and the glow at sunset, is just breath taking. I HIGHLY recommend here for fine dining. Our server was so happy and professional. Thank you Stone Hearth for a perfect Anniversary dinner.

The food was beyond delightful, service was great and prompt. Wine selection was nice, and my ny strip melted in my mouth! I couldn t believe how much detail and skill was put into the vegetables and salad. Coming here is a must, don t miss out! The romantic ambiance of Stone Hearth Grille perfectly compliments the magical experience of hiking in Bryce!

BEST place to eat in the Bryce Canyon area!! The food and service were incredible and I loved the views from our table of the forest. The carrot salad was my favorite thing I ordered, and the flavors were amazing. Ending our night with the chocolate mousse was incredible! Overall, 10/10 recommend this restaurant for the best food and fine dining!!

Such a good place. small and intimate dining room (10-ish tables). Looks like it used to be a house. You walk in the front door and eat in the living/dining room looking out onto a great view past the deck. Could sit outside in good weather. Food was amazing. Beer and wine only no liquor available.Vegetarian options: It is a steakhouse. Have salads and one fish dishWheelchair accessibility: 2 steps up intro front entrance. Is like the front door of a house.

Watching the sunset from the outdoor patio only added to the ambience of a place perfect for a romantic dinner, or any other celebration. The service was top notch and the food was amazing, with unique meals such as the red wine spaghetti with duck. The cheesecake was very good for dessert. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here if looking for an upscale dining experience surrounded by great views.

It's so nice to find at least one restaurant that has beautiful, healthy vegan options.. Near Bryce Canyon. The beet cahew cheese appetizer was amazing, and so was the stuffed Chili relenno Smaller portions for the price..but I guess that is how fine dining goes. Beautiful sunset views and the service was great.Vegetarian options: Vegan options yummy!

An exceptional place to have a high quality dinner near Bryce Canyon. We were staying nearby in Bryce, Utah and dismayed by the lack of food options in town discovered this place on Google and so glad we tried it out! We had an earlier dinner and wanted for nothing during our meal. The trout and the filet were perfectly cooked. The wine list is well put together and has decent prices. Overall this is a pricier place than other restaurants in the area but the prices are all commensurate with the quality. Despite being completely full from our meal we decided to try out dessert and really enjoyed the strawberry rhubarb crisp. All in all I highly recommend this place if you re staying nearby you won t be disappointed!

I've just enjoyed a fabulous meal which was beautifully cooked to perfection. Each course was amazing from a light and refreshing beetroot starter, to amazing halibut and a wonderful flavoursome steak (I shared mains with me wife so as a bonus could try more than one). Finished off with a proper cheesecake and lovely wine made a fantastic meal. Service was perfect and to cap it all the setting and views were magical. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed at the stone canyon inn for one night after a day at Bryce canyon and had the pleasure of dining here, their onsite restaurant. The view from the deck is incredible, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our waiter Jesus provided great detail on some of the dishes to help me make a choice - french onion soup and the pork chop! My wife had the beets and halibut. We both really enjoyed our food. Dessert was likewise delicious. I recommend the cheesecake. My only knock - and this is likely down to personal preference - is that the French onion soup wasn't as rich as I would like. It was quite flavorful and I scraped the bottom, but the onions weren't cooked down to the super dark color I love. But now I'm just being picky :)Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Saw a few families with kids. There was no kids menu that I'm aware of but there was some good looking Mac n cheese on the menu under the sides.

Best restaurant by Bryce Canyon by far! The food was amazing, and really interesting. I had the stuffed poblano and my husband had the spaghetti. The service was wonderful and I would definitely love to come again. We also ordered dessert (chocolate mousse) that tasted great.I emailed the day of and got a reservation and that made things simple. The wine list was also great! Definitely a must visit if you love food and you ll be in the area. This was on of the top 5 dinners I ve ever had!!

Wow, what a gem! We found this place on Google maps as an alternative to food in Bryce Canyon, wanting to celebrate an anniversary. It's not too far off the main road but definitely a little departure. You'll have to see the views to believe them - gorgeous. Patio dining looked amazing. Very nice ambiance, but most guests were dressed casually. We sat inside without a reservation on a Friday night in summer with a party of 4 adults and one child. It was a little busy but not uncomfortably packed. Service was great! We had an attentive server (yay Max!) and were served wine (such good wine) by the manager/owner who was just a sweet gal. The menu accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free, but has other un-restricted rich options as well as a kids menu. Everyone in our party raved about their dishes ("best French onion soup of my life," "best dessert ever," "I could eat a whole plate of these" etc.). We will definitely look to come back when we're in town.

This place is so incredible with one hell of a chef. We saw their billboard on the way to Bryce Canyon (yes outdoor advertising works), so I made a call and took the first reservation I could get.It s not often that I m in total awe of the artistry and taste profile created by a chef, but Ron Baker completely blew my mind. I do have to say, I am a bit disappointed that the website and menus don t mention him because he s packing some real star power. Before I dig into the food, I do want to make a shout out to the exceptional serving staff, specially Jesus and Trey who served us on the two nights we ended up eating here. Yes, 2 because the experience was that amazing. The quality of service was impeccable and the entire restaurant staff was organized and efficient. This is what makes a restaurant successful IMO. Jesus knew the menu incredibly well and gave us the best recommendations, down to the wine. Now back to Ron s food (and his wife who is in charge of the pantry and appetizers). Wish I knew her name but I had to ask around to even figure out who the chef was.Night #1 - the flavor of the Grilled Pork Chop was creative, uniquely unexpected and lip smacking good. The 14oz Ribeye with chimichurri sauce was also epic. Night #2 - the 8oz Filet with tarragon butter and the Rainbow Trout special were also great. We also had the Roasted Beets with this incredible jalapeo salsa blew us out of the water.I can t say enough amazing things about this place. Next time I come to Bryce though, I m staying at the Stone Canyon Inn because what we didn t get to enjoy was the epic property this restaurant lives in.

