Wow! What a great place to stay near Bryce Canyon National Park. My room looked like Chip and Joanna Gaines had stopped by. Large mini fridge, coffee and hot water kettle. High quality snack bars included. Bed was comfortable and sheets were a good quality. You can tell the owner takes pride in providing a great stay experience. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a couple nights to visit Bryce on our trip and it was so perfect. The room was cute/modern decor (which we love that every room is decorated differently, gives it a very personalized feel), it had a large mounted tv which was great to relax and watch Netflix (which they provide after a long day of hiking), and it IS right on the main road (our room was facing the road) but as other reviewers said it's quiet at night, plus it's only 15 minutes from Bryce. The coffee and granola bars were a tasty treat, and there's a gas station right across the street with delicious food also, so its very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone who wants a no frills cute motel to stay at on their trip!

We didn't have a 5-star experience as in the reviews I had read, so I was a little bit disappointed. The room was very small - we found it a bit squashy and there was little space to put our things, but that is expected at the price point. It did have everything we needed though. There was no ice in the room but there was an ice machine outside. We couldn't get the air conditioner to work, and because the fan was a bit dusty, we decided to open the window to let in some cool air. The room was basically clean, and the outside sitting area was great. I wish the owner had been a little bit more friendly when I had to speak to him on the phone because the office was closed, even though it was within the office hours.

Perfect. Such a great accommodation. 10 minutes from the Bryce Canyon park entrance in the small, quiet town of Tropic. Within walking distance of almost every restaurant in town, and right across the street from a very large, nice gas station/souvenir/outdoor supply shop. The room was extremely clean (!!!) and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the room is full of small, thoughtful touches that many hotels simply don t take the time to do. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows. I wish everywhere we stayed this week was as comfy and outstanding as this!

This motel was so much more than we expected - maybe after an early-morning ATV tour followed by hiking around Bryce all afternoon I was ready for anything - didn t care for more than a shower and a bed. Check in was quick and friendly - our room was on the back side away from the road so it was super quiet. Very neat and clean, soothing even. Attention to detail was impressive. Super soft sheets and bedcover, plenty of towels and even a container of cloths to use to wipe down your gear or whatever so you don t ruin the washcloths and towels. Easy morning checkout after a wonderful night s sleep. Highly recommend.

We stayed just one night on our way to Bryce Canyon. The owners accommodated our late check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would gladly stay again if we are in the area.Nearby activities: Close to Bryce Canyon, but gas, food, and parks were within walking distance.

Very cozy, comfy, and clean motel. The layout of the room is artistic class and well thought out. The bedding linen and towels are of great quality. They are soft and skin friendly. The very considerate host also put a couple of granola bars and oatmeal pouches in the room for snacking or light breakfast. Probably the best motel I have ever stayed in. Way exceeded my expectation.

Absolut an alternative for the big Bryce Canyon city and better -much better- food locations just in walking distance. Large beds and the shower is 6 stars because of high water pressure. This rooms are nicely renovated, clean and the friendly owner is always on duty. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a small little gem. It's super convenient at only a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. You can walk to the restaurants nearby, or take a 10 minute drive to Bryce City. Check in was easy, it was clean, well equipped with extra touches, and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I felt totally safe. You will hear some road noise, but it dies down at night. I just put some white noise on and slept great. Highly recommend.

We found this motel on Tripadvisor. This is a small motel but don't let that turn you away! The rooms are large, comfortable and exactly what you would expect to have in a motel! The motel is family owned. I talked with the owner and he told me that in forming the rooms, he asked himself what he would want in a motel room, and believe you me, his rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable! No, the rooms are not like a Hilton, but you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this motel!

Small town hotel with a great homey feel. Rooms are immaculately clean, beds are comfortable. Microwave and fridge included, and Keurig and snacks provided as well. Great place to stay if you're traveling to Bryce Canyon.

Great room - big, clean, comfortable and with lots of thoughtful touches (including a microwave and packets of porridge, which were the perfect start to our morning). Seats outside to relax in a quiet environment. Within minutes of Tropic's restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket and a 15-minute drive from Bryce National Park. Probably the best value accommodation we experienced during our trip - would definitely return if in the area.

Great find in Tropic, UT. Simple but modern room with everything you need for a relaxing stay while exploring Kodachrome Basin State Park and other areas found on scenic Rt. 12. Our room had a foam top bed that was comfortable and welcoming after a long day of hiking. Each side table had a power strip available for charging our devices. WiFi was great. We were able to stream a show on Netflix without issue. The large college style fridge and freezer kept out food fresh and ice packs frozen. The bathroom was modern and well lit as was the room in general. We enjoyed a game of cribbage on the table in our room. Be sure to sign the Memories book found in the side table in the room. It was great to read comments from people who stayed here from around the world. I highly recommend this motel!

Enjoyed a two-night stay at Bybee's. Friendly reception; small non-chain accommodation. We had a room at the back of the building. Traffic through town did not seem very heavy, but we didn't hear a thing in the back. Room was basic with lots of amenities. Very clean; bed was comfortable; room was quiet. Restaurants are a short walk from the motel. Tropic is about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon.

This place deserves more stars than just 5. It's a great price. Less than 10 minutes to the Bryce's entrance. It's super clean. Very large room. Super comfy bed, and super soft sheets. It has a nice fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hotpot. They also give you energy bars, instant oatmeal. The owner is super friendly and full of information about the area. Just the perfect choice.

Very small place with very friendly and helpful staff. I think there only about 8 rooms in the place, but it is clean and well kept. Located right in Tropic close to the few stores and restaurants in this small town. An easy drive over to Bryce Canyon National Park. Great price and great value. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect choice for us. Great room with all that I want from a motel (my fancy hotels in Vegas sure didn't provide electric kettles, coffee, or charge bars attached to both sides of the bed).

Very lovely place to stay with close proximity to a lot of great activities. Comfortable rooms and quiet neighborhood. Easy access from the highway and easy to find. I highly recommend staying here for anything from visiting Bryce Canyon to a family getaway. Very fair pricing, too!

This was a wonderful little getaway, they have thought of just about everything! My only question is why no kurig pods for the kurig in the room? But that is minor, they provide oatmeal packets and some nature Valley bars for your breakfast. I would highly recommend this location.