Great upscale steak house in a small venue. It's not conveniently located and our Google reservation failed. We arrived as the kitchen was closing but they seated us anyway. The Ribeye and Tenderloin were prepared to perfection and served with chimichurri sauce. The vegetables came out cold, but I'm not complaining because the kitchen had closed. Had this happened at an earlier seating I would knock the review down to 4 stars. House wines (by the glass) were pricey but good.

Make sure to book a reservation ahead of time. This restaurant is a bit on the fancy side. Make sure to dress well. We showed up in shorts and hiking sandles, and looked a bit out of place. The atmosphere is really nice. It's quiet, no music, just the view and the nice warm weather outside. The service, right from entering the door, is excellent. The servers are helpful and know the menu well.We ordered the beets for appetizer, the Halibut, and the Ribeye steak. The beets were surprisingly well put together as a dish. Well cooked, soft, and tasty with the tofu. The orange was a bit out of place, and perhaps adding walnuts may have been a better touch. The Halibut was amazing honestly. The best fish I've ever tasted anywhere. It was a very unique flavor. Adding lemon to it was good too. The asparagus was good too.The Ribeye was plentiful, well cooked, and flavorful. I wouldn't say it's the best steak I've had, but it's the second for sure. The whole plate was great to be honest. Usually, I leave the steak for last. However, the potato mesh, the brockly, and the pickled onions were amazing that I just ate whatever came uo next. It all tasted good.Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here. The view is amazing, and you get to eat this great food while looking at it.

Cool place for dinner. Seating outside under translucent roof, in an alcove or by the manmade waterfall & pond. The view onto Powell Point and associated Hoodoos was spectacular as the sun had them popping out of the earth.Dinner was equally impressive with the Alaskan Halibut, New York Strip cut to perfection with wine selections that were quit the bomb. Our Sauvignon Blanc & Cabernet Sauvignon, paired exceedingly well with our meals & led to a delightful culinary experience.Architecturally, this was a house, now turned into a restaurant with The View .Reservations highly suggested.

Good food in such a small town, who knew. We were in the Bryce canyon area for a couple nights. After some hiking we wanted a good meal and there were not a lot of spots that were going to fit the bill. We found this place by all the reviews. So glad we went. Good service, good views and very good food for a good price.

What a great find out near the edge of nowhere. Seriously good food and very friendly staff. We intended to have dinner here one night. Changed our plans and came back the next. The view from the outside dining area is breathtaking. My photo is terrible, but it's the only one I can find right now. Go see it for yourself. Try their spaghetti (with duck). It's not what you think. Brilliant flavors.

Great spot not to be missed if you're visiting Bryce. Food and wine is fantastic! We saw the double rainbow out over the gorgeous view.Only downside is they don't take a reservation for more than 4. We had a party of 6 and so ended up sitting close by.

Wow. What a find. My brother and I came to Bryce to celebrate our mother who passed away and all he wanted was a good steak. I found this place and we rolled the dice. I live in Houston and have eaten at some of the best steakhouses in the country and this ranks with those in both food and service. We had the shrimp cocktail and ribeyes - I have no idea how a place like this exists in the middle of nowhere, but I m positive I ll be back. Everything - especially the service- was amazing. If you re here, don t pass this up.

If you re visiting Bryce Canyon, Stone Hearth is the top restaurant around. While every other restaurant is some form of a fast food joint, Stone Hearth is what you would expect from a high-end city restaurant. The locally sourced (grass-fed) steaks are hard to find at the top-notch steakhouses in large cities like Boston or New York. The view is stunning, and the staff is incredibly hospitable. If you are in the area, Stone Hearth is a must-try!

A nice, classy restaurant in Tropic. My husband and I came here without a reservation and at first, we were told the wait would be about 45 minutes but somehow, we got lucky and was sat right away. Our server was professional and attentive. My husband and I both ordered the Filet entree and it was delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Great views from inside and outside of the restaurant. Come here if you want a nice upscale dining experience and great quality food. We highly reccommend this restaurant.

So good! Best meal we've had in Utah. We ordered the burrata to start, the dungeness mac and cheese and the ribeye as mains and the chocolate mouse for dessert. Everything was delicious. Do not miss this place.

I worked with Stone Hearth Grille on an intimate Bryce Canyon wedding dinner party. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process, were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with, from rearranging the venue to accommodate 35 people, to modifying and personalizing the menu and the space, to staying late. The food was absolutely phenomenal and we heard from multiple people that this was the best food they had ever had at a wedding dinner. Geni was the primary point of contact and could not have been more helpful and truly made the event special. She and Jesus were the faces of the restaurant during the event and we were so happy to have them both, service was impeccable. The entire restaurant is gorgeous, and the view from the patio at sunset does not disappoint. My highest recommendation for your event!!
